In online marketing, to be a good listener means that, one should:

1. Have an information about an Affiliate's profile, thru the badges displayed on his/her SFI homepage, his/her nationality, date joined in SFI, the language he speaks and the TripleClicks product/s which he/she patronize;

2. Bear in mind that, If the good listener is a team leader/sponsor, he/she should know the VP ledger of the said Affiliate/s so he/she may give the appropriate advice/guidance on how to go

My life changed when I became an SFI Affiliate, because:

1. I can make use of my free time into a productive one. Before I became an SFI Affiliate, my free time is unproductive, because I am not free to go out of my office, even if I don't have work, and this free time has not been utilized into a productive one;

2. I learn many things for free through SFIs learning tools. All I have to do is browse the SFI page, familiarize, read, understand and apply;

3. I earn

One thing an Affiliate struggle most is "Attitude".

According to Wikipedia, "Attitude is an expression of favor or disfavor toward a person, place , thing or event. It can be as positive or negative and it can be formed from a person's past and present".

With Attitude, an Affiliate then decides whether or not he will continue with his SFI activity after having signed up. That is why some Affiliates just disappear.

His basis to continue on the aforementioned

Leading by example can be demonstrated to the Affiliates under him thru the following:

1. By imparting to them the knowledge acquired in SFI during the time of sending a Welcome letter to a newly assigned Affiliate to his/her team and in the succeeding communications to them;

2. By informing them to participate in SFI activities such as logging on to their SFI homepage everyday as much as possible, read the information contained therein and clicking the red tabs to earn VersaPoints;

The following are the Best Ways to communicate with a new Personally Sponsored Affiliate/s (PSAs):

1. During the time when SFI notifies the Sponsor that a PSA/s is assigned to him/her is the best way to communicate with this PSA/s by way of sending a welcome e-card with a short introduction of himself/herself as such;

2. During the time of monitoring, guiding and supporting his/her PSAs while familiarizing on the SFI program, is also one of the best way to communicate with

For me, my great Welcome Gift for a new Personally Sponsored Affiliate/s (PSAs) and Co-Sponsored Affiliate/s (CSAs), is a Welcome e-card with a short message, telling him/her that:

1. I am his/her Sponsor/Team Leader;

2. That I warmly welcome him/her to my team;

3. That I will inform him/her that to be successful in SFI, he/she has to do his/her task every day;

4. That if ever he/she has some doubts and issues that he/she cannot resolve by him/herself,

According to Wikipedia, information overload refers to the:

" difficulty a person can have understanding an issue and making decisions that can be cause by the presence of too much information. It occurs when the amount of input to a system exceeds its processing capacity. "

In order to prevent or minimize information overload to our new Affiliates, the following needs to be done:

The TCredit Welcome (TW) or Cash Welcome (CW) are SFI programs that are designed to be given as an incentive to newly signed up Affiliates with the purpose of encouraging them to be productive in SFI.

As to which is better and why, for me it's the TW, which is more appropriate to be given to newly signed up Affiliates, due to the following reasons:

1. Newly signed up Affiliates will be familiar of the importance of TCredit in SFI;

2. With the incentive given to them,

TCurrency differs from TCredits through the following:

The TCurrency is part of SFI's LocalPay program.It can be purchased from any SFI E-Commerce Associate (ECA) with a TCurrency license.

This TCurrency can be used to buy anything at TripleClicks, to include TCredits.

On the other hand, a TCredit, is a special TripleClicks currency which can be used to:

1. Purchase products, for member listings.(Member listing is a TripleClicks program which allows one

The frequency and mode to which we should contact our Co-Sponsored Affiliate/s (CSAs), are as follows:

1. During the time of his/her re assignment to a Co-Sponsor - by way of sending a Welcome e-card, with the Co-Sponsor introducing himself/herself as such and that he/she is willing to support and guide the CSA on the SFI activity;

2. On a weekly basis - wherein the Co-Sponsor sends a support message via CSA or Genealogy Group Mailer; and

3. As the need arises -
