Remember the old fashioned way of teaching a child to swim? You throw him in the pool and watch him flounder. When he gets more relaxed, he will concentrate on the actions he needs to take to get to the safety of the pool side. His arms and legs work together to get the forward motion, and he learns to open his eyes to see where he's going. And he holds his head above the water so he can breath. All the while you are near and watching lest he needs your help.

To engage your team members, you must write something meaningful to them, and then get a response back. The response may be a written reply back about your statement or it may be an action taken because of the original statement.

To get them to reply, your statement must catch their attention, cause them to think about it, and stir them to action.

Whether you are congratulating a member for a job well done, announcing a contest, explaining new SFI policy, or giving a great tip,

To get re-energized toward your SFI business for 2016, you must align yourself with the positive aspects of this business.

Begin with a positive mental attitude. Find a few testimonials about people who built businesses from the ground up.For short stories, do a search for popular tourist stops and attractions. Many tell about their founders and what they endured to make it through the tough times.

With a positive attitude look at your goals for 2015, your successes, and shortcomings.

What is the advantage of becoming an ECA...and if I become one, how does it help my SFI business?

The most obvious answer here is that it gives you one more way to earn money using the SFI opportunity. But it also gives you the experience of setting up and running an ECA store so that you are able to recruit new ECAs and to encourage and help your own PSAs to become ECAs.

When you own an ECA store, you have the power to choose which products to offer and their prices. You have the whole world of products to choose from, including those that affiliates need but are not offered, or not

When you format an ad campaign, do it with a no nonsense determination. Make then want it even if they didn't know they wanted it before they saw it. Tell them to do it now before they lose the need for it

1 Match the product to a targeted group that is interested in this type of product.
2 Locate ad sites where these people are apt to be looking.
3 Get their attention with a lead statement that interests them enough to join TC so they can get the details..
4 Show a photo

Apart from the 125 TCredits pack, what other Standing Order product with 1500 VP would you suggest to replace IAHBE?

Remembering that the Standing Order can be edited, the items changed from month to month, I like to vary the products that I order. Of course the TCredits are the Big Easy. They give lots of vp and carry no shipping fees.

But I like to keep a good stock of business aids on hand. So I have lots of needs and so little VP to fill. We can of course order as many products as we have funds for, but generally people stop at 1500 or 2000 VP per month.I think a limit of 2000 vp per month is putting

As a senior myself, I would be most likely to engage in a conversation about extra income with a person who took some time to get to know my hopes, dreams, family life, and how I spend most of my time.

Seniors either have enough money for their needs and wants or they are looking for a way to supplement what they have. They are often worried that they haven't put enough money away to last until the end of their life. They are facing their mortality and do not want to get into anything

What should I do to gain maximum support from my upline to grow my SFI business?

No matter what stage you are in at building your business, you must ask specific questions of your upline to get the maximum support from them.

If you leave it to your sponsor or upline to guess what you need help with, he may choose a topic that you are well versed in. If you want the weekly letters to have more meat in them than what a beginner needs, then tell your sponsor what you want to read about. Ask the questions. That makes it much easier for an upline to write a letter and know

A student is one who spends his time learning. Some topics he learns just enough to be familiar with the subject. Other topics are more important to his life and he becomes much more knowledgeable about them. Sometimes, he becomes an expert in a subject .A student learns best the things that are important to his own life.

We all became students at the moment of birth, or even before that. We learned a tremendous amount in our first 4 years. We learned by instruction, by trial and error,

How to explain to new affiliates the value of becoming a Fast-Track member?

As you discuss the business with your new PSA, or even a face-to-face prospect, it is less important to give the bullet points of what they will receive for being FastTrack. Instead, tell them that it is important that they get a fast, but solid beginning in their training and their business.

Momentum and excitement will carry them a lot farther than telling them they will get a badge that they don't understand and a list an arm's length of other things. Don't overload him by telling
