There are no shortcuts in life to succeed. If anyone wants to succeed anywhere, first they should have sheer determination to move forward and self confidence to tackle any challenges in life.

Many of my new team members are asking the same question, how to become rich fast? They are asking this question immediately after becoming an affiliate but without reading any preliminary documents nor verifying the facts. Yes, SFI has open a plethora of opportunities to succeed in the system but one should read carefully and thoroughly the basic documents like Start, SFI Basics, Launch Pad, etc. before raising such concerns.

Normally, in my welcome letter to the new members in my team narrates the ways and methods to succeed and I always guide them with simple steps. Besides, I never forget to narrate my own experiences and the journey thus far in SFI to them so that they will be able to get more in hand knowledge and information instantly.

Despite of that, many are showing their disappointment after a month of smooth journey with the help of those free Versa Points but under those circumstances, you should not lose your temper but to explain them in a more better manner and convince them about the long term benefits in the system and prompt them to put their own little efforts in the system to become more successful. After all, our new team members are like bricks in the wall and without their support and satisfaction, no Leader can succeed or sustain more so it is imperative to take them into confidence and explain the goodness of this great system and inspire them to do more activities in SFI apart from their own team build up to succeed.

With regard to prospects, I get numerous mails and messages mentioning therewith their willingness to join in SFI and I also get mails from some people and they just want to clear off the apprehensions they have about the system. However, the first question they raise is about becoming rich quickly and for such ones, my answer is common and simple. Sow the seeds now and reap the rich dividends later and it is truly guaranteed because SFI is Real and the Income we generate in the system is Genuine. This answer shows the essence of what I would like to convey and they will get pleased too.

I do believe in simple steps and I will always stick to it. The size of your success is measured by the strength of your desire, the size of your dream, and how you handle disappointment along the way.

Dear Friend,

Now days, there are many and various auction windows in SFI for an affiliate to move forward. Nevertheless, one should have proper planning before entering into an auction and become the ultimate winner.

I always advise my team members, especially the new ones to observe the Auction for a certain time period and understand the movement and the price variation about a certain item.

Accordingly, they can learn the tricks and even they can mould their own strategy before they enter into an auction. By doing so, they will be able to even understand about the strategies of seasonal winners and big auction masters.

Secondly, one should do the homework about the price factor and he or she should decide when they can enter into an action and how much TCredits they can consume in a particular auction to get the desired results.

Then, one should start with First Win Auctions to try their mettle and potential. After that, slowly they can put their hands in Junior Auctions and subsequently into regular ones.

Participating in auctions needs sheer determination and self confidence. If the people are completely confident of themselves and if they can formulate their own winning strategy, then they are unstoppable and no one can deny the success to such ones.

In short, have enough patience, observe the situation wisely, have sheer determination and self confidence, then success will be just yours.

In our busy and stressful lives, we all resort to play games to get some much needed relief and also to get rid of the stress and fatigue. If we analyze carefully any social networking sites or other sites alike, we will come to the conclusion that almost everywhere the people are thronging more to participate and enjoy the games rather than anything else.

Earlier, in our SFI, there were no such facilities to get some comfort from the stressful situations and also to give our brain some good thoughts. Now, they have introduced those informative, innovative and challenging games under the brand Eager Zebra Games with the introduction of first game called Time Machine. If you see the popularity of that game achieved within a short span of time, you will come to know, how much the affiliates were eagerly waiting for an opportunity to participate and welcomed the game with both the hands with its all merits.

Moreover, SFI has not only gave us the game but also created a contest in itself. With our participation we can win away a huge booty of prizes and this feature alone makes it more popular and attractive from others elsewhere. Dear Friend,

Having and maintaining hundreds and thousands of inactive and obsolete soldiers is an absolute and futile exercise than having a very few more active and successful ones.

By having said that an active and successful PSA can give you enormous success than the hundreds of inactive ones do. If you can concentrate on such active ones and make them more successful, then your income and success in the system will be manifold.

If you ask me, giving more attention on inactive PSAs will be a more time consuming effort without anything to expect in return. I am not telling you to completely neglect the inactive ones but to give only a small amount of your precious time with the hope of making them active again.

An active PSA can bring not only the success and income for you but also they will be eager to learn more activities and ideas in the system to become more successful. I am sure, they will emulate the same strategy and ideas in developing their own active team at a later date.

Hence, it is really important to spend more of your time in investing on active ones than on an inactive lot to lose the race altogether.

Both concepts have different perceptions so we should evaluate the importance of each thing differently.

In terms of CSAs, you are just a co-sponsor of the concerned and the benefits out of the lot are limited in terms of commission. But in the case of PSAs, it is completely a different scenario where you are going to be the maximum beneficiary out of their successes. For example, you can earn a direct commission of 45% out of the commission volume of your PSAs purchases but you can earn only 15 % in case of CSAs.

If you ask me about my personal perception about it, I will certainly prefer having successful PSAs than CSAs. After all, I do believe, if we put more effort and hard work, we will be more benefited if we pursue both PSAs and CSAs in a systematic and successful manner.

As far as my opinion is concerned, to run a company or to lead a team, one should have true and clear characteristics and unless you have those, then you are nowhere. SFI is like our joint family and to sustain in this family, each and everybody should believe in true values and ethics.

Now, we can come to the point, and if you ask me about in what I do believe to become successful in this system and also to have good rapport with my downline members, friends and others, there are many and I would like to mention some of them as under:

1) Believe in yourself and in your potentials.
2) Be a good learner and never stop learning
3) Believe in simplicity and have the capacity to explain the matters in a simple and proper manner to your own team members and others.
4) Be true to yourself and be trustworthy.
5) Be honest and honor others.
6) Share the knowledge with others and become a good student when others suggest you better things.
7) Be respectful and respect others’ opinions and suggestions.
8) Believe in humbleness.
9) Believe in equality and treat everyone as equal and as our own people.
10) Be a role model and show to your team the ways you succeed and guide them to emulate.
11) Speak in a gentle and polite manner.
12) Be available to your team always for all the guidance and help them way you can.
13) Be in constant touch with your team so that they will know, you care for them.
14) Show your credibility with fewer words but with more deeds and actions.
15) Believe in hard work and be hard working.

Those are the main things I do believe and I follow them always. I may not be the best but certainly not the least too because I believe and I believe in certain good principles and values.

If you can mix all those values together and present yourself in a better way, then why not, you will be the best. Ultimately, not to be cheered by praise, not to be grieved by blame, but to know thoroughly one's own virtues or powers are the characteristics of an excellent man.

Having a mentor is good but having a good mentor is a must. Mentoring is a brain to pick, an ear to listen and a push in the right direction that is what I do believe.

If you ask me about the biggest mentor in the SFI is our Forum where you can have all the intellectuals and scholars together. So, our Forum is the biggest mentor in SFI.

A mentor should be the one who can give you the ideas and ways to progress and guide you safely and confidently in the system. A mentor should be able to share his positive thoughts and energize at the time of negativism. I always get such positive energy whenever I need positive energy and real and good solutions for my questions from our Forum. Hence, for me, the SFI Forum is the biggest and the only mentor in SFI.

In short, having a mentor is like this. The delicate balance of mentoring someone is not creating them in your own image, but giving them the opportunity to create themselves. In a battery, I strive to maximize electrical potential. When mentoring, I strive to maximize human potential.

I would like to start like this, every single aspect of myself, let me put it this way. It is all about trying to incorporate. It is about trying to weave the web and keep everyone happy and of course, it is about giving value to those people who become successful of my humble contribution as a sponsor.

By just having a large team under one’s belt won’t makes them a great sponsor. The word sponsor itself is divine and one should truly understand the responsibilities of sponsoring first before he/she acts and become a sponsor of someone else.

In this regard, there are plenty of options for you to decide and it is for you, yes, solely you to decide how you can become an awesome sponsor. As far as I am concerned, at the initial stages of my career with SFI, I never bothered nor decided to sponsor anyone outside my locality as I was in the impression of that sponsoring someone who is totally strange will not be practical at all nor be beneficial. But the way my own sponsor in SFI encouraged me, I have shelved all those negative thoughts slowly and went on further and moved on faster and expanded my wings across the frontiers.

However, I will not suggest you to buy PSAs from any unknown or unreliable sources because it will give you more pains than gains.
