This is exactly what we can do with the help of reassignment tool and other means that are within our power and ability to use.

REASSIGNMENT TOOL. This is a great way to help members of our team from other countries grow. Click Geography in Genealogy to locate PSAs of the same country or region we can reassign to strengthen them as they will be sharing the same language, culture, and beliefs and will be able to work together effectively.

With the new Reassignment feature that has recently been introduced by Gery Carson, this tool is even more powerful in building a strong first and second generation down the line. It helps with the construction of a deep and productive downlines as we can now reassign new PSAs under the second generation and go deeper. This will help our overseas affiliates who are serious and committed to their business move forward quicker. Although there are rules to follow, this will excite and inspire affiliates who are yet to reach STL to work even harder.

GIFT CERTIFICATES. This is another way to help and support affiliates overseas by way of gift certificate if the PSA is struggling but is a hard worker and committed to making his business work, and only needs a little push to get over the line at the end of the month.

SHARE IN CO-OP.- This is one of the best ways to help our affiliates in other countries to build a team and succeed in SFI. This is duplicatable and will help in building depth.

This age group is the most challenging to attract to become active SFI Affiliates.

At age 21 to 24 a person is just starting to feel free from long years of study. . Some may want to have a break from responsibility and think only of travelling and being carefree.

To attract this age group, the best strategy when introducing the SFI business opportunity is to highlight the Eager Zebra games, like Card King and KOT, and the TripleClicks Pricebender auctions, where one can just have fun and enjoy the challenges of winning

We can try by explaining to Affiliates the difference between having a job, and having a business.

It is understandable for affiliates who have a job to have the EMPLOYEE mentality when they joined SFI.

They are used to reporting for work everyday, to do a set job in accordance with the job descriptions of their positions, to work for a boss who decides their suitability for advancement and receive a set weekly or fortnightly pay, and must be productive, proactive and work hard for the success of the company.

It's when they joined SFI and discover the big difference between being an employee and a business owner. A lot of new affiliates who are still operating with an EMPLOYEE mentality will need a lot of educating and convincing that now they are no longer working for someone else, but for themselves. That being BUSINESS OWNERS carries with it certain responsibilities, investment and commitment that they alone can give in order to succeed.

Unlike before, they now have to make decisions, develop maturity and learn how to become effective leaders, develop good working habits and learn more and read more.

They now learn that their success lie in their hands alone. Once they start to enjoy success by earning more and helping their team to learn and earn, turning their EMPLOYEE mentality to BUSINESS OWNER will be much easier.

Yes, you can be successful in SFI without investing any money- it will just take you much, much longer to reach the top. And the longer it takes you to your achieve your goal, the more frustrated and unmotivated you will become, and may eventually quit. So, yes, with reservations. Because SFI has provided lots of free resources, it is up to you to make use of them.

You need to devote your time, energy and efforts in the following activities:

. Learn and do from day one how to earn VP and collect the maximum you can to become EA and be diligent about doing your daily tasks. And read, read, read and put into practice what you've read in the Launchpad, SFI Rules of Success, and all other Training Tools provided for you, free.

. PSAs that start off great are like shooting stars! They’re here today, gone tomorrow, leaving us frustrated and wondering what to do with them!

My advice is to keep the communication open, include them in your weekly newsletters with updates and news of your team’s achievements, the latest star in your team, the best promoter/s, the best seller/s, top author, etc.

Send 'missing you' E-Card, or 'here to help' E-Card every now and then, as well as short messages via Team Mail, with simple words such as ‘Hey, just checking in to see if you’re OK and need help’ or anything to keep in touch.

We’ll never know what the reasons for their inactivity are so keep our communication door wide open and keep them on the loop. One day when they’re able to sort out their problems and they’re ready, they’ll just log in and surprise us.

Meanwhile, we concentrate on helping our Movers and keep moving. Time waits for no one, and time is money. Worrying and being frustrated over things we cannot control is not good for our health.

Becoming an awesome sponsor requires a lot of self-belief in your ability to handle every kinds of problems and obstacles that come your way while building a successful SFI business.

If many of your affiliates have blocked your emails, read the reasons why when you check your Block List.

Some reasons may astound, surprise, or shock. Take them with a grain of salt. Use it as a teaching moment. They have a problem, not you.

Start by regularly accessing your Block List. See reasons for blocks in the link to view the reasons these affiliates decided to block you, paying particular attention to frequent and repeated complaints. Then, keep remember those reasons when creating team newsletters and other communications to your affiliates.

I recently checked my Block List- there were 3 Blocks: all to do with my weekly group mail. One said the mail does not relate to him, the other is no longer interested but the third reason was a real shocker not worth repeating.

This blocking referred to my group mails of March 24, May 24 and Aug. 15, 2015 so it will be easy for me to review my messages and do some revision on my style, content, length, etc. to reduce future affiliates blocking me.

This hasn't happened before so I was really surprised to see it and its a teaching moment that I want to learn from. I will now make my weekly group mails short and sweet!

So, do NOT get hung up on a few people blocking you complaining about your messages. We’ll never please everyone, and we don’t want to get bogged down by a few who will never be happy! As I said, they have a problem, not us.

Unless you have a large number of affiliates blocking you, you should listen to the feedback, take action and continue being an awesome sponsor to others who are working and in contact with you. They are the ones that matter!

Yes, there is such a thing as helping our affiliates TOO much, or not much, depending on the kind of help you are giving your affiliates.

To be an awesome sponsor, it is our role to provide all the help, support, guidance, mentoring, motivation and and encouragement to our affiliates. And it's not TOO much if done with love and care, because we want them to succeed. We succeed only if our affiliates succeed. That's Rule No. 6 of the SFI Rules of Success. To get, give.

So,in the beginning, upon joining our team, we do our best to make the new affiliate as welcome and as informed as possible. Training and teaching them the basics and all the procedures they need to fully comprehend how SFI works and how to build their business.

It can never seem too much help if certain affiliate needs more help
depending on which country he comes from, his language, educational, cultural background and other issues.

Some may be slow in "getting it" so we need patience in teaching and training. These kinds of affiliates will need more help than the others and we need to give too much of our time and support.

Although SFI recommends that we offer incentives such as Gift Certificates, TCredits, Reassignments, and such, this kind of help is not too much if it is to reward them for their achievements and not to encourage dependency.

In doing so, we also need to teach them a very valuable lesson of self-sufficiency and resourcefulness as part of their training as they advance in rank to become team leaders. Give them a chance to think for themselves, and grow as they learn more. As they continue to develop, their business will also grow and success will happen.
