You need to encourage them to do the beginning steps, reading, etc. Also begin teaching them how to parlay TCredits into MRPs (via auctions/games) into more TCredits into more MRPs, etc. This will help gain Sales and Action VPs.
Also, ensure they understand the value of doing ALL the free activities in To-do list as they come up, to clear their red tabs daily, rate AskSC answers, put their own answers in when they are qualified.
After a week or so, begin teaching them how to advertise, using all the available marketing methods that are free... flyers under windshield wipers, in lunchrooms, bus seats when you leave, bulletin boards everywhere you see one!! Do not forget their warm market, either! They might get some of their family or friends to become PRMs, gain sales from them, which would help them earn their New Member Packs! Leave no stone unturned locally that could help them sponsor PSAs and PRMs!
Encourage them to use the training materials found in the black bar tabs on SFI pages, and to explore all the sites within them.
When they are more confident, point them to free ads sites for recruiting...
