The best way to approach this is to lead by example. Ensure that you first have a Standing Order. Then you can highlight the perks of such action.
1. Automatic qualification as EA for the month, thus ensuring an opportunity to share in the Executive Pool
2. Your Favorite product is delivered each month without worry of reordering each month
3. 400 extra chances to win in the Daily Grand each day,
4. 100 Versa Points if standing order product has 1500 VP or more
5. It ensures that you don’t miss out on commissions an other perks each month
6. Free Co-Sponsor affiliates to help build their downline, once the EA status is maintained
7. Easier qualification to move on to TL position.
8. A fine example for members of the team to emulate and build their own team
You can help the affiliates not to feel pressured by advising that a Standing Order is quick and easy to set up and and can be modified or cancelled at any item. These actions result in a win/win situation for all. The entire team can profit and be happy.

What encouragement can I give to an affiliate who feels he or she is getting nowhere with SFI?

Help the affiliate to redefine their goals. Give the following advice.
“Break the "big picture" down into smaller and more specific goals. Consider areas that you either want to change or that you feel you would like to develop with time. Use the SMART method to create actionable goals. Ensure they are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time-related.
Create some short-term goals. Once you have the long term goals you have the roadmap for setting necessary goals for next year, next month, next week, tomorrow, and today. E.g. Set a goal to attain the first level badge of Daily Versa Points, or register 1 PRM for the wk/mth; or network with a group of a2a peers. Each goal achieved builds confidence.
Set priorities. At any given moment, you have a number of goals all in different states of completion. Deciding which goals are more important, or time-sensitive, than others is crucial.
Keep track of your progress. Journalling is a great way to keep track progress. Checking in with yourself and acknowledging the progress made towards a certain goal is key to staying motivated.
Reward accomplishments. Acknowledge when you have reached goals and allow yourself to celebrate accordingly.”
You, the upline can give encouragement/reward//praise when each goal is reached. Help affiliate to see goals as steps to greater heights - take one step at a time!

There is a lot of fraud on the Internet. How do we convince skeptical prospects that SFI is legit and real?
Ingrid Bernard, Aff (Trinidad And Tobago)

With the Internet, fraud scams are more efficient because you don't have to travel to physical stores, or potential marks, to test or use stolen credit cards. They are easier to hide because the fraudster is transparent — you don’t see who you are doing business with when doing business online.
You can help your skeptical prospects by being honest in your communication with them. First of all, I share with them the profile of SFI. This can be found on any internet site or you can show them from SFI’s home page.
Then I share with them my own experiences in SFI. I actually copy one of my checks that I have already deposited as proof that this business pays! This normally impresses them. You can also show them your debit card if you have one.
Additionally, I share with them the many testimonies from other SFi affiliates. Most of these testify how awesome SFI is when compared to other online businsses.
Fraudsters use the internet to their benefit by setting up dummy merchant sites where they could funnel credit cards through their own site to create cash flow and then before the charge-backs rolled in they would shut the doors and leave the country. I show them how many years SFI has been in business and the tremendous growth within that time.
They just have to take their time and observe our wonderful SFI family at work. Soon, they will want to be a family member too!

How can we shift from quantity to QUALITY with our sign-ups?

Affiliate since: 07/28/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
Since we cannot read a person’s mind it will be impossible for you to know who the serious signups are. However, we can alter the quality of our adverts – the placements and the wording, so that we can attract people who may be more serious about this business.
After we receive the signups we can observe those who are consistent in logging on daily; those who respond to the sponsor’s message and those who ask questions. Any of these actions indicate a level of interest.
Our next task then is to ensure that their questions are answered truthfully and try our best to keep them comfortable. Give enough information to keep their interest piqued. Avoid information overload. Try to allay whatever fears or doubts they ma have by sharing your own experiences and successes with them and by directing them to the testimonies of other affiliates.
Help them to set both long-term and short term goals so that the can progress and build confidence in the business. So that you don’t lose them, it is crucial that you guide them through these early stages. Within a few weeks/months you will be able to determine the quality.
Finally, help them build a dynamic downline.

As a new Team Leader, what is the single most important thing I should be doing?

It would be difficult to be a good leader without communication. You need to encourage and motivate your team in whatever way you can, from the moment they become part of your group. It begins with a warm welcome and then you need to guide them along the way.
The key to success in SFI is building a dynamic team and then helping each member of that team to do the same. Therefore, it is important that you bond with them early. They need to see you as a great leader and to follow your lead.
At this stage you become like the parent/guardian/bigbrother. Think abut how you felt when you first became a team member. Whatever you experience was, try to make it better. Take it up a notch and see the reactions of those you interact with. Words of commendation, no matter how simple, can help to perk up the spirit of any individual.
Communicate your concerns when you don’t see them completing their tabs. Share with them all your success stories and experiences so that they can know that they should not expect all things to be perfect. Answer their questions as honestly as you can and be open minded to their suggestions.
Make good use of the many tools provided by SFI. You do not have to invent the wheel, but you can be as creative! The sky is the limit.

I am not very good at talking to people. How can I talk to them about SFI or TripleClicks in a simple and easy way?

Your success in SFI does not necessitate that you speak to anyone. There are so many other ways to communicate your information. SFI has made this super easy for us. They have provided all the tools necessary. Our skill is now in using them wisely.
Post your ads (your gateways provided by SFI) on free classified websites (there are many of these available) just find through testing which ones work for you.Post ads on social medias such as Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter etc.
If you are able to, print some flyers and distribute them yourself at public gatherings, in letter boxes etc. Leave them in obvious places on your desk and just ask your co-workers to take one. They can read them at home. Use your business cards and your Wave 3 car decal for your SFI signups. Find interesting products and promote.
Your winning smile can encourage people to observe what you are doing and recognize your success. Lead by example and you can successfully build your team this way.

What is the most valuable thing you learned in your first year in SFI?

In my six months in SFI, I have learnt that communication is the key to success in this business. That is, getting my message across, having my questions answered, allowing SFI to be my awesome teacher. Communicating with both upline and downline can be daunting at first.
However, I really do appreciate the open-door policy that exists. This means, literally, that every leader’s door is open to every affiliate. The purpose of such policy is to encourage open communication, feedback, and discussion about any matter of importance to an affiliate. Most problems can and should be solved in discussion.
Therefore there are avenues such as Forum, Stream, Support, a2a messaging, Ask Gery, etc! In the business world, this policy does not always work due to interpersonal relationships. However, it certainly works in SFI. Imagine asking Gery Carson a question and receiving an answer in record time! I have actually had that experience and so I can say with certainty that SFI is the best organization I have been involved with.
SFI community makes me feel as though I am part of a wonderful family. The encouragement makes me confident in building my own wealth!

What was your greatest challenge to success in SFI...and how did you overcome it?

My greatest challenge was comunication with my sponsor and being able to deal with the lost opportunities I encountered. I joined SFI out of curiousity. By the time I read the SFI basics it was too late for me to become a Fast Tracker – First lost opportunity!
I never received a welcome letter from my sponsor, so was literally lost for the first month. I was not able to accumulate my 1500 points in the first month. – Second lost opportunity! I was beginning to feel disillusioned and thought I should discontinue.
However, I received a letter from my co-sponsor. It encouraged me to respond as he stated that he was there to help. I decided to tell him how unfriendly I thought the program was and about my lost opportunities. He immediately informed me of how I could make the most of what I already had. I was then able to transfer my points to the following month and he encouraged me to start advertising.
The result was a fantastic PSA who was excited about the program. She immediately became a BTL and that pushed me over to STL, all in the same month. Since then, I still do not communicate with my Sponsor but my Co-sponsor rocks! He is my lifeline to SFI. He communicates with me very regularly and answers all my questions. He is a model sponsor. I now emulate him in everything thing he does and that’s the reason for my success today.

I need a mentor. What's the best way to find a mentor for SFI?

Your sponsor co-sponsor should be your mentor, however, in SFI this is not always the case. In fact, its a matter of luck and chance! Nonetheless, we need someone to give that little push, to guide, to praise and to encourage us further. Therefore, my suggestion is that you search the plethora of avenues where you can communicate with others.
For example, there is The Forum, A2A, and Affiliates in your own country. Contact any member of your upline, not just sponsor or co-sponsor. There are at least three others.
Make yourself available by opening chat pages or any other line of communication with them. Be direct and ask for whatever assistance you need. All your questions will be answered by someone. Just be persistent and eventually, you will form a bond with someone. That someone will be the one to influence and encourage you.
I have been a mentor to many persons who are not in my downline. It is a very rewarding experience when you receive a thank-you note indicating a person’s appreciation for some advice given or action performed.
