In order to build a successful thriving business with SFI you will need to have an active team of personally sponsored affiliates (PSAs). The sooner that you can acquire a working team the faster your business will expand.

With that said; your first priority would be in promoting SFI using the SFI gateways. All of the SFI gateways will take you to a landing page that you can advertise with. When people sign up they will become your new affiliates is SFI.

You can find your gateways by logging into your Affiliate Center and on the black bar hover on “my Account” a drop down will appear – click on “my gateways” – the page will open up to a list of the available gateways to choose from. Once you are set in a “daily” routine of advertising for PSAs you should devote some time to promoting TripleClicks to obtain Personally Referred Members (PRMs). Your PRMs can bring you quicker cash through sales of TripleClicks products. You can find the gateways for your TripleClicks members in the same location as your SFI gateways.

Keep in mind that all the affiliates you enroll in SFI automatically become a member of TripleClicks so all their purchases of products generates commissions for you. The highest commissions will come through having a good active team which can take quite a while to build so that is why I suggest to start with promoting SFI first.

In any home business venture you will find that communication with your teammates is extremely important. SFI makes it easy for us to stay in contact with our teams through the many different resources that they have provided us with and one of those sources is our weekly team letters.

As team leaders it is recommended that we send a weekly newsletter to our down-lines to keep in touch with them. The information that you include within the content of your newsletters should contain, up to date information that will help you teammates build their home business along with uplifting, exciting and motivating messages.

One of the key objectives to creating a good newsletter is including relevant and fresh information. Your affiliates will know if you are just copy and pasting information that already exist within SFI. It is much better to study your material and then write the information clearly and precisely in your own words so it is easily understood.

Besides being informative you want your newsletter to come across as exciting and as enthusiastically as you can without a bunch of hype. In this business hype is easily recognized and rejected as soon as it is read and it will get your newsletters blocked by your teammates.

Want to get your teammates (including CSAs – Co-Sponsored Affiliates) motivated and active – In your newsletter start recognizing their accomplishments in the contents of your newsletter. Nothing gets people more excited than seeing their name praised in written material that they know is going out to everyone in your team.

One of the problems in this kind of business is that a lot of the Team Leaders will keep quiet about things that are working really good for them. They are afraid that everyone will jump on their winning methods (be it advertising or marketing products) and when that happens the benefits of their good methods will disappear.

I would like to state that in order for you to get even better at what you are doing you must share with your team what is really working. Give away your so called secrets to help those who are struggling in your team. There should be no hidden secrets that you keep from your teammates – they are your partners in business and you should be trying to bring them all up to the level you are on.

• Keep your newsletters “news” worthy.
• No hype of any kind.
• Give recognition to your teammates
• Share your working “secrets”
• Write positive and motivating articles.

Playing the Eager Zebra games is beneficial to all the affiliates including those who are playing the games.

There are a lot of affiliates who will suggest that you play the games as an example so your teammates will see your badges on your leadership and home page. Well that is true to be a leader you must never ask your teammates to do something you are not doing.

The badges themselves are a good selling point because there are a large number of affiliates who want to collect all the badges they can. Which is good for it does show everyone who sees your impressive list of badges will know how active you are and that is good for duplication purposes.

I personally believe that the best way to convince your teammates to get involved with the Eager Zebra games is to share the exciting prizes you have acquired by playing the games. That is much better than everyone seeing your badges – The badges say you are playing the games but the prizes you are winning prove the games are good to be playing.

At the present time I have won countless MRPs (Member Reward Points), VPs (Action Versa Points), TCredits and CSAs (Co-Sponsored Affiliates).

Every time you win something playing the games, no matter how small the prize, share that in you weekly newsletter and on the Stream post. After a few postings of prizes your down-line teammates will be drooling over the time when they get to play.

Get involved and play the games, relax and have fun, it’s all part of building your business.

When enrolling in a “work at home business,” like SFI and TripleClicks, you more than likely signed up under someone who was running an ad that you responded to. That person who enrolled you is now your sponsor. Also known as your Up-line or your Team Leader.

One of the first things that you should do as a new affiliate is to get the attention of your sponsor. The ball is in your court at this time. The reason I say this is because your sponsor may be very active in business building and enrolling many new affiliates weekly or daily.

The best way to get the attention of your sponsor is to respond to their mailings to you. Don’t just read the emails they send you, respond back by asking questions or making comments. You should also “white list” your sponsors email address so that none of his/her emails to you end up in your spam file.

Remember your sponsor is not a mind reader – In other words, if you are having problems in one area of your new home business your sponsor will not know how to help you if you are not communicating with him/her. Nothing makes a sponsor feel better than receiving a request for help from one of the teammates in the group.

I know a lot of affiliates will tell you to get on your sponsors top ten “Movers list” by logging in daily and working your “to-do” list. There is just one problem with this advice and that is your personal sponsor may have a few thousand affiliates in his/her team. Their movers list may have up to 50 or more affiliates listed who have been in SFI for a couple of years and have thriving businesses and are constantly in contact with their sponsor. It could take you quite a long time to work your way up to your sponsor’s top ten teammates.

I say the best way to gain maximum support from you sponsor and up-line is to think of how you would want your own down-line teammates contacting you and asking for your advice and support, think of how you would want your down-line teammates to attract your attention then turn all that around and do the same towards your sponsor. I personally believe that is the best way to attract attention.

It will help tremendously if you personally are active in your business building activities because if you do attract your sponsor’s attention they will probably check your VP ledger and see what you are presently doing. If they see good reports as to logging in every day and earning the VP that is needed to succeed then your chances of getting the kind of help you want is greater.

You must realize that support from your sponsor will not make or break your business. If you have a non-responsive sponsor don’t panic! You have many resources within SFI to gain all the assistance that you need to build a successful home business. Check the Forum, ASK SC, a2a friends, up-line beyond your sponsor and 24/7 support from admin.

Remember during the first couple of days a new affiliate signs up they are inundated with all kinds of new information advising them to do such and such. What you need to do as their sponsor is to introduce yourself and assure your new affiliate that you are their team leader and you are committed to their success.

Give them all the communication links that you use so they will not have trouble contacting you. Also give them the link to the forum and inform them that the forum members will help you if you are not available.

It is important to start building the communication relationship that you will need to assist them with business activities. Let them know in your introductory letter that you will contact them in a couple of days and ask them to write down any questions they may have so you can answer them.

If you are sending a different “first” email to them after your introduction letter then you can touch lightly on the Fast Track system, Earning their first 1,500 VP and saving some of the “easy” action VP for the following month if they don’t take the fast track.

Remember build a relationship first - when they know and trust you then you can get into the meat of their SFI and TripleClicks business.

It is the Marketer’s dream to sponsor serious affiliates in their SFI and TripleClicks home business. Every time we post the next ad we’ll be thinking; “This will be where I strike gold, or I’m sure this time I will dig up my diamond!”

Is it even possible to find a prospect that will become a serious affiliate in SFI? At the very beginning of when a prospect becomes an affiliate in SFI and starts to become active is the only way we will ever know if we sponsored (enrolled) a jewel or not.

With SFI and TripleClicks being a free to join program it will be difficult to enroll only serious affiliates. The word “Free” attracts a lot of “Fool’s gold” and “industrial diamonds.”

But there is something we can do to help better the odds of finding those who possibly can become serious affiliates with a little guidance and support from the sponsor. And that would be to “Pre-Qualify” your prospects before signing them up.

The methods for Pre-qualifying prospects are simple questions that you ask them before enrolling them in SFI.

If your prospect is a “face to face” (warm market) contact as your explaining the business opportunity with them simply drop a small bomb and state; “I am securing my future income with my home business and I only put in an hour a day and about $40 a month.” Believe me from that point on your prospect will be weighing out his budget to see if they can do the same with their time and money.

If your prospect is from “on-line” contacts that come from ads you are running then your ad needs to do the “Pre-Qualifying” for you.

I am currently running an ad that asks a series of four or five questions and if the answer is yes to all of them then I encourage them to click my JMT (Join My Team) page. If they answer no to any of the questions then I actually suggest that they are not ready for an “at home” based business. The questions I ask go something like this:

1. Do you have an Internet connection with a computer, lap-top, or smart phone?
2. Can you spend 3 to 5 hours a week on with your new home business?
3. Are you able to invest at least $40 a month in your own business?
4. Are you willing to work for 1 or 2 years before you see yourself earning your dream income?

Using this kind of ad you will not receive as many “hits” but the ones who click on the JMT URL are those who are not afraid of the questions you asked and are willing to do the necessary work to achieve success.

I must also state that even with the pre-qualifying questions by Internet or in person does not mean that they will not become inactive. It just makes the odds a little bit better that you will strike gold and find diamonds.

Your home business with SFI and TripleClicks depends on how well you can learn about Internet marketing and then how successful you are at passing the knowledge on to your teammates in your down-lines.

I really enjoy teaching other people to do things they have not done before or to teach them better ways to do what they have always done. SFI helps me to satisfy that enjoyment by being able to teach my newly arriving affiliates and also helping others in our forum.

I do not believe there is any greater thrill than watching someone you have taught how to do something excel in their work and even pass you up. The rewards are life changing for the student and teacher alike.

To be able to teach and share knowledge with others (train others) you first must obtain the knowledge you want to share. That process is called “learning.” What I love about SFI is you can earn while you learn.

As soon as you learn (student) a new technique or strategy you should prove it to yourself that it will work as you learned it. Once you are satisfied with the results you then can share (teaching) that with your teammates. As long as you are one step ahead of your teammates you are teaching them the way to go.

Learning and teaching (and in that order) is what will take you to the top of the success ladder with SFI and TripleClicks.

One key to success is NEVER attempt to teach something that you know nothing about. So many times someone that is inexperienced in a particular subject will try and teach someone else how to do it only to miserably fail. Doing this will cause your teammates to distrust you.

If you do not know something your teammates has asked you about – be upfront with them and tell them you don’t know but you will do all you can to find someone who can give me the right information and I will get right back with you.

Remember to teach simplicity – our business thrives on “duplication” so you don’t want to make things too complicated for your teammates to learn.

Learn – then Teach – equals profits for all concerned.

As a new affiliate coming into SFI and wanting to build a good business they are going to see many forum post or stream messages that encourage them to help their down-lines become team leaders.

With that being said; we as team leaders need to be training our new affiliates what is the appropriate assistance that they should be giving their new and up-coming team leaders.

One of the easiest traps to fall into is when a teammate of ours will contact us with a plea for financial help. I am soft hearted and an easy pushover for a good hard luck story (because I have been there many times myself). So I ended up giving financial help too many different affiliates over the period of three years.

I kind of told myself; “This is an investment in my business,” As of today I must say it has been a bad investment. Not a single affiliate that I have helped financially is in my team today. As soon as I have helped them they disappear or quit by the end of the month.

So I would say that you do not need funds to invest in them because it doesn’t pay. Also when we are helping them financially we are setting a bad example for our teammates to follow. Remember we train our affiliates to duplicate our actions and many of our affiliates cannot afford to help others financially.

One other point to consider is that when helping our teammates financially we are helping to create “dependents” and that is not what we want to create, we want them to be in-dependent affiliates building their own business.

Give every kind of assistance that your affiliates needs as far as training, recognition, and in teaching them how to market and sell products. Help our affiliates sponsor people in their team then teach them to train their down-lines.

Stay in constant communication and contact with your affiliates and answer their questions as soon as you can.

Be the Awesome sponsor we all wish we had – but keep your wallet in your pocket or purse.

As this year fades away many people are starting to reflect on what they have accomplished and are starting to focus on what can be improved on as we welcome in the New Year.

Some may have a feeling that their batteries are running out of power and they need to “re-energize” themselves “get re-charged” (so to speak) with SFI and enter the New Year with a full charge to move ahead and blaze new paths to success.

I LOVE it! I LOVE iiiiiiittt! My friends I can no longer hold on to myself because I get to tell it like it is with me.

My friends and teammates and SFI family – I run around here feeling like the energized bunny – I just keep going and going and going – there is no reason that I have to get “re-energized” with SFI for the New Year.

I carry enough energy around that it is splashing out onto the people I meet in the store, gas-stations, restaurants, and everywhere I take my self to. If someone comes to my house and knocks on the door they better be ready for this energized SFIer is going to zap them with such an excited message that they will wonder why they haven’t joined SFI a year ago.

Look I stay plugged in to my dreams and desires and I see that I can achieve them through working my goals by building a business with SFI and TripleClicks. Every day is one more step closer to the fulfillment of those dreams and the exciting part about it is that I can take my whole team with me on the ride to the top.

Stayed charged up with the reality that your dreams and desires can be obtained. Remind yourself daily of what you are working for. Know without a doubt that you can reach your success level and those long awaited prizes that you have been reaching for unfold themselves right before your eyes.

Now I have gone and done it again!! - I am so charged up right now that I won’t be able sleep tonight – I think I will log in one minute after midnight so I can spread this energy all over SFI, sounds like some of you could use it.

Enrolling senior citizens in SFI and TripleClicks is a good idea. They can become some of your best teammates to have in your down-lines.

One of the reasons is that most senior citizens or retired people have a bit more time in which to devote to their personal business.

Most senior citizens are on a fixed budget and do not have a lot of money to spare for putting into their business. But on the same token many of them would like to have a second income to complement their retirement pension.

They are much more mature and set in their ways so if they decide to build a business with SFI they are much more likely to stick it out through thick or thin.

The way I was motivated to join was not by wanting to start a “business.” To me (as a senior citizen) that meant going back to work - yuck!! I was drawn by the need for something that would help me supplement my retirement income and even surpass it if possible.

The next thing that made me want to join is that I could work whenever I wanted to with no strings attached. I like my free time as a retired person and I want to use it when I feel like it and spend it on whatever I want.

If I; being retired, enjoy the idea of a second income that can help me have more fun as a senior citizen and I can work on it whenever I deemed necessary then I know there are many more elderly people who would want the same things.

With that being said; I would personally introduce SFI and TripleClicks as a second income that can be built while using free time within the comforts of their own home. No products to stock – no cold calls or sales quotas to meet and no boss overlooking everything you do.

One other thing I liked as a senior citizen is that I am not locked in at home with this second income. I can set it on vacation mode or just pack up my lap-top and take my business with me where ever I go.

In conclusion: center your approach on:

Supplement your retirement income.
No stocking products
Work whenever and wherever you want.
Build your second income with a very low budget
Leave the income to your Children or Grandchildren for an inheritance.
