Your question is about 'Invest.' this implies money and time not 'Free.'

The answer is:
"Because you want a return on your investment."

Let's say you invest time and money at SFI,what will you do and what would be your compensation?

Let's say
1-Invest in part time hours-20 hours per week
2-Invest $50 per month

Where can you operate a business for $50 per month. Just open the doors and it is thousands per month.

It depends on the type of and the degree of disability.

If the person has use of the eyesight and hands, this should not be a problem. What he needs is the ability to use a computer, read and learn. It is the same for everyone.

If his disability involves disease or illness, it would depend on his limitations and what is medically allowed.

The best way to start building a team is with knowledge.

To begin you need to start with a solid foundation, you and only you can lay this foundation.

Any good foundation requires that the builder is knowledgeable enough to lay it, this knowledge can be obtained by acquiring a sound knowledge of SFI and the opportunities that are there.

Be knowledgeable in:
Sponsoring affiliates, the different methods
Duplication, learn to apply the principles of duplication
Marketing,

If you have limited time to invest, I am going to assume you work full time or run another business.

Have you got a small amount of money every month to invest? Set up a standing order for 1500VP and you will be EA2 month after month.

Can you spare 1/2 hour per week? Send a team mail to your PSA's and CSA's.

Can you spare 1/2 per day? Sign in and and complete your Daily actions.

That is a standing order for less than $50 and 4 hours per week of time.

Training is preparing individuals to develop skills necessary to perform a task competently.

If your affiliate is competent to do a certain task, you would not need to train him in that task. you will be wasting your time.

Remember your PSA's are business people, so treat them that way.
You are not a boss or a bully.

Since he has become an EA and had some experience, he or she may be sincere. Although SFI has great opportunities and good compensation plan, it may not be what the person had in mind. You can not force them to stay.

There are many rich and successful persons, but that does not mean we are all willing to receive success in a similar way.

Do you have friends, relatives, aquaintances, neighbours or workmates?
Sponsor five active ones through word-of-mouth. No cost!

Hold offline meetings. Invite them and show them what goes on at SFI. Talk to them and let them have a look first hand.

Teach them(through duplication) to do the important things at SFI. Help them to advance to at least an EA2.

If depends on what stage they are at.

There is a second change program available in which affiliates who are knocked out within the first 5 rounds can buy their way back. They can get back into the contest by attaining the rank of Bronze Team Leader (BTL) within their 60th day of joining SFI. Make sure you explain this.

If they missed the second chance, business must go on.

Disappointment is an indication that the person is motivated and wanted to do better. Continue

Other than the 'To-Do' List there is a lot more to be done to maintain any rank at SFI. To succeed you will need to invest time and money to keep growing.

So what do you have to do, other than what is at those tabs?

Because you lose affiliates from time to time, you will have to be replacing them constantly. A main activity is, therefore sponsoring affiliates.

There are several ways to get action VP, they are all good. It will depend on:
-How much money you want to invest
-How much time do you have to spend at SFI
-What status you are trying to achieve
