Should I stick strictly to using SFI's system or would it benefit me to add some of my own touches and strategies?

Hi Kamrul!
SFI system is one of the best system in the world. When you use it, it is necessary to add some of your own touches and strategies.
SFI is a global business. SFI is based in US. Most of the things used in the system, are designed for US. In some countries those things don't work, don't fit or are not allowed. So all of us, we must add some touches and strategies to make the system work for us in our countries, as long as we do not break SFI rules.
At SFI, we are not robots. We are not programed. That is why we have Ask SC and the Forum so that we can use our brains, share strategies, ideas, etc and add them to the system.
If we were supposed to use the system as it is, we would never had the Forum and Ask SC because there will only be one answer to the question. The answer will be what SFI wrote. But because we are allowed to add some touches, that is why we have the Forum and Ask SC. Here you ask for other affiliates input and add them to the system. By adding them, you are not re-inverting the system, but just adjusting it to fit certain aspects and to produce necessary results.
Even SFI keeps on upgrading because sometimes, what was working last time, might not be working now. So you need to keep on adjusting the system and adding some touches and strategies.
I hope this will help you.
Thank you.

What is the importance of the new ECA tab at the Affiliate Center? How will you be using it to grow your business?

Hi Mary!
The importance of ECA tab is that it has short cuts to:
All ECAs in my country,
All ECAs in my region,
All ECAs in my country that accept MRP and TCredits as payment,
All ECAs in my region that accept MRP and TCredits as payment and
And ECAs that accept MRP and TCredits as payment.
All of the above will make it easy for me to browse and shop at TripleClicks.
This will encourages me to view products that are sold at TripleClicks. Since TripleClicks has too many products, when I view them everyday I will see products that I can buy. It will be even more easier to find products that I can chose to transfer my buying to and make a Standing Order.
It is also important because it has all ECAs in our country and all ECAs in our region. This encourages me to view which ECAs are close by, what products are they selling that I can buy and pick up. Which products I can sell and/or promote to my family, friends and neighbors that they can pick up.
That will create more sales which will increase my purchases/sales which will result in more commission and increase TripleClicks Executive Pool.
Thank you.

What yardstick should I use to give an unbiased and appropriate rating of my Sponsor each month?

Hi Olusola!
To give an unbiased and appropriate rating of your Sponsor each month you must give an unbiased and appropriate rating of your Sponsor each month. To do that you must be fair and tell the truth. Nothing more and/or nothing less. Your rating helps SFI to know how your Sponsor is and how to reward him/her.
If your rating is wrong, unfair or in favor of your Sponsor, you are making SFI to be bad place. Give your rating according to yourself by telling the truth, nothing but the truth.
The yardstick that you must use is the truth. Everyone reaps what he/she sow.
I hope this will help you.
Thank you.

What are some good ways to effectively use SFI X-Cards?

Hi James!
SFI X-Cards are TripleClicks W3 Cards. To use them you must be W3 member.
For best results; the good and effective way is to hand them out physically. Explain to your prospects what are they and how they work. Living them around can work, but most of them will end up in dust bins.
Start by printing or stamping your SFI ID number in the box located on side of your cards first . After printing them, distribute them by giving them to friends, family members, co-workers, associates, etc. Pass them out each time when you dine out at a restaurant, when passing strangers, while waiting on the bus, train or when walking around.
I hope this answer will be helpful and useful.
Thank you.

Why it is difficult to convince your PSAs and CSAs to work the business despite all its advantages?

Hi Manohar
The thing that makes difficult to convince our PSAs and CSAs to work the business despite all its advantages is that they are looking for overnight success. They don't understand that: It takes time to get to know all the nuances of a business. It takes time to get to know the products. It takes time to develop a game plan. It takes time to figure out what marketing activities will work best for you.
If you can make them understand this things, they will work their businesses.
I hope this will help.
Thank you.

How do you manage a large, active downline? How do you provide personalized attention for everyone?

Hi Sharon!
If you have a large active downline, you must also be active. SFI has provided us tools to use. You can use your Genealogy to filter your downline. You can reduce pressure by reassigning your team members to those who are more active. You can do this in many ways according to your team.
You can filter your team according to:
>> Countries and reassign them to their country's Team Leaders,
>> Languages and reassign them to their language Team Leaders,
>> New affiliates and reassign them to those with few downline, etc.
As it is said that if you want to succeed you must help enough people to succeed. By reassigning your team members, you will be helping each and everyone in your team to succeed and reducing pressure to yourself. That is why it is called a 'Team'. You are a team, you must work as a team and share responsibilities. This way everyone will receive personalized attention.
I hope this will help you build a strong everlasting team.
Thank you.

How important is it to have a good sponsor and co-sponsor?
Michael Dlamini, Aff (South Africa)

Affiliate since: 02/08/2020, Power Rank: 99999999
Hi Oliver!
Having a good Sponsor and Co-Sponsor is very important, especially when you are new at SFI. Everything that SFI puts in this program is very important. Even SFI says "Your SPONSOR is the person in your upline most responsible for your support. Therefore, when you have questions, we strongly encourage you to ALWAYS contact your Sponsor first." That is why SFI added a Co-Sponsor to help your Sponsor because their duty is very important.
SFI has also added the Ask SC and the forum to help affiliates. This two tools are good to help affiliates but they are not as good as a good Sponsor. Even if the Ask SC and the Forum can help you, they have boundaries. They don't have enough information about you and they can't see your performance on your VP Ledger. From them you get many answers/tips to chose from, which might confuse you as a new affiliate. Other answers gives you lot of different links.
Your Sponsor/Co-Sponsor has information about you and can see your ledger. S/he will give you relevant help, tips and/or links. Can give you TCredits, certificates and or reassign affiliates to help you build your business.
Due to our payment options. You might lose your rank and your active CSAs. Your Sponsor/Co-Sponsor is the only person who can rescue there.
Although your success depends on you. Your Sponsor/Co-Sponsor plays a very important role in your success. You can succeed without them, but you will lose lot of things (like E365, fast track, etc.) on your way to success without them.
I hope this will show you how important is your Sponsor and your Co-Sponsor.
Thank you

What would you say to a PSA who states that their goal is to find an online job involving filling out forms and typing?

Hi David!
TC/SFI is too broad. There are many ways to earn here. If your PSA wants an online job involving filling out forms and typing. S/he can check around TC/SFI and can find where to fit that.
Since your PSA like filling out forms and typing s/he can:
>> make a website about that and run it through SFI,
>>make a blog about TC/SFI then his/her followers can read and join or buy through it,
>>become an ECA and provide that service.
Because your PSA understands that job better. You can tell your PSA to read the training and understand TC/SFI. If s/he understand TC/SFI s/he can find many ways to use those skills to succeed here. Understanding is power. When you understand, you become creative.
I hope this will help you.
Thank you.

Creating my own SFI co-op...or starting a blog about SFI...which will provide the most value?

Hi Mary,
Without any doubt, co-op provides the most value. Co-op is jointly owned by two or more people. Since two heads are better than one, co-op is more valuable than starting a blog. It is even worse if it is owned by the whole team. In the co-op you share the strategies and the costs. You can afford better advertisement and services, which will provide more value. Even FSI has proven this. To learn more go here https://www.sfimg.com/Training/CoopMagic
