Good questions.
Just to keep it short what I usually do is include links to any news that I think is good for boosting business with an explanation of why. I include a shout out to the movers and a small tip about something that will help with their business.
I also include links to my leadership page which I update the blog on once a week for the newsletter. I also include a link to my personal home business blog that I run off site, which I also update once a week for the newsletter.
In short use what you do and find interesting to fill in your newsletter.

S-Builder Co-op or PSAs To Go. Which is better and why?

In my opinion S-Builders is better. Both are at your own risk options though. They will both provide PSA's but they both provide ones that may or may not be active.
Reason I say S-Builders is because, although it may take a while longer to actually start seeing any sign ups you have the chance to not only get PSA's but also PRM's for your TC store. This in my opinion is the best way to go as I have found that advertising I can get plenty of PSA's but almost no PRM's. So far using S-Builders I have gotten 2 PRM's. Very good trade off for the wait I think.

What are the best, most effective strategies one should use when just starting up with SFI?

When just starting make sure that you are viewing the 3 tabs up by your affiliate information on your affiliate home page. START, SFI BASICS, and LAUNCHPAD as these will give you a good overview on SFI, TC, and what you will be needing to do to grow your business, as well as useful links to where you need to go to find out how to advertise and all the tools we have for advertising out gateways.
I would definately suggest making sure you attain Fast Track within your first 10 days and gold fast track as possible as this will automatically give you the rank of EA2 in your first month and provide many good advantages.
Reading and Learning should take up most of your first month in your business so that you can learn about the different ways to earn. After that, start placing your ads and pushing your business.

What is the best way to get my new PSAs up to speed with SFI without overwhelming them?

First off in your welcome message make sure they know to check out the 3 tabs: START, SFI BASICS, and LAUNCHPAD so that they can get a overview on both the company, TC , and what they will be doing to start their business.
Then on your leadership page, write down ( I do it in the blog section ) exactly what you are doing to get PSA's/PRM's so that they can then choose to either do it the way you have directed or choose a different path. Put a link to your leadership page in the welcome letter and newsletters that you send out weekly so that everyone can see this information and any changes you have made to it.

What is the best use for the MRP I earn?

There are many things you can spend your MRP on. I tend to go more towards putting them back into my business so I can do things like buy traffic without actually having to pay for it. My next batch that I will be saving will go towards a custom domain page or a hosting package for a blog site.
So there are many uses for them and it is all up to the individual what they are actually used for. Hope this helps a bit.
Should a person go for the rank of Team Leader if they don't yet have a team?

Depends on you really, If you want to make the financial investment needed to attain a TL rank on a monthly basis then that is you choice to make, you need to weigh the benefits against the risk. Also if you do want to do this I would make sure I had at least something on SO to get me PSA's every month so that I could begin building an effective team that would later allow me to get to TL ranks without having to spend as much money.
If persons I sponsor advance in SFI faster than I do, should I continue to try to train and support them?

Absolutely, it is actually a win-win situation because you may know of something to make their business better that they have not thought of or utilized yet.
Also on the flip side they may be able to show you how they got to the level they are at and guide you to more success. So you can help each other out with ideas and techniques, working together to increase the profitability of both business and pushing both you and your PSA into a better position.

First thing I would discuss is the importance of doing the getting started tasks under the to do list and also the launchpad lessons, as these help get a good overview of the SFI and TripleClick marketing concept. Of course, you will want to discuss the fact that this is not a get rich quick scheme it is an actual business and as a business you need to be prepared to get onto your affiliate homepage everyday and do some kind of work. Then I would go into the daily tasks that need to be done.
As far as marketing tips and such go I wait to see if they are going to do the basics of the to do list and SFI basics before I go into such things as they are irrelevant until the people are committed to getting on daily and treating this as a legitimate business.

For my VP I have a SO for 125 TCredits to automatically get me 1500 VP every month gets me to EA. Of course your daily, weekly, monthly tasks all add up. I also enjoy playing Knockout Trivia which gives some points. Also have a SO for 1 s-builder unit. All of these combined makes me a bronze team leader by the end of the month so that is how I get my needed VP. Hope this helps some.
How do you allocate your time for SFI and TripleClicks? What percentage of your time do you spend on marketing, training, communications, etc.?

Ok a few answers for a few questions first I spend most of my time on my SFI affiliate home page. I do go to to TC to play games sometimes and I also always check out and post the daily deals to my social networks but I tend to focus on the team building and not the sales at first. I figure I have s-builder as one of my ad campaigns so that can and has already brought be in a PRM so I can use the rest of my resources to recruit a downline for SFI.
Most of my time is devoted to marketing in the whole as I use many different forms outside of those offered by SFI. I am constantly visiting sites I use and changing strategies till I find one that works at a particular place. These activities take up the bulk of the time I use for my SFI business.
As far as training goes I tend to take a lax position on this as I am of the mind that I learn better by doing and not by being told. Don't get me wrong I do offer tips when I get new PSA's and direct them towards good places on the SFI site to read up on the business and marketing strategies that are offered. However, aside from that unless they ask me specifically for help I tend to take a back seat and just watch to see how they are doing.
I always communicate at least once a week with some kind of tip and other info. In this I include a link to my leadership page where I keep a blog as well to my actual blog on making money online so they can see the new stuff I found for their. If there is any news such as the Fast Track that I believe is applicable to building a better SFI business I include a link to that as well. I also send out Ecards as stated above in the training explanation to all new members that I get in PSA's and CSA's.
I hope this has helped out a bit.
