Other advantages of EA over AFF rank are the ability to access and use the Co-op Manager, Reassignment Manager, Group Messaging and Gift Certificate program. What you want to achieve here is to lay the ground work by encouraging them to familiarise themselves with these benefits, in order for them to reach the conclusion that what you are encouraging them to do is also to their own benefits and not just your selfish desire to exploit them.
