Only you can know if you are capable of building a successful SFI business.

It is an inside job, and a positive self-image will ensure your body and mind are ready to be successful not only in SFI business but in other areas of your life.

If the things you’re learning are those you not only need but also want to learn about, and you’re willing to invest time, energy and money to achieve, focus on the things you want to learn about and do what you really love.

There is no such thing as quickest way to Diamond Team Leadership and no shortcut either.

To become DTL you should be reviewing and following the 6 Steps of The Plan to maximize your income and success.

It will take 5 years to reach DTL as per the new DD Program.

So get started now by becoming EA and maintain it every month and follow the Ultra-Simple 3-Step Plan of SFI Basics:

1. Become EA and maintain it every month
2. Sponsor 5 PSAs

Use the Stream Post three times a week as recommended by SFI to communicate with our team and to share something of value.

I post almost everyday to connect with my team, to spread cheer, and most especially for the following reasons:

. For quick updates of any interesting changes in SFI/TC procedures.

. For quick reminders of important events such as last days for entering a contest, or staying above the Green Line for E365 finalists, or last day for requalifying,

What is the best way to motivate members of my downline to become Team Leaders and not stay EAs?

I was asking the same question myself, Richard. For the life of me, I can never understand why some are happy to just be EAs and not move up.

It's like they enjoy the comforts of a rocking chair, they may seem to be doing something, like rock back and forth, but never leaving the place.

Or finding that they may have to make an investment and they have little or no funds to do it, or have family and personal reasons that prevent them from going further. Who knows?

The new Team Leader qualification requirement and the new SB will play a major part in my planning for 2016,

My new business strategies will be focused on how to effectively tie up the SB and FT qualification of new PSAs to become EA, to improve my chances of developing new team leaders in return.

The challenge will be on how to encourage the new PSAs to take advantage of the SB by becoming a Silver Fast–Track Member during their first 10 days in SFI, then to become

Well done on becoming EA2! Your next objective would be to qualify for BTL.

If you have not already done so, set up a Standing Order for TC product with 1500 VP. to ensure you requalify and preserve your rank.

Depending on your finances, invest in a combination of 125 TCredit Pack for $36.25 and a share in S-Builder Co-op for $22. You need dowlines to build a working team and customer list to buy products from TC store; and you need TCredits to transact business within SFI/TC.

Comparing SFI with other online businesses is like comparing eheese with chalk.

For a start, SFI works! While other online businesses that promise quick riches, but don't last as they come and go, SFI stays and grows from strength to strength.

There's no cost to join, no monthly fees, and provides complete training and free resources.

It also provides free websites and marketing tool needed to get started.

It has a Tripleclicks store- a unique online

You are very lucky to have $500 to invest in your SFI business, so you need to think of the best way to use it that will give you excellent results within a few months.

With $500 set out a simple plan with a six-month budget to get started.

Start off with a Standing Order for 125 TCredit Pack @$36.25 for 6 months. This will cost you $217.50. With 1500 VP every month it will ensure you maintain your rank without stressing about it.

Then add a share in S-Builder Co-op

My team has a negative attitude about SFI. How can I change it to a positive one?

Negative attitude is a mind-set that some people seem to be born with, but trying to change it to a positive one will be an exercise worth doing.

Some people look at things like a half-empty or half-full glass. Some look at things with rose-coloured glasses, and some just love using the black sunglasses all the time. So it takes all kinds.

One person with a negative attitude is understandable, but the whole team?

So it could be coming from you, whether you realize

We have so many effective ways to communicate with our downlines to get results. By telephone, Skype, and social media, to name a few.

The E-Cards, for example, have 9 different sorts of cards to suit our needs. Each one can be effectively used for different occasions which will result in strengthening our team’s performance.

Welcome E-Cards is the first and easiest way to communicate with new PSAs and CSAs to make them feel welcome and to let them know they will be working
