To get the attention of your new CSAs, you must endeavor as quickly as convenient to make some form of contacts with them. When you receive new CSAs from your country, just go to their affiliate snapshot page found here,

That is where you can get the information you need to reach each and every one of your new CSAs to make all the necessary contacts you want to make with them. While there, you have the option of using each one or any of the following channels to make contact with your new CSAs depending on what type of message you want to put across.

1. E-mail.
2. Team mail.
3. Telephone.
4. SFIM chat channel.
5. Postal address.
6. E-card mail.

Do not fail to invite them to your Leadership Page so that they can have the opportunity to see how well you are doing in the business. As a fellow country person, when they see what is possible with you, it could quickly help them to rekindle activities in their own business. It is advisable to formally welcome the new CSAs to your own team and to assure them of continued support. Encourage them to let you in on why they are not really very active in their business. Well, my straight answer to this question is this. For as long as your PSAs and CSAs remain your PSAs and CSAs, they can continue to depend on you for help. This is because SFI business as it relates to team members is a life-long partnership. As SFI itself likes to remind affiliates always, you can do well in the business when your team members are doing well. In other words, your success in SFI business is directly related to the success of your PSAs and CSAs.

In SFI business, experience shows that the more you know about the business, the more you need to know. That is why Ask SC answers; the Forum and A2A are really very popular sites in the business any serious affiliate can’t afford to ignore for too long. There is nothing as gratifying to human psyche more than to have a shoulder to lean on always particularly in the type of business as depicted by SFI. For that reason, there is really to time frame which can be safely put on how long any of your affiliates can depend on you. If for example the question is asked in reverse, how long will you want to depend on your own sponsor? With all sincerity and every sense of purpose, I believe every affiliate will really be hard put to answer that question correctly. Truth is, there really can be no time frame any affiliate can depend on his/her sponsor for help in a business as dynamic as SFI. That is what my mind and experience since year 2013 tells me about the business.

Except for a combination of products, I hardly know of any particular product right now aside from 125 TCredits pack with exactly 1500 VP. If you are concerned with replacing IAHBE, I think that is the prerogative of SFI Admin whose duty it is too to approve products for TripleClicks. Such approval comes with approved VPs for the product as well as Member Reward Points, MRP. I can however suggest to SFI to consider products which directly advance the business of affiliates first before any other products if and when they decide to properly replace IAHBE. Products like:

1. PSA packs.
2. CSA packs.
3. TCredits packs.
4. Traffic Exchange/Advertising packs.
5. PRM packs.
6. ECA sponsorship packs.

I have no doubt that SFI can work out packages with any of the above and attach 1500 VP for affiliates to purchase on Standing Order. Any of them can conveniently replace IAHBE in value if well packaged.

Let me say straightaway that all you need is PLANNING and EVALUATION before you begin a new month. You should evaluate your achievements for the previous month vis-à-vis the plans you had for the month. Based on the outcome of your evaluation, you can then draw up a new plan for the new month. That is about why SFI insists that you set goals in everything you do in the business.

In SFI business, it is very difficult to succeed without advanced planning. To make plans for a new month, it is advisable to establish first if you met your goals for the past month. If not, find out and establish the “why not?” Draw your lessons from that evaluation then use the lessons as a platform to plan for the new month.

From my own experience, the best way to successfully start a new month is to plan for it before the end of the previous month. Roughly a week to the end of the month is about ideal. That is the time I do my own calculations and projections based on the goals I voluntarily set for myself. I sincerely believe that anyone who is consistent in doing so diligently and sincerely will have no problem succeeding in the following month.

The human person is always up and about 24/7. Anywhere you find yourself around people (with the exception of a cemetery), you can market your business successfully if you are very good at “pitching” your business one-on-one. To succeed in doing so, you must at all times when you are out and about be in possession of the following SFI/TripleClicks items which are very important to your marketing efforts.

1. Custom Business cards.
2. A portable SFI emblazoned writing pad.
3. A good SFI marked ballpoint pen.
4. Your Payoneer Card (if you have one).
5. TripleClicks Decal prominently displayed in your car.
6. SFI marked token gift items.
7. SFI marked T-shirts (better still, if you are wearing one.)
8. SFI Gift Cards.
9. WAVE 3 X-Cards.
10. A Smart phone (enabled with SFI/TripleClicks apps).

If you have these items, you can easily get noticed in a group which makes it relatively easier for you to engage someone else with SFI discussions at all times. Arising from your discussions, you could leave them a phone number or any other contact for further discussions and or follow-up. You can ask people for their business cards them clear from them if it is ok for you to email more information later. Alternatively, you can give people your business card then encourage them to open communications with you on any subject matter relating to the business you discussed with them. Offer without being asked your assistance to help them with marketing online if they have any problems doing so.

Specifically, you can do the following when out and about:

-Put your Gateway(s) on notepads, pens, newsletters, bumper stickers, coffee cups and give out as gifts.

-Flyers: When you buy your morning paper, slip some flyers in with the rest of the newspapers.

-Bookmark for libraries but do not forget to talk to your librarian first.

-Leave your business cards in restrooms at restaurants or on cork boards around grocery stores.

-Leave your business cards in restaurants with your tips.

-Conveniently “forget’ your business cards or flyers in taxis/buses/trains.

-Leave your flyers in shopping malls and hotel receptions if you obtain permission to do so.

-Set up a free giveaway box in any store that will give you permission.

-Post flyers at apartment complexes if they will allow it.

-Place flyers under windshield wipers of cars.

-Put flyers on car windshields at your kids sporting events.

-Leave business cards by the change machine in the mall arcade or at the ATM machine.

-When you are out and about mixing with people, try to be different and get noticed. When you are unique then you can easily get perfect strangers to take you and your business seriously.

These are about the best ways I can think of right now how you can be successful to market your business if you are out and about.

It is quite helpful economically to your PSAs if you advise them to buy from local ECAs. Here are the reasons why. When you buy from local ECAs,

1. You eliminate transaction language barriers.
2. You can reduce or eliminate shipping costs.
3. You can transact with local currency.
4. Product losses in transit are minimal.
5. Products are delivered faster with limited damages if any.
6. You can build a faster rapport with the ECA.
7. You can negotiate discounts better with local ECAs.
8. You are more likely to be familiar with goods sold by local ECAs.
9. You help your local ECAs to grow and to improve your country’s ranking in SFI.
10. You directly encourage more ECAs from your country to get involved in SFI.
11. You encourage and help to boost e-commerce activities in your country.
12. You directly contribute to your country’s economy.

Encouraging your PSAs to buy from ECAs in their country is all about local economics. From the foregoing, you can see how helpful such activities can be to the dealers and the local environment. It is therefore a good thing to do in SFI.

Everything in life is about planning anyway. No matter how limited your time is, with proper planning, you can always allocate some time to do your SFI business. If you believe in the business and you are sufficiently interested in it, finding time for it is already given.

If however you are not sufficiently interested in the business, then you can never find enough time for it. What you need most therefore in my opinion is the "interest" in the business. When it is present, the time for it will always be found no matter how tight your schedule is.

The advice you need to give to people is that they should study the business and develop sufficient interest in it first. That done, they will always find time to invest in the business.

Let me say straight away that I do not directly encourage my PSAs to become Team Leaders. Everything I do is simply to encourage them to be good Affiliates first and every other thing else will follow in a natural sequence. Here is what I encourage them to work towards and to use as a guide if they want to be Team Leaders.

1. You must be a good Affiliate first before you can ever become a Team Leader. So become a good affiliate.

2. To be a good Affiliate, you must be active in SFI/TripleClicks. So, get active in SFI/TripleClicks.

3. Without an active downline, becoming a Team Leader has very limited benefits. So, build an active downline.

4. You need at least 5 active PSAs in your downline before you can get good benefits as a Team Leader. So, train your PSAs to be active.

5. The deeper and more active your downline, the better you are as a Team Leader. So, build a deep downline.

6. Granted that you get second-home CSAs as a reward for being a Team Leader but you can also get CSAs some other ways if you are a good and active Affiliate. So, win CSAs at auctions or buy them.

7. It is smart therefore to help your PSAs become very good and active Affiliates if you want them to succeed in SFI as Team Leaders. So, they need hard work to be good.

8. Everything else you do in SFI must therefore be aimed at becoming a good Affiliate. The nitty-gritty is only a matter of details active Affiliates do daily, weekly and monthly.

From the foregoing, it is easy to discern that becoming a very active Affiliate precedes becoming a Team Leader. Helping your PSAs to become very good Affiliates is one sure way to helping them to become Team Leaders. Once you are able to successfully make them good Affiliates, becoming Team Leaders becomes a piece of cake.

Before you can successfully get your team to understand the potential of SFI and TripleClicks, be sure you understand it yourself. If you do, it becomes fairly easier for you to get someone else to understand it. All you need thereafter is effective communication and the rest as they say is a piece of cake. This is because a knowledgeable teacher is always a very effective teacher. There is a saying in Latin which states that, “You can not give what you do not have.” (Please forgive me because my Latin is poor that is why I can not say it exactly in Latin.)

If you want your team to understand the potential of SFI and TripleClicks, get them to do the following:

1. Study and understand SFI Basics/LaunchPad.
2. Study, understand and comply with SFI Rules of Success.
3. Make sure they know how to promote their business online/offline.
4. Make sure they appreciate the power of DUPLICATION.
5. Make sure they know how to sponsor affiliates.
6. Get them to appreciate the power of effective communication.
7. Make sure they know all the income streams in SFI and how they can use them for maximum results.
8. Encourage them to loosen up, interact, play games in SFI and to have all the fun while making money.
9. Encourage them to form the habit of reading and to read very widely in SFI.
10. Teach them the spirit of co-operation and team work.
11. Encourage them to log in to their Websites every day, every single day and to take all actions which enable them to earn VersaPoints daily.
12. Encourage them to become ECAs and to promote their stores vigorously.
13. Encourage them to interact in SFI very widely through a2a and the forums.
14. Impress on them to ensure they reach a minimum of Executive Affiliate, EA, in rank every month.
15. Encourage them to strive to become Team Leaders.
16. Tell them that if they do ALL these and more, the potential benefits are awesome.

I can go on and on but I believe doing all the above with and to your team members will go a very long way to expose them to and make them understand the potential of SFI and TripleClicks.

From my experience, the best way to stay in contact with PSAs and CSAs is through the weekly mailer as recommended by SFI. This is because the mailer is the best guarantee you have that your message will be delivered as sent. You can send bulletins, tips, motivation articles and general howdy to your PSAs and CSAs at least once a week. I think once a week is about ideal as SFI recommends because i believe sincerely that they must have a lot of reasons and some proven experience to back their recommendations.

In this business, you may however strike very personal relationships with either some of your PSAs or CSAs as i have done. In that case, you can get in touch more often either by email or even telephone contacts. If however it is strictly business relationship, once or twice a week to my mind is about OK. That is my own take on this issue and i hope it answers your question.
