Is there such a thing as helping your affiliates TOO much?

Hi Emma.
Can I ask you a question? What do YOU want your Affiliates to achieve in SFI? You Lead by Example. Tell your downline what you experienced in SFI and that you will be able to help them achieve what you have, but with their input, meaning they have to do the daily tasks as required by SFI.
If your Affiliates want to succeed they will follow you and both, them and you rise up.
Another question. Helping your Affiliates to much. How do you Help to much? Are they not sure of something? Are they not understanding the 3 simple steps of SFI?
1. Become an Executive Affiliate (EA) and remain an EA every month.
2. Recruit five affiliates using the methods listed.
3. Teach your five affiliates to do these same three steps.
Remember you are dealing with all different Languages, Nation's, Understanding abilities ETC.
What I do if an Affiliate wants to know something I first ask them if they have looked for the answer and then if I know the answer I refer them to that page, or look it up first, and then refer them to it. Hey it even refreshes my knowledge again :)
From My experience, if a person WANTS something bad enough they will put in the effort.
Hope this helps.
Good luck

Why should I invest in SFI?

Hi Nkwekiti . Your question should read what am i investing in?
OK you have the benefit of starting your OWN BUSINESS with no capital outlay : let explain on that 1st. When you started out in SFI you had the 30day training, you went through the training and read everything for that day, and you still get rewarded for that. Along the way you get to open the world as far as traders go. You can see something in TripleClicks and find that someone in another part of the world is looking for the same item, why not sell him the item.
So now you have done your 30day training, now What?
As in any other business you have to advertise. What are you advertising? Well you are doing, in my mind 3 things
(A) The SFI opportunity of owning your OWN BUSINESS.
(B) The ECA Programme where you show the advantage of trading worldwide as opposed to local.
(C) YOURSELF, how much effort you put in to achieve the best result. From that, your downline can see how, with a little effort you can reap the reward. SFI is not a get rich quick scheme but, again, an investment of yourself. Your growth, AS Well as your downline is the reason why you should invest in SFI

How do we get the most from the MRP (Member Reward Points) we earn?

Hi David
I have just worked out something regarding MRP's.
I only had 1732 MRPs and wanted to get the most for my buck, so going through all the MRPs to see which would benefit me i found that for my 1732 i could do the following
If you buy 1 TC credit =use 126 MRPs for 1 TC credit - you get 5 MRPs plus 102 VP's.
for 13 TC Credits= use 1638 MRPs and you get 5MRPs 102VPs
where as if you bought 1 TC at a time you would have been able to get 5MRP's x13 and 102VPs x 13 giving you, for this a total of 65 MRPs AND 1326 VPs
you will be left with a balance of 1732-1638=94 MRPs now add the 94 to the 65 MRPs and that gives you 94 + 65 = 159. buy another 1TC Credit for 126 MRPs and you will get 5MRPs and 102 VPs now add your 1326 VPS from your previous purchase to the 102 vPs and that gives you 1326 + 102 = 1428 VPs you now only need 72 VPs to qualify for your next rank
Hope this helps you and a lot of others
Keep smiling

Is it worthwhile to create individual, personalized welcome letters to new PSAs using information from their Affiliate Profile?

What better than to receive a personal message. It is the same as getting a personal invite to your Team.
Think on this. I send you a welcome without giving anything of myself expecting you to do all that is required of you, of which you don't rightly know, you still a newbie.
Or i send you a Personal Welcome note, helping you along the way and telling you the best ways of attaining your goals, the best way of using your TC Credits to earn VP's, the best advertising, ETC.
My question to you is, which of the 2 outlined above would you prefer and which of the 2 would bring you more in as much as getting a strong motivated TEAM behind YOU.
GOOD LUCK AND PROSPER

Is cold calling, using a local telephone directory, a good method for attracting new PSAs?

Adjoua, my thoughts on cold calling.
Look and study on what is sold on Triplecliks and then do your cold calling, offer your prospects a new way of selling their products or even buying through TC. By doing this you are literally killing 2 birds with 1 stone as your prospect could become 1 of your ECA's.Which you want plenty of.The MORE &&&'S WILL COME..
Hope this helps and good luck on your journey
Why is it important to visit the SFI forum daily?

Why visit the forum you ask. Let me ask you a question where would you learn more about a business than through its"newspaper"?
How about, You learn more about the Inner workings of SFI than just by signing on and doing the daily tasks. How about,Asking a question and the answers you receive.
How About, how many people are willing to aid and answer your query.
How about, learning about the new competitions, games etc.
This list of How about will take pages to answer, but to me, it is like the Whole SFI Family get together at a picnic and having fun while learning and, most important, listening to one another, being able to give your thoughts on a subject and having the pleasure of helping out a Family Member. SFI is after all a family

Julius Hi. Goals are movable. Example, i am going to be BTL by the 1st of May, I will also have at least 2 EAs and my sales will be $40.00. My main goal is to have an income of $10000.00 a month.
Come February i have already achieved all my goals except the $10000.00 p/m. What now? Do I sit back and wait till end of May because I achieved my goals? NO!! I just set NEW one's till I eventually get to my $10000.00, but I dont stop there either. I just set my end Goal higher.
Think of a Soccer/Rugby/Cricket Team in a World Cup,they all set their goals to play in a World Cup , they qualified , now the next goal is the TROPHY and the chance of being World Champs.
That is how I set my Goals.
Hope this helps

Which is better to pursue...CSAs or PSAs?

Hi DAVE i DON'T THINK THE WORD PURSUE IS THE RIGHT WORD.
What you want to do is be a Guide and a Mentor to both PSA's as well as CSA's as both are the backbone to your business. Obviously a PSA is a better choice, but let's say you have 10 PSA's and only 3 are "productive" and you have 30 CSA's and 10 are "productive". Per PSA you get 35% and CSA 15%. The sums speak for themselves, don't they.
I prefer to focus on the TEAM and not the INDIVIDUAL.
Hope this helps.

How do you get new PSAs to commit to SFI?
Ivan Shelley, Aff (South Africa)

First you have to commit yourself to your PSAs, without your commitment to them they will not see the advantages of them being committed. When you achieve a milestone/goal put it on your Leadership blog, that way all your downline, not only your PSAs will see that, by your commitment, you have achieved some of your goals. REMEMBERING that once you have attained a certain goal the posts move. Bottom Line IS Show Your Commitment First and Foremost.
Good Luck
