What's the best SFI marketing method for beginners?Why?
To me this depends on the individual and their expertise in communicating.In the initial stages I would recommend telling/using your family ,friends and co workers.For these are people you are familiar with hence more relaxed.Next invest in some flyers or TC x-cards you can put these virtually anywhere in mailboxes,newspapers (a known vendor),while dinning out leave with tip and bill,traveling in public transport " forget" one when leaving or you can get their emails and name and simply send some of our very colorful e-cards.So basically the best marketing methods will be up to the individual and how comfortable they are with communicating.Also please remember

How do I assure that duplication happens in those I sponsor?
Here is what I do and all the PSA that got active still are.When I greet my PSA I let him/her know first about me what I expect and inspire them for the same way I did it he/she can.
My favorite phrase is "I know you can do it" . Any person who made the decision to enroll here deserve the chance to make it possible, and it is, as long as you try.I always tell them this is work Not a job.So you get what you put in.I do not bribe my PSAs for I do not want dependents so I am leaving my gift certificates to later.I tell straight up front you cannot make money without spending money no what occupation you take you have to invest in it to see true progress.My gift certificates would not be baste on reaching EA2 it would more be based on them getting first 2-3 PSAs to EA.This gives more competition to me for I know this is a challenge so to me this would really show me if they really learn anything while I was duplicating them for you see "seeing is believing" just prove it 'and of course my little phrase "I know you can"
In terms of team building for my whole team I intend to do coop of mostly traffic to gateways.Like that package here that I am praying is still on by the 10th of next month.
I believe in the "Best I can be" so assure a duplicate of me I need to have great communication lines open.I never got a welcome from my leader I do not get tips from my leader I find they send you links there is no description there are like ROBOT messages.For I do not understand them.I have a great mentor here in a2a and he helps my if I email him for advice he reply before 24hrs.I tried my sponsor but he like he does not understand me or he is very busy.I do not wait for my PSA to contact me I contact them daily even if it is only to wish them a Great Day.This is the role of a leader to make sure every thing is in place.If you see them trying to reach for too high a leader let them know truth don't let them continue for your gain for this is not fair.Always let them know it better EARN your leader status than to BUY it.It's much cheaper too!!
So to make sure duplication happens you must open the door breakdown the wall.Make a gateway for communication!!!
To assure my duplication is success which is no accident.It's hard work,perseverance,learning,studying,sacrifice and most of all my love for what I am doing!!

As far as I know we are all born innocent like a new computer.To really become a Leader you need to mix with people that are motivated and ambitious!!
This what I realize and it took me a very long time to realize even thou you are a go getter and you mix with downers your ambition is killed because to communicate with them you need to drop to their level.And believe me It is a very lonely feeling.There are not many people who see true success because we get in a comfort zone which is usually very exciting.Have you ever notice all the things in life that leads to nowhere is very exciting!!But as you know "SUCCESS is boredom of doing the same thing over and over until you become a professional!!.
So we are not born leaders we have to Dream Big Think High!!Whatever the mind perceive it can achieve you just need to apply the actions to get you there.There will be stumbling blocks use these as stepping stones lessons of what not to do for you know the result and do not stop just keep pressing forward!!
So for me to show what an awesome Leader I am here at SFI.I must always have my ledger up to date(well kept in all areas) and and duplicate my myself in my PSAs and CSAs.Try to get them on the same wave length of thinking I know it not going to be easy but I know that it can be done!!! Where there is a will there is a way.
To be a leader you need the mind set of a leader and to accomplish this.You need to do this

In my opinion it is better to pursue PSAs more than CSAs because your benefits are greater in relation to Direct Commissions.You earn 45% of CV on product from every purchase they make and you receive duplication VP for each PSA that you support to EA and above every month and you also earn matching VP if you are BTL and above.You also have more control with your PSAs seeing that you are their leader.

For CSAs you earn 15% of CV of products on any purchases they make but you do not earn duplication VP or matching VP.
But all in all it is great to have both ACTIVE PSAs and CSAs for this is the way to huge commissions monthly especially if you are very active at your store.

Can I run my SFI business on auto pilot?Good question You could.I also have a question.Are you a robot?if not why would you want you business run by one.I prefer to contact my team let them feel my vibes for I always inspire never instill doubt I always know you can!!For instance I have a PSA that i tried everything to reach here in English but her primary language is Spanish So through forum I found out about a translator got it use and now I communicate to her in her language to get my points over.when she send me a question or want something explain I use the same method I translate to English for to be truthful I know nothing in Spanish. I even saw her in ask SC.DO you know how that made me felt?I certainly will tell you Very Proud.Do you feel auto pilot could have achieve this?
Next I carry my store "TripleClicks" to the Universe blogging items in categories example laptops(different brands) ,traffic(we have many packages here try the one to your budget),kitchen essentials(anything I know that can be used in the kitchen) etc..In other words I am taking products out giving my perspectives an idea of what we have here available to them.Do you feel auto pilot can do this?I definitely know NOT.

SFI should create separate forums and do web seminars in different languages because the SFI team consist of people of different nationalities.This would create a more homely environment for those who cannot understand English.To me this will also make them feel like more part of the team.For Together Everyone Achieves More.

There is not much I can say to an affiliate who say they are going to quit different to inform him/her that this is NO get rich quick scheme.Then I would show them the benefits available to them like

. I will share the compensation plan on how a person can earn substantially in SFI.
a. The 45% of CV commission from PSA.
b. The 45% of CV commission from from PRM.
c. The 40% of company-wide income shared to qualified affiliates.
d. The 15% of CV commission from CSA.
e. The 10% of CV commission from ECA.
f. Cash SFIPPA.
g. Other possible awards and winnings.
I would also inform them this business takes time and nothing in life worthwhile is ever attained EASY.Also there are lots of testimonials here from affiliates,that became successful but only after years of hard work some a long as 2yrs.You can find some of these in forum.

I would also go back over the basics of SFI which is
1....Become EA remain EA monthly
2....Sponsor 5 ACTIVE affilates using marketing methods
3....Teach these 5 to do these same steps

3. Retaining those affiliates.
