Which would be good TripleClicks products to promote for this coming Valentine's day?

Valentine's Day is less than two weeks away.
I think you should have asked this question in November, because the most popular items that include free shipping come from China and can take a month or two to arrive.
I would start thinking now about what to promote for Mother's Day and Father's Day, which come in May or June.
For Mother's Day, jewelry would be nice. Pay attention to what your mother wears. (Does she wear rings, not counting wedding and engagement rings? If she wears earrings, are her ears pierced?) Then you can buy her something that will suit her taste.
For Father's Day, does he have any hobbies? If he does, buy him something that goes along with it (fishing tackle if he likes to fish). If he has no hobbies, perhaps his tastes are close to yours and you can buy something you like. What did you get him for Christmas? Perhaps you can buy something like that?
Products to promote would be jewelry for both men and women, perhaps watches.

Which is better to do...recruit PRMs or PSAs?

My answer to this question has changed since the new Wave3 was announced.
Before, I would have said that PSAs would give you more lasting value, as long as they were active.
With the new Wave3, your PRM does not have to purchase anything in order to be of value to you. If he or she tells all his or her friends, and if any of them join and purchase from TripleClicks, you win.
So, I would say, recruit both.
How often and in what ways should we have contacts with our CSAs?

Since I do not know how active their sponsor is, I send them the same weekly TeamMail that I send my PSAs. Each weekly TeamMail includes a request that they send me any questions they may have.
I send them congratulations when they win the Daily Grand, or become either EA, EA2, or Team Leader.
If they tell me that their sponsor does not contact them, I will offer to help them as much as I can.
How would you approach the CEO or other VIP of a large, national company to become an ECA?

I don't think that you should do this, beyond the fact that it is difficult to reach such persons, even if you work for the company. (VIPs/CEOs/Owners like Gery are very rare, we are lucky.) We want TripleClicks/SFI to become a large, (inter)national company.
You always run the risk that a large company would try to take over.
It would be better to find people that have unique items, like craftspeople. I plan to try this later in the year, when we have a crafts fair in our city.

I'm told to lead by example in SFI...but how can I demonstrate this to my PSAs and CSAs?

To lead by example, you must not ask your PSAs and CSAs to do anything you don't do.
You can't expect them to log in everyday if you don't.
You can't expect them to play the games if you don't.
You can't expect them to create a Standing Order if you don't.
I could go on, but I think you've got the idea.
Should I put my CSAs into the new CSA Exchange? If yes...or no...explain why.

The only reason, in my opinion, not to do this is if all your CSAs are active.
Put all your inactive CSAs that are not from your country and are not red-flagged into the exchange. What have you got to lose?
Another plus, since we all are someone's CSAs, is that some of your PSAs may become active after receiving a co-sponsor from their own country.
How do you get people involved and active when they live in countries where most are not yet comfortable with online purchases and payments?

They may be more comfortable buying from their country and/or region. Direct them to the ECA tab and suggest they click on those buttons first.
You might also suggest they buy T-Credits from TC Direct (our parent company). Tell them they can purchase one T-Credit as a test, just to discover how easy and safe it is.
I have $500 to invest in my SFI business. What are your recommendations on the best way to use this money?

Hi, Rebecca!
After I read your question, I clicked on your name to look at your badges (I hope you don't mind).
I was quite impressed, as you have been an affiliate little more than a month.
You have a 3790 VP Standing Order. If you only have one share of S-Builder, I would add more. If you have less than a 125 TCredit Standing Order, I would increase it (I did this myself). Add at least a 30 card pack of Gift Cards per month to get more PSAs and PRMs and to enter the contest each day.
You've already won at least one auction, keep bidding.
Invest in paid advertising if you haven't done so.
I invest some of my TCredits in playing Card King to win prizes.
Buy ECA X-Cards to pass out and think about becoming one yourself.
Best wishes.

If you were asked what you love about SFI, what would you say?

These are a few things I love about SFI (and TripleClicks).
In spite of what you hear or read in the news, we have people from almost every country and religion in the world helping each other.
Our founder, Gery, takes the time to answer questions on the Forum. How many other owners, or even CEOs would do that?
I love playing Card King so much that I would spend all my TCredits if there wasn't a limit:-)
What will you do differently in 2016 to grow your SFI business?

In the past I grew my team from S-Builder, PSAs To Go and Second Home CSAs.
Since I do not have any EA2s, I did not try to regain my Bronze TL badge (which I lost due to illness).
I plan to continue S-Builder, but will look for other places to find PSAs and PRMs. I will have business cards printed and pass them out. I will purchase gift cards when my finances allow and will make better use of the internet than I do now.
