The immediate benefit is you get the opportunity to be a Team Leader the moment you have a bunch of PSAs. You also were successful in sponsoring and duplication. That gave you the drive to reach out for even more success.
As a Team Leader you earn matching Versapoints (both PSAs and CSAs) up to 12 levels. This translates into bigger shares of the TripleClicks Executive Pool.
You earn 45% of the CV each time your PSA places an order at TripleClicks. Your PSAs are your customers for life.
In addition to direct commissions versapoints are the key to benefit financially from the efforts of your PSAs. A large active downline is manageable while providing personal attention to everyone. Delegation is the keyword here. Team Leaders can play a vital role here. Team Leaders can help to oversee their respective downlines while you keep an eye on their progress.
Making use of communication tools like PSA mailers, Genealogy mailers etc. can provide the personal attention.
Making use of websites, blogs, weekly newsletters etc. is helpful in managing a large active downline.

2. They know the importance of communication to build a cohesive team and they communicate to their downlines and encourage them to communicate.

What is the most effective strategy for reassigning people in your downline?

Firstly you need to have a sizeable number of personally sponsored executive affiliates (EA). This is because training and maintaining your EAs can qualify you as a Team Leader and you also accumulate valuable versapoints. If you want to keep receiving the benefits if being a TL then it is advisable not to reassign to many of your personally sponsored EAs.
Secondly you need to know the reason why you want to reassign someone. If your reason is just to earn the 5 VPs than that is not a good reason. The reason why you reassign is “leverage.” You can have thousands of PSAs in your first generation but if they don’t find success you are going to lose most of them. For this reason you need to develop Team Leaders. You will almost certainly benefit from Team Leaders because they will remain committed and active.
The more Team Leaders you have the more you enhance your earning potential because Team Leaders will have their own profitable teams and you have created another residual income stream which works almost like auto-pilot with little attention on your part.
To put it in a nutshell you are better off with 5 TLs on your frontline, than 25 EAs, or even 50 EAs.

The whole SFI business concept revolves around three areas of constant study and review namely START, SFI BASICS and LAUNCHPAD. These three areas summarises what you need to do at SFI to be successful. Emphasize this to your PSAs.
You really need not make things too complicated and overwhelm yourself and your PSAs. Just focus on these three areas for a start and you are ready to earn money.
Guide your PSAs into these three areas and they will be equipped with enough knowledge to do business.
Get yourself familiar with FAQs, visit the forum every day and read the answers at ASK SC. Tell your PSAs to do the same.
Communicate with your sponsor and upline. Get your PSAs to do the same.
The TO-DO List is very important. Go through all the tabs everyday and earn the versapoints.
Get your PSAs to watch the training video at START Tab. That also summarises what you really have to do to be successful at SFI.
Familiarise yourself with the VP Ledger and disseminate to your PSAs. The VP Ledger is a listing of all the actions you can take to earn versapoints and for increasing your payouts, perks Power Rankings in SFI.

Recruiting PSAs or ECAs--which will generate the quickest income?

Recruiting PSAs with an emphasis on duplication will generate the quickest income. I would however focus on both to enhance my income. A significant number of PSAs are also ECAs and vice versa. Making money is the goal but by recruiting PSAs a quick and steady income can be realized with the power of duplication and residual income.
Quickest income can be earned with PSAs by following these three basic steps:
1. Become an Executive Affiliate (EA) and remain an EA every month.
2. Recruit five affiliates using the beginner methods, intermediate methods and advanced methods.
3. Teach your five affiliates to do these same three steps.
Each time a PSA places an order at TripleClicks you earn 45% of the CV. Earnings from PSA is powerful because once your recruit PSAs they become your affiliate for life.
Recruiting ECAs while incomes realized are not as quick as PSAs it helps to supplement the quicker income generated from recruiting PSAs. By referring companies to your ECA gateway, for each approved ECA you’ll earn 10% of the CV on all their sales at TripleClicks plus you will earn an immediate 100VP when your ECA lists their first product.
To conclude recruiting PSAs will earn quicker incomes than recruiting ECAs. My personal advise is to focus on PSAs and spend the extra time available to recruit ECAs to enhance your income.

Although the SFI business can be carried out without any investment, a quicker and smart way to earn is to invest a small amount of money upfront in order to generate much bigger returns in the longrun. Of course there must be effort and commitment to produce the desired results. We should convince affiliates about the benefits that could be accrued with a small investment.
Affiliates should be told that SFI has almost 2 million members in more than 190 countries with over 106,000 products and over 5000 ECAs. These figures speak for itself and SFI is a game changer in the industry. Thus inveting a small amout of money is a smart move to start off with for bigger returns later on.
Affiliates should be briefed about the compensation plan which SFI offers. Each time your PSA or TC member whom you personally referred places an order at TripleClicks, you earn 45% of the CV. The commission program is powerful because your PSAs are your customers for life. Affiliates also get shares in the TripleClicks executive pool. For each VP you accumulate during the month you will receive one share of the month’s pool. Affiliates who become Team Leaders will receive matching VPs on your downline at different levels depending on your rank. In addition each time an SFI affiliate that you co-sponsor places an order at TripleClicks you earn 15% of the CV.
