There was an affiliate in my downline who signed up with SFI and just left. He didn't know what to nor did he know about SFI and i was amazed.
Now, i didn't leave him behind because i wanted him to succeed and know more about SFI, so i got his details through the PSAs mailer. I called him, asked him, what was the problem? His problem was not having a good understanding yet, so i spoke with him about the basics of SFI.
I said it is just four things you need to do. I told him to log in back, taught him, encouraged him, showed him the benefit in working with SFI. I was all with him, directing him step by step on getting started.
I made him to complete his getting started actions in his To Do List. Within time, he began to understand and his learning was faster because i could give him almost all the details he need to succeed in SFI,before i knew it, he was already an EA. This is just how he keeps going up and doing great.
What you have to do to make your PSAs become Team leaders, is to know the problem or the challenges they may be experiencing on SFI and give them detailed information on where to get started and tell them, it is always free and easy.
Send them E-cards from SFI. This will attract them. Always show relevant and needful concern towards them. Make them feel you as their sponsor/ leader. This will go a long way in helping them become team leaders. They want to be know what SFI, truly is, make them know the basic and help them read and explain the Launchpad.
