Hello, I will tell that my try to PSA contest two months in a row was a Failure, but my opinion is: This is the best thing to see who of your PSA/CSA are really motivated to do something in SFI and to work with them every day. People who want to win in a contest want to win in the business game. Those people are leaders and they can duplicate you.And of course you can learn a lot from them. They make other to duplicate them and you will build a great and strong team. Running contest is a must, but only if you have active down line /people who have their "Why" and want a change, lookers who search a way to realize their dreams/. This is what I think.

Is it possible to build a substantial Income with SFI, within 3-5 years, by purchasing ONLY a few S-Builder Co-op shares each month?

I don't think purchasing Only S-Builder Co-op shares will give you the income you want. I think you should advertise your business also in the global stage and to improve yourself as an expert and Leader. Only S-Builder Co op shares aren't enough. That means you buy yourself people. Right? People don't follow when they're bought - they'll go somewhere else to work for the money.Even if you have success in the beginning is a matter of time people to leave your side and go to someone else or somewhere else. Of course you can try. :)

Does having a co-op for your downline help get them active and stay active?

No, It doesn't work for me and I don't do it. I communicate often with my team members, who need me, feel like a part of the team and are looking for answers, something better and a change. This starts and stays with own action from the persons. The people in business should be mutual to each other. If it's not like this, I can't do anything at all. No one likes pressure and to feel obligated to do something.
What do you feel are the 3 biggest keys to success with SFI?

For me the keys are:
1. Honesty.
Be yourself and be honest to you if you're doing what you want. Be loyal to your up line and down line
2. Learning.
Learn everything you can daily, practice it and develop your personality.Transform in the leader in your own way.
3. Team work. It's a fact that few people are doing more then one. In SFI the business is done with people and it's not for egoist. Together Everyone Achieves More in commissions and in the relationship marketing.

Do you reward your active CSAs the same as you reward your active PSAs? If not, how do you reward them?

Yes, I do reward CSA the same as PSA. For me there's no matter PSA and CSA. I respect everyone and I treasure my team members. We're all in the same team.
Now that I have acquired Bronze Team Leader status with 3,000 VP, how can I maintain my monthly 3,000 VP and BTL status?

Congratulations for your Achievement! The great people, who posted before me had told you about the sum of the numbers, but for me that's Not the way to stay BTL. To stay on this position, you should learn and improve your leadership daily. Inspire and motivate your team, be a friend with them. Become connected and a System that works together. You should show appreciation to your customers and build a good reputation like a successful and trustworthy person. This happens if you believe you are this person and prove that with actions every day. Sum and numbers are just measures. People follow People.

What form of advertisement have you found to be most successful in sponsoring new affiliates?

Well, I use free and paid advertisement. Of course the most successful advertising is personal meeting, but it's hard to find time for that. Now I share my successful methods for sponsoring.
Free advertising /you pay with your time/:
1. Traffic sites /it costs 1 hour per day/
2. PTC /pay to click/ sites with option Traffic Exchange /it costs 2 hours time daily/
Paid advertising /you pay with money/:
1. Buying referrals from specialized times /it costs you between $9 - $115 per month
2. PPC /pay per click/ sites /it costs between $3-$50 per month.
Tipleclicks method:
1. You should have time to spend on auctions and money to purchase T-Credits /on auction for CSA go around 1000 T-Credits or more for all participants/
In these forms of advertising you don't have any Guarantee you will find Active people.

How much should an SFI affiliate spend on advertising each month?

Hello, at the moment I spend monthly $15 for paid advertising and my ROI is exactly the same. That means I am on 0 profit. I reinvest all the money I earn in advertising. But I agree that it's not good to invest for example $50 like I did in the beginning because of my bad financial knowledge and win nothing or even go red.
I also say you can choose free or paid advertising, because the two things are investments. So if you want to invest time - 6-8 hours per day, use free advertising. If you don't want to spend so much time in advertising, invest money - at least $10 - $15 in paid advertising or PTC, PPC and etc. There is no business without investments. If you're rich enough you can purchase S-Co-Builder. I hope my information was useful.

What is the most important daily activity that SFI Team Leaders should engage in?
Victoria Mineva, Aff (Bulgaria)

Communication with the team members. The most important things is to recognize the team members and to make them feel like a part of the team. This happens with talking and showing appreciation. Every day TL should write at least one e-mail to someone of the team, who is active or who had been active.
How do I present the SFI/TC opportunity to a prospect without "overselling" it and turning them off?

Great question. First of all you shouldn't use absolute words or say this is the greatest opportunity. Make things clear and look for people, who are Searching opportunity and active. When I present SFI opportunity, I tell the truth "this program needs a lot of patience and work. You won't do fast money.I don't want to lie to you. Be prepared!"/or something like this kind of expression/. Those words are the Facts. Before telling this I have some talks with the people to understand if they want really find a way out of their situation and if they want to sacrifice some of their time to do it. If they don't know what to do and have no wishes, there's no need to kill each others precious time. Once again, put the words simple and clear, speak the truth and show real facts. Also share your knowledge and experience.
