What is some good text to use on a Welcome E-Card?
Affiliate since: 10/27/2014, Power Rank: 99999999
While drafting a text, difference between welcome letter and an E-card should be kept in mind. Generally E-cards are already loaded with main theme, lengthy details in it may lost attraction and a pleasant surprise of recipient. For a card I think few lines or even few words would suffice to convey your feelings. A welcoming letter to follow is best suited for a brief introduction of the organization and prospects for new members. Initially let the new member of SFI family be inquisitive about new venture, obviously you will get more chances to increase your interaction with him/her. I generally adopt following text:
"Wishing you a great success here in SFI. As a sponsor/co-sponsor I am available all the time for your help and guidance, please don't hesitate to contact me at any time.
With best wishes.
xxxxxxxxxxxxx"

Should I or shouldn't I try to recruit people to become SFI affiliates when they are not English speakers/readers?
Affiliate since: 10/27/2014, Power Rank: 99999999
1.It is better and your priority should be for English speakers/readers but this is not the only option or solution for your business to expand.
2.Go through again all marketing methods, aids and training on referring members, sponsoring affiliates provided by SFI,did you ever see any line or any word regarding language barrier? Now go through Gateway list provided by SFI to you,did you ever find "English speakers/readers are highly encouraged to join" or "English speakers/readers are allowed only to join" or words to that effects. Mind it , it is not your individual business, you are part of SFI and SFI has catered all eventualities or barriers a business can face. When SFI has not made any restriction, don,t impose restriction/hindrance by yourself. After language some one may restrict himself/herself for retired community only or housewives only,or unemployed only and so on.Don,t bother about such impediments, for you sky is the limit.Mankind is trying to understand the languages of animal or aliens, how we can afford to stop our business due to the reason that someone is not English speaker/readers.
3.It will be overemphasized to say that world has now a global village or SFI has itself provided a translator tool within site,or Google or other sites are available to do the job because this aspect has already highlighted by different affiliates as a answers of your question.
I did not make lengthy explanations, tried to make it simple, hope it made some sense to understand my point.

What's the biggest turn-off that I should avoid talking about to prospects for SFI?
Affiliate since: 10/27/2014, Power Rank: 99999999
I think you should avoid following points, to face the biggest turn-off:
1.Do not tell any thing, minor or major, which proved wrong later on.
2.Tell them that they are joining a business and business means business. Here they have to invest time and money, results will be accordingly. 3.Myth of overnight rich should be curbed at once.
4.Inform them about initial hurdles,do not paint unnecessary rosy picture.
5.Do not avoid their questions.
In nutshell any thing may be biggest turn-off,if any of your stated point proved to be a false or look like a part of deception plan.In a pleasant way you may narrate all benefits but as soon as you start crossing the limit,it means you are turning off.Mind it there is no specific thing or specific switch to turn-off,any of your act may cause the biggest turn-off.

Is there such a thing as helping your affiliates TOO much?
Affiliate since: 10/27/2014, Power Rank: 99999999
Help is never too much,if it is really needed. If we guide and teach our affiliates properly it is a great help not too much.We should keep in mind that one should not become totally depended while seeking help, then of course it may be a too much help which is obviously not advisable rather overdosing the patient. Those who are in need of help you should encourage, pat and give a hand for moving forward.
The other aspect is that help is not a measurable quantity,it may not be a much help for someone, for what we are declaring too much help.It differs person to person, how you offer your help and how it is recognized. When you feel your recipient is saturated even with little help you should stop pouring in further. In other case if you think you have helped a lot but result not visible then you may increase your dose. Then how you will measure a too much help? For someone little help will be too much for others too much help will be a too little.
In the last but not the least,it all depends upon your satisfaction with the response and reaction of recipient of your help.So in that sense there is no too much help.

How can I become a good supporting sponsor when my communication skills are not good?
Affiliate since: 10/27/2014, Power Rank: 99999999
"Communication skills" is not any extraordinary quality required to qualify as a good supporting sponsor. As for as you can communicate and I believe you can as your question shows, should be taken as more than enough to continue your task. However communication is a very vast subject,it would have bee more appropriate if you could have slightly pinpointed your grey areas.
Having said that, let me tell you there is no declamation contest going on neither is any essay competition on.You are not going to communicate to aliens or robots or non-human creature where some special skills are required. Therefore one should not be complacent of being not good in communication skills. If you can communicate to your near and dear ones then why not to your down line. You have to answer their queries, you have to just guide them with all available material with you. Soon you,ll realize how good you are in your communication when your down line will start rating you well. You have to write few sentences in simple English (or whatever your language is),you have to convey your feeling and points with the all available tools/material already provided by SFI,response will encourage you and your skills will be more polished.
I don,t know what is the background of this question,it is prob,ly shyness or underestimating your own qualities.I,m sure no one from outside has indicated any such weakness in you.So be confident and natural, go ahead with the all the qualities and skills with you and never underestimate yourself. To be more confident read the article :
"How can I be an awesome sponsor and create big income duplication?"
Follow the DO's and DONT's in the article,it will boost your spirit and confidence.
Wishing you a great success.

What is the best way to help people that want to get involved with SFI who do not have time to put into it but have money to invest?
Affiliate since: 10/27/2014, Power Rank: 99999999
It is really a difficult and tricky question.
One should ask such people, what is the objective behind joining SFI? They should also be asked, whether they got the money without investing time or through any short cut means? No time or don,t have time, means no need of joining SFI. You got to have little time or even insufficient time to manage your activities. Absolute meaning is, if you don,t have time for any other activity, concentrate what are you already engaged in. Frankly speaking I could not find any successful Entrepreneur who just invested money without time to get the success in business. For any achievement, jobs, business, tasks, mission or for that matter for satisfactory results you require full concentration and dedicated efforts. Lack of time means you miss all that. It is our responsibility to make every one understand the very basic concept of SFI. Like in every business SFI too requires time and capital to invest. Look around even in SFI,see the affiliates studded with badges, top ranking in most of the positions, did they achieve the status without investing time? If you want to excel in any field sacrifice of time is must. There are always different results when you go all out , devote full time to your task comparing when spending part time or no time to your job. When SFI is saying Sky is the limit then what does it mean don,t have time? So, I cannot comprehend getting any one a great success without spending sufficient time with SFI.
If you are joining SFI with different frame of mind, want to remain average or below average, then go ahead without money or time or both. You won,t be able to see light on the other side of tunnel until unless you move forward with some resources in your hands. The other available option is to outsource your business. Or find some near or dear one to sacrifice his/her time for you. Hire someone or share with someone. These are the possible solutions but then you got to be dependent on someone with putting you personal satisfaction on shelf.
I hope all this make some sense.

Why should I invest in SFI?
Affiliate since: 10/27/2014, Power Rank: 99999999
It would have been a best question but outside SFI forum.Let me allow to say, asking this question in SFI forum by an affiliate, seems to be a question for the sake of question. To answer this question,I would ask, don,t you believe in SFI and don,t you know the basics of running a business. If there is a big YES behind the answer of such questions, then no need of further clarification.
There are two parts of your question, one SFI,second investment. If you have gone through the SFI Basics,Launchpad,Start,Forum,Ask SC, or/and any link within SFI pages guiding you the way through without any investment, then your question would have been most appropriate.Obviously this is not the place to cover all such details. If someone as an affiliate asking why in SFI,then how to expect to enroll a PSA or member of TripleClick by him. There should be someone to guide you or you should study yourself why in SFI instead of convincing or canvassing others. Then the question should have been , why in SFI.The other part is investment. There are not lengthy theses about the investment in SFI because all of us know,no return is there without investment.Again you have to understand, joining SFI means earning money or business.A man with empty hands standing on the roadside cannot claim to be promoting his business.Simple investment is not enough even. You have to invest your amount, you have to invest your time, you have to invest your abilities and qualities. No free lunch is available, business is business not a hot cup of tea.So if you have understood and have a belief in SFI with a little bit knowledge about business, then issue is resolved.

I want to recruit only SERIOUS affiliates. What should I tell prospects about SFI to ensure this?
Affiliate since: 10/27/2014, Power Rank: 99999999
Your second part of the question is more important as "What should I tell prospects about SFI to ensure this?"
Obviously you cannot discourage signing ups.SFI is open to every one.How can we discriminate a serious or non-serious affiliate? How can any one guarantee an none-serious affiliate will remain in same state of mind throughout the life or vice versa? There is no process through which only SERIOUS affiliates are filtered to any sponsor,s credit.Let me say there is no formula where you can recruit only SERIOUS affiliates. Now what should you tell them after joining SFI? After joining you have to work on them. There may be some joining with wrong expectations, there may be some joining just to explore new opportunities, there may be some joining just as a fun and there may be some joining with taking it as a challenge to start a new earning opportunity. As a sponsor we should by now,if it is not too late,be able to recognize their potential to guide them further leading to the path of success,as their success is our success. There is lot of material available how to become an awesome sponsor,it,s repetition here will be superfluous.Apart from luck and hard work, there will be hardly any sponsor recruiting only SERIOUS affiliates.

How long should I pursue inactive PSAs/CSAs with emails, e-cards, etc. before giving up on them?
Affiliate since: 10/27/2014, Power Rank: 99999999
Simplest answer of your question may be as for as they are your PSA/CSA,you are not suppose to give up on them, after all they are your prospect, giving up on them means giving up your efforts to achieve your aim. We should always curb the tendency of thinking of giving up our efforts. There are some questions, specific answer is difficult to find like mathematics 2+2=4, you cannot make any hard and fast rule about it. Many tangible/intangible factors are involved on both sides. Here come your intellect, aptitude,IQ level, instinct and even your luck to deal the issues making your future bright. Nobody would give you the dead line to give up your prospects.Until unless they are your babies you got to take care of them. No need of thinking on the line of giving up. We should perform like in the line of duty, during duty we cannot think of giving up. I admit sometime one stage comes when disappointment prevails but if you are determined and consistent sooner or later you would achieve your aim to succeed. Generally it is observed in almost every team there would be hardly 1% or even less bright and shinning affiliates. You can take horse to the water point but cannot force to drink, thus we should not stop our efforts rest is their luck. Keep on searching the occasions to send them E-cards and mails. They otherwise would be receiving your weekly mails,if you are doing daily task regularly. Never ever let them feel, you are tired or lethargic to the extent that thinking of giving up on them. As soon as you start realizing they are not bothered about you or tend to block your mails, adopt some flexibility and mend your ways to approach them.Beside sending them mail or cards etc you have an option to exchange or reassign them.Perhaps with new scenario they become active and in return you may get more active affiliates. I hope these few words would be some help to you.

Should I advise new PSAs to slow down and not qualify as Team Leaders so quickly?
Affiliate since: 10/27/2014, Power Rank: 99999999
1.It is an interesting question.Guiding properly a PSA is really a tricky affair.Main emphasis should be to make them understand SFI working. There are so many links and lot of reading material in SFI.Encourage PSAs to familiarize with the SFI environment gradually and peacefully. It has a bit multidimensional as well as multilevel business growth expansion.
2.Slow and steady wins the race,is very old saying. If you know the potential of your PSAs,you can remind and guide them accordingly with the speed they are moving.Apparently slowing down a speedy horse does not look nice until unless one knows the capability and stamina of the horse.AS SFI is not a quick rich scheme,so attaining a highest level of leadership or grabbing maximum Versapoints within a short span of time is not the ultimate aim.
3.You have to realize your PSAs to move with a maintainable pace.Assess the resources, what over position a PSA will achieve it is desirable to maintain it throughout,if someone wants to get something out of it.If your PSAs are slow, you can push them,if they are going too fast, you cannot advise them to slow down or stop acquiring the position as Team Leader. You have to just guide them, achieving such positions once is not enough, one has to maintain it throughout his SFI career. You have to tell aspirant PSAs about the Versapoints,a combination of sales and actions, may be easy to get initially but later on bit difficult to maintain it.
This is what I could give you as an answer of your question,I hope it make some sense.
