Hello Hristina,
The best response to a text ad I have had has been to the following:
--------------------------------
Stay At Home And Earn Online
I Will Show You How PERSONALLY!
Low Time Requirement
Low Investment Requirement
Established For Over 16 Years
--------------------------------
I believe this works because of the offer to personally show someone how to earn online, the low time and investment requirement. Most people do not have a lot of time or money to invest in a new business venture and they fear that they could lose their money if they don't have ongoing help and support. They also want to be sure that they are joining an established business that is not going to run off overnight with their investment (time and money).
I hope this help Hristina

What are the best methods for signing up ECAs?

Try offline marketing by approaching your local businesses with ECA Brochures and X-Cards. Introduce them to Tripleclicks as ECAs and even help them register if you can.
Many 'bricks and mortar' businesses are finding it difficult to make profits at the moment and many do not have the skills or finances to operate their own eCommerce sites, and fees on sites such as eBay are too high to make it profitable. TC is a very good alternative for them because their products are promoted by affiliates so not only do they get their own online outlet but also a sales force to spread the word about their listings.
By introducing local businesses you can also support them by connecting and promoting their products. This will increase your reputation with local businesses which could bring more benefits such as sponsoring more affiliates.
Summary: Don't rely solely on the Internet for your ECA marketing. Get away from your computer and help local business.

Will moving up my personal rank in SFI help to gain more trust from my downline members and help fuel further growth?

Most definitely. By achieving higher ranking you are leading by example. If you are not doing the things required to grow your SFI business you cannot possibly expect your Personally Sponsored Affiliates or Co-Sponsored Affiliates to take the necessary steps.
Always lead by example and teach your downline members to duplicate the successful steps that you take to achieve higher ranking. This is the key to success through duplication.

How can I get more of my affiliates to upgrade to EA?

Give them your time and be patient with them. Not all your PSAs are going to jump right in and will want to see the SFI system working and understand how it works before they commit to a financial investment. Sometimes this can be years and trying to push them to upgrade can be the one thing that turns them away.
When they do become EAs reward them. Give them some TCredits or a gift certificate. This shows that you are not just in it for yourself but you are willing to share what THEY help you earn.
Then use the power of 'duplication' to get your downline moving and you will see more EAs and higher each month.

Communication, Example and Support.
Make sure you are communicating with your downline. Send a newsletter to them each week and answer any questions they may have. Give your time freely to those who are willing to work.
Do as you would have them do. If you say it is a good idea to by a product make sure you have already bought and checked the product for quality. Recommending items for the sake of gaining VP or commissions is not a good practice and many people realise that you are doing this if they buy a product you have recommended and it does not live up to the description you have given it.
Always support your downline and if it is within your means send them a gift of TCredits or a Gift Certificate as a sign of appreciation for their efforts.

1. Make sure you provide as many contact details for yourself in your welcome email and welcome message. Ask them if you can call them or chat with them about the SFI business.
2. Use team mail to communicate with your team and keep doing it. It sometimes takes several emails to get a response
3. Offer shares in coops and give them rewards for their efforts. Follow up on the rewards with a thank you email. You have opened the doors of communication
4. Don't give up if they don't answer your emails or messages. Keep giving good advice and keep letting them know that you BELIEVE in the SFI business.
5. Post on the stream and let your team members know that you WANT to help them. Those that are active will eventually respond.
6. Lead by example. Show your team members that you are willing take the actions that you ask of them.
Hope that is helpful. Good luck with your business and stay happy, healthy and young :-)

When should we give up on CSAs who don't respond to our messages or do anything?

Don't give up on anyone but don't spend too much time on those that do not do anything. As mentioned before 'Work With The Workers'.
Some people do not get started straight away and others will start when they have heard from you several times. They are looking to see YOUR confidence in the SFI business. Show them that you believe in your business and you may find that they get started.
Some people who join do so just to have a look at the system and then become overawed by all of the information. You need to show them that this business is not difficult by directing them to the relevant pages within SFI:
* https://www.sfimg.com/SFIBasics3Steps
* https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/CompPlan
* https://www.sfimg.com/Training/
You need to be an awesome sponsor:
https://www.sfimg.com/Training/AwesomeSponsor
So don't ever give up on any of your team. They may not be active now but when they do become active they are going to be a valuable part of your own business.
I hope this helps

How can I create a good ad?

It is amazing how many people will click on an ad that simply says 'Don't click here if you want to keep working for someone else'
I often start conversations with people I don't know. What are the best ways I can transition these conversations into me giving them an X-card/flyer/postcard for SFI?

When conversing with strangers keep in mind that you are giving them something. An opportunity to improve their sales and/or their income which comes down to an improvement in their lifestyle.
Because a lot of people shy away from 'sales' people or those with 'opportunities' it is important that you show them that you believe in what you are 'suggesting' to them. Trying the 'hard sell' will not work in most cases and will turn people away from you.
The X-Card or Brochure should be the last thing you give them. Sell yourself first.
Ask them questions and use the F.O.R.M formula when asking questions.
F = Family
Do they have family and do they have time to spend with their family?
O = Occupation
What do they do for a living and do they enjoy their work?
R = Recreation
What do they do for fun and do they have time for recreation?
M = Motivation
What makes them do things like go to work or like a particular activity?
When have asked questions about the above and LISTENED to the answers you are in a position to introduce your SFI opportunity. You have the answers to their questions or objections because you already know 'about' them.
Make sure you give them not only your X-Card or Brochure but your contact details. They may not be ready to jump in straight away but they may come back to you in the future when the time is right for them.
I hope this helps someone.

This happened to me due to a death in the family. It does happen and there are excuses for it due to changes in circumstances and through loss or illness.
The best thing to do is let you downline know what is happening from the beginning. If you able and are going to be away for a while create a co-op, put your affiliates into it and change any advertising links to direct to the co-op.
If you are away from your business for a while get straight back onto your SFI business as soon as you can. Contact your downline immediately and let them know you are back and available to support them. Real people will understand that you have not deserted them and will be thankful for your efforts.
