Good and very important question. Although there is no need of an upline’s help to grow your SFI business. But if you be in touch with your upline, you do not need to re-invent the wheel & if you are lucky you may be served all the good tips of building your SFI business on a platter.
THE REVERSE IS ALSO TRUE
It's through communication that you can teach your affiliates and your upline and how to succeed in SFI (i.e. duplication). And it's through communication that you'll build relationships with your affiliates and of course with upline — which is very, very important.
Think about it. Do YOU want to make money for someone who offers no support or assistance? Of course not. It's the same thing with the affiliates you sponsor. If they feel you do not care about them, they will not want to build their businesses because they will not want to see their hard work benefiting some stranger they never hear from.
Now, you may be new to business. You may feel you have nothing to offer in the way of training. That's OK, you can learn and grow into the leader role over time. And, after all, all the training your affiliates need is at the SFI Affiliate Center.
But what you must never do is allow your affiliates to think their sponsor (you) is uncaring. If you do that, if you do not communicate with your affiliates, success will be a hundred times harder to attain.
OK, so HOW do you communicate with your affiliates? How do you make sure they know you are out there and available to assist them?
COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR UPLINE
1. Through email messages.
2. Through Personal Messages
3. Through e-cards.
4. Through Social Media Networks
5. Ask them for guidance whenever you are in doubt.
6. Praise your upline if they respond back to you.
7. Communication both ways is very important.
8. Your progress in SFI business would accelerate if you and your upline are always in touch.
