In all human endeavours there are efforts and there are results, and the strength of your effort is the measure of the results you get.
Duplication is the biggest income earner in SFI if used to the fullest. To succeed in duplication, mastering the genealogy tool
and adding strategies to it is the top secret to building a strong team. The genealogy tool is the most important tool you can use to build a thriving and successful business in SFI. To get the most out of your genealogy tool means understanding it's detailed working.
The genealogy tool gives a detailed report of your SFI business, and you can maximize the use of it by monitoring and giving advice on the activities of your affiliates (PSAs and CSAs) as follows:

1. Create any view of reports you want to see on your affiliates:

A. Use the Sort tool to select specific category of your affiliates:
- Arrange them based on current month VersaPoint; date joined SFI;last login; Keycode; SFI ID etc;

B. Use the Filter tool to get specific range of results:
- Example how many affiliates whose power rank 'equals to', 'less than', or 'greater than' 10.
- Determine country rank, class rank, city etc of a range of affiliates;
- Evaluate your business success e.g how many affiliates are new TLs, new EAs etc. in the current month;

2. Use the email/team mail tool to send email/team mails to all affiliates in your team.

Hi Jay-Ar, both W3 and S-Builder are important in building successful SFI business.
However if I am to choose the best, participating in S-Builder is better than W3 for the following reasons:

1. You receive multiple benefits recruiting with S-Builder: VP matching, direct commission, CSA commission. This is not immediate in W3.
2. Though you may save money every month on select TripleClicks products, getting S-Builder as standing order save you money too.
3. Though you can access the latest tunes from the best independent artists worldwide, it will not contribute to growing your business.
4. 5 Tcredits and 50 MRPs reward from W3 can easily be obtained from daily grand and E365 contest.
5. There is no assurance that your referral will become your PSA in W3, S-Builder guarantee this.

Tag the get-together as "My Business, My Friend". However, the fun aspect should come first

A) Get-Together for Fun:
1. Welcome everyone with an introductory message and how the get-together will go.
2. Start with everyone introducing themselves, location where they come from, date join SFI, and achievement.
3. Get your friends into three to four groups for any competitive game that portrays leadership and team building capability.
4. The best two teams should now compete in another game, may be crafts making.

1. Wear it whenever you are going for business meetings.
2. Take a picture of your FT lapel pin:
- create a blog about home business, Internet marketing, creating residual income etc
and mount it for your visitors to see. Explain how you get your lapel pin, attch a link
to your important gateways.
- Equally, you can write articles about home business, Internet marketing etc, get the
picture of your lapel pin displayed and attach a link to your important gateways.
- Build your own website about SFI and/or featuring SFI banners. Write a short note

1. See your team members as colleagues and not your sub-ordinate, therefore don't be too pushy in what you want them to do.
2. Carefully select your words to be in form of advice rather than criticizing.
3. Use inclusive words like "we", "our", "all of us" etc. in your email.
4. Appreciate the affiliate's contribution before mentioning what he or she should improve upon.

Loyal customers are the best salespeople. Your business may just be starting; and all you have are just few customers. If you are marketing to the right people in the right place, you will control your spending and also have high percentage of response from contacted customers. In this case, your effort yields better results. You want to be specific as to places where you put money, because if you say the right things to the right people in your marketing, they will have a higher chance of responding. This means you get more return on your marketing investment. That’s a great thing!

We are all taught that selling benefits is better than selling features. In lion share of situations, this is certainly true. However, more powerful than simply selling benefits and linking them to features, is to sell the ideal. The ideal is the thing or the experience that your customer is looking for. I remain an affiliate today because I choose to. My leader never spoke to me for once.
2. What they see is different from what they believe e.g many think they can make quick money.
3. Wrong information from people who advertise SFI to them.
4. No proper leadership counsel from the team leader.
5. New realities about their individual life: death, relocation, no access to Internet etc.
6. Most of these affiliates never see it as business, so they take it casual.
7. A number of these affiliates do not ask question from their leaders, so they get frustrated and quit.
8. Motivation is necessary in this type of business, but most leaders don't extend this generosity.
9. A lot of affiliates think it is totally free, after the first month if they have to buy something, they want to quit.
10. Finally, no immediate reward in the early days of joining SFI.
