Yes - I believe it is. We are told from the start that a business like SFI is a number game. Not every PSA or CSA is in it for the long haul. You may have to go through 20, 50 or even 100 people before you get a solid down line.
So many of us are suspicious of those that tell us of a great business making very good money. We are scared of failure and when you have so many on your list not putting their all into the business like SFI we get concern. It happens - simply shake it off and continue to do the best you know how. You can and will succeed if you don't give up!

First and foremost you need to start off with a positive attitude. Not everyone will reach the goals we've set the month passed but that doesn't mean they're unreachable. Learn from your mistakes and move forward. SFI requires time, time to read and learn. Knowledge is power and understanding. Take the time to read the training section. Visit the forum - chances are someone else is oing through what you are and has ask questions. Talk with your up line, find out what they have to say.
For those of you that reached your goals - set new ones, challenge yourself. Make your goal just a bit hard than your last. Push yourself to greatness. You only get out of this business what you are willing to put into it. Help those in your down line to be successful for as they succeed - you will succeed.

If you haven't heard it yet you will - many times... Set up your 'Standing Order'.
Beyond that you need a great team beneath you and you can't get that without loads of effort! You can buy PSAs or you can get out and recruit friends, family. You can set up a store on TripleClicks and become a ECA and you can again recruit small business to becoming ECAs.

The World Wide Web is your number one source to finding anything!. However that's not the only source, take a look at your local newspaper, magazines, and or the library. You can ask your upline sponsors for help by asking them if they've written ads and if they were successful with their ads. You can also get some great ideas from your downline/team. I really wish this was true! Has hard as SFI has tried to give us structure on how to build a successful business, so many are short timers, here today and gone tomorrow.
For those of us that plan to stick it out we duplicate one another to a point but we all have our own style, our own flare in doing things. Some do nothing but work their business from behind the computer while someone else may have their car painted up with advertisements and drive up and down the road. Some may place an ad in the local newspaper while another may do a TV spot.
This business and the way it is done is limited only by the mind...yours, enjoy!

Is it worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs...or can I just send out group mailings?

You can do either but I feel that you should do both. I'm not saying they should say the same thing. Take the time to read what information they have shared, design the individual mailings to the person. The sooner the better - don't wait 3 or 4 days before you decide to contact your new members.
New members are much like small children, they want your attention and they need our help!

Keywords placed in a search engine is usually the best way to locate something here on the web. Why should such keywords be?
Wave3, TripleClicks, SFI, Versapoints, Eager Zebra, Daily Grand to name only a few. Its the same with searching for products, simply type in the name of what you seek and you should it with easy.
