How do I motivate my affiliates who are discouraged by the world economy's impact on the costs of products at TripleClicks?

Well I believe in the power of a positive outlook. I would encourage my team by helping them find products that not so costly that are for sale right in our TripleClicks store.
Everyday there is a big sale on products in our TripleClicks store. Using the Advanced search you can find most of them easily. There are also ECA's and member listing that allow people to make an offer and purchase the item for less.
If investing in Tripleclicks is the real issue break out the compensation plan and then do the math on all the benefits from investing and the potential earnings investing will bring.
One valuable thing to remember is that SFI affiliates enjoy Rank building VP and Member Reward Points from all of their purchases. All of these benefits can add up to a substantial savings on the products we purchase as we build our business. The last time I factored in all the benefits from a $36.25 T credit purchase and then discovered I could purchase items from TripleClicks with T credits and member reward points and then accounted for the earnings for the 1500 VP even without a single active affiliate under me the total savings and rewards would buy me at least a $17.00 Item or items with free shipping.
But I challenge myself to go one step further.....Get the item or items for $17 for 60 percent off their retail price which is a savings. When you get excited that you accomplished this let your team know you found a bargain and they can too.
Do a little research and you can find these great deals and show them to your team, promote them on your blog or website or add them with like items to your collection page and promote that page. Selling, promoting and buying products at TripleClicks is what SFI affiliates do.
The most important thing to stress to our affiliates is that there are people out there seeking products without fear of the costs. Very often they are seeking the higher quality versions of popular products like a Black Leather Wallet instead of a Plastic Wallet
The economy is constantly changing and products are constantly being created and re-created.
Product prices change frequently just keep looking for your bargains.

How do you show a prospect that there's money to be made as an affiliate with SFI?

A new prospect for your SFI Team is going to looking for a job at first. There are more folks out there wanting fast results and instant pay than those that want a business.
So give them the short term goals to reach and gain some commissions.
Show them what TripleClicks has to offer for sale. Encourage them to take the time to look at the products available and ask friends and relatives what items they are interested in. Explain that as an SFI affiliate these purchases will kickstart their business while they complete SFI's training course.
If they can see that that there is money that can be made today and even more in the future they will be more motivated to keep going in the program. Explain the importance of concentrating more on reaching the long term goals of team building than on the short term goals. Whenever the frustration of Internet marketing comes knocking at door. Answer with showing them a great deal on a product that they can promote. Encourage them to enter T time for free T credits. Show them the wisdom of becoming a person who works for profits not wages.
A new ECA prospect is going to be looking for sales so explain that TripleClicks has motivated buyers and explain as much as can about ECA benefits. It is also a good idea to explain that Internet buying is now doing more sales and getting more profits then the Brick and Mortar stores are. Show them that listings are easy and inexpensive.
And finally the very best prospect of all is an affiliate who wants to build a team and be an ECA.
They already have a large list of customers to get their business off and running even more quickly. They understand that getting people to buy from their store requires branding themselves as a person that has quality products and is trustworthy and friendly.
Once you identify which prospect you have then you can Lead them to success. It is a simple matter of asking the right questions.

The very most effective way to make your personal SFI website is to keep it simple.
Not only keep it simple but get as many eyes on the site that you can.
Advertising for any website and driving traffic is the very most important task
that will make even the ugliest website effective.
Your goal is to get customers. Ask yourself what does your website need
to capture the attention of all that traffic you are driving there?
Offer the new customer something of value that will get them motivated to take action.
Update the site as often as can offering something a little bit different each time
this is motivate folks who have visited the page once to take another look at the new offering.
Rotating banners are an easy way to keep it looking different without cluttering it up.
To many banners makes your page look like just an ad or search site and it
will make folks annoyed.
Finally although you want simple a really colorful mascot or graphic design that captures
attention is also a good idea.
So to recap. Set you site up simple, but eye catching. Keep it fresh and up to date. Drive traffic to it.

How can I earn the most money in SFI...by recruiting and building a team of affiliates...or by selling TripleClicks products?

In order to earn the most I would say to do both of these things and more.
The fastest way is to simply try out some products for yourself and then show your friends and family the products and let them sign up whichever way they choose whether it be for just TripleClicks or as an SFI affiliate. This is the warm marketing approach.
When you first start out with SFI you can gather enough VP by completing the training lessons and doing daily actions. You can concentrate on recruiting and developing a team by talking to your friends and family who live in a separate household from you or use the other marketing efforts of your chose from the marketing section. More folks may only be interested in purchasing things they need or want from TripleClicks but there may be a few who want to become affiliates. You must talk to them to find out. There will even be one or two who will be negative about SFI that you will just have to walk away from.
And finally there are a small percentage of folks out who are already selling products online or offline these folks are your future ECA Recruits. These folks could be hobby sellers who will make member listings and can be counted on to stay with the SFI program and make regular purchases of items that are on sale or try the Auctions to pick up items to re-sell or other items needed for running an online store like computers and smart phones and shipping supplies and so on. These folks will be putting money in your pockets for a long time providing they can get the sales or great buying deals they are looking for.
Make your own plan of action for short term income while you are building a long term income.
For this kind of plan will provide you income you need today and in the future.

What are some of the best TripleClicks products for Transfer Buying--products you consume monthly and can purchase every month and/or have on a Standing Order?

I have no standing order at this time however I did have one and I chose the T credits.
I will again be setting up a new standing order starting next month. And I will choose the 125 T credits again.
Here is why:
I look for products that I can buy with the T credits. I then make the purchases with T credtis or mrp from T credits that I spent on Auctions or games. I look for products that I can buy locally and I look for products that I can sell for a profit. There are many useful and consumable products available at TripleClicks. There is soap and shampoo and other beauty products. There are also health products from Vitamins to Energy Drinks. Many everyday practical items in our TripleClicks store cannot be found anywhere else. There are also lots of gifts and gadgets we all use frequently and most can be purchased with T credits.
I do these things on a regular basis everywhere I shop anyway so choosing to shop at TripleClicks supports my SFI Business. The best part is that we are supporting our store that we have agreed to be affiliated with.

To be successful in SFI, what attributes do you need the people on your team to have?

Your team members need....
1. Persistence.
A successful business owner wants to keep going not quit.
2. Patience.
An intelligent decision to understand that being successful will take time.
3. Plan of Action for both short term goals and long term goals.
Without goals folks lose motivation.
These three add up to productivity. Your team that is producing results is all you need to be successful.
Good communication with our team is vital in SFI, but what if we are not good writers; how do we learn to write well?

First I want to address communication. Good communication is 10 percent seeing 10 percent hearing and 80 percent doing or taking action from what is seen and heard through instruction.
So good communication to your team should only be centered on providing the tools that your team can see and hear and then take action with.
For me being direct and to the point makes it easier for instructing others. So I am suggesting that you just keep it simple and re-read your instructions to make sure your information is beneficial and can be acted upon to complete the communication cycle.
When you follow simple guidelines and give simple direct easy to understand instruction that you have written you will have good communication and therefore be a good writer.

How I can encourage my downline members to purchase from TripleClicks?

Some of the most successful businesses in the world are those that practice giving to receive. And even more if this giving at least seems like it is giving without receiving. To put this more simply buyers are delighted with a discount.
For your active downline reward them with gift certificates. Even if it is only for $2 or $3 that is 20 to 30 percent off a purchase of $10.
Should the affiliate make a $10 purchase your commission return and VP rewards exceeds the cost of the gift certificate.
Even if the purchase is closer to amount sent say for a single T credit. Let us figure out how much of the $2 you risk.. Commission on a single T credit is $0.61. This is not counting matching VP benefits or other benefits like helping folks qualify for EA and boosting moral.
So basically my answer is simple to encourage spending from your downline give them a discount.
You could also send out free T credits to your downline members if you have them available. These credits used for games could result in your downline member winning more to use and spend. And what goes around comes around.
No purchase is required to join and earn from SFI and gift certificate purchasing and spending are not required actions. However as an affiliate for TripleClicks we have a responsibility to promote sales at TripleClicks. Gift Certificates, TripleClicks Gift Cards, and awarding T credits to fellow affiliates help make us successful and keep the doors open on our business.

I'm an ECA wanting to sell my products internationally. How do I determine how much to charge for shipping to other countries that is fair to both me and my customers?

Check out the International Flat Rate Packages and deals on usps.com. You can order the boxes for free. Starting with closer countries to the US first like Canada and Mexico. Look up the rates for those countries. Put those rates on your listings.
The Priority Mail Boxes can be used for International shipping and shipping within the US. I constantly compare the rates even for US shipping. Often I find that Priority shipping is the best overall practice.
It is also good to know that the flat rate includes insurance up to $50.
Even if the item is not breakable there is always the chance that the item gets lost during shipping. If the customer doesn't get the item and it is not insured getting the item cost is difficult using standard shipping.
Another really good option for you to consider is offering your products to re-sellers in other countries. Then you just ship multiple products once and help someone else make money also.

To build a successful SFI business, how much should I rely on my sponsor?

When I read this question my first thought was we can not build a successful SFI business by leaning on our sponsor.
But then I changed shoes with you. If I were asking this question what solution to my problem do I need?
Do you feel like you are relying on your sponsor too much?
Rest assured your sponsor has a working knowledge and more experience than you do and wants you to know his secrets to success so you can duplicate his/her plan and be successful.
After a little time you will get into a comfort zone and will have learned all your sponsor can teach you.
So I say just Relax and study and read and ask all the questions you want from your sponsor or upline or Gery himself! Just be sure to take action for it is in taking action that success will come to you.
