I have $500 to invest in my SFI business. What are your recommendations on the best way to use this money?

Prime motive behind any business is EARNING PROFITS. We have to do the best available thing to earn profit in the business we are in.
SFI is one business is where INVESTING MONEY counts but not a primary one . SFI is not a single person's business. That is We do our work , day in day out, and see money. It is primarily a TEAM ACTIVITY. That is.. a person who has a WORKING TEAM is the one who earns.
Team comes from recruitment. Recruiting people we know is one way . The other Way is to go ADs. We know there are many ways to recruit our TEAM. One has a choice to go for PAID Ads and Free Ads or buy PSAs or CSAs through TRIPLECLICKS by using S Builder Coop Unit or PSAs to Go or participate in AUCTIONS.
It is the choice of the person that counts but why should any body waste money when an option to go for Free Ads and also when results are almost the SAME .
SFI gives the AFFILIATES option to invest or work FREE , as long as one wants. Of course A Team Leader(BTL) has more avenues to make money like getting SECOND HOME CSAs. So A person who is serious about this business will have to become a BTL. Sooner the better.
Many affiliates who invested heavily in early months in buying the products with no success in building a TEAM , working TEAM, become frustrated and stop. So wise way of using money is to use SPARINGLY. Use it in such a manner that you become a TEAM LEADER and that's all. Concentrate on building the team. Buy TCredits, sufficient to make you a Team Leader and then use those to invest in S BUILDER COOP and keep the money in your hands .Use them in GAMES like CARD KING, if interested , where You have a chance to get goodies like free PSAs, CSAs, TCredits etc.
Keep the money with you till you have some PSAs and CSAs who are contributing MATCHING VPs and also VPs(our PSAs give us VPs on attaining/confirming their positions as EA2/BTL etc).

What is your advice to those who want to pursue this business but have limited time to invest into it?

Time or Money - Use it wisely. Our SFI business is one which require not much of both. Actually, in the beginning , one requires very little time to be spent for the business. What we do in the beginning is complete our tasks (and gain points available as well as required to stay alive in E365)and gain required knowledge/information about SFI and the business. These hardly require an hour or so.
Naturally, once we are able to get people into the team and they start working, it becomes our duty- as the team leader- to guide them. So we need more time and one has to adjust his time. But since we get benefited by our team's efforts(Direct Commissions and Matching VPs etc)it is not a pain but a pleasure.
If, Luckily, team is growing (and business also follows)- we have to divert our available time or squeeze out time from other activities- so that we can see how each one of our team members or doing and then advise them according to their needs. This stage will give us more money and satisfaction , so apportioning of time should not be a problem.
Finally, I would say TIME is something which is there if we want it or not there where we are not interested. SFI is one business which will be very good for those who have patience,perseverance.

How do I get my affiliates to understand the importance of grabbing the DAILY Action VP available to them?

We have few thousands joining us in SFI and of those who remain are the ones who have the interest in business, interest in doing something for themselves financially. So telling them about our tasks in SFI business should pose no problem at all. NEW Affiliates who read BASICS and Launchpad in the beginning of their journey in SFI are told about their DAILY TASKS AND VP gained therefrom very clearly.
However if any one still needs to be prodded about the importance of DAILY ACTION VPs have to told and trained by- telling them that:
1. The total requirement of achieving the monthly target of becoming EXECUTIVE AFFILIATE is 1500VP . Tell them how to go about it. Naturally getting those DAILY ACTION VPs becomes a essential part of the same and they will know and understand the importance.
2. Getting those daily VPs should not be mechanical i.e., only to get the ACTION VP of the task but as a part of learning process of the business, as intended by the company.

What are the best ways to stay in contact with PSAs and CSAs and how often is best?

I don't think there can be suitable answer for this question. One has to act according to the team and its members. A team has PSAs/CSAs who are active and inactive.Interested and disinterested. and so on.
For me my team is my business and my business totally depends on my PSAs and CSAs and their progress.My team is a very young one(we are all 3 month old kids in SFI) and team is learning the ropes just now. I have learnt from SFI "Work with the Workers" and so i concentrate on those who are working. I keep my GENEALOGY open all the time and SORTED AS: "LAST LOGIN/DSC". Look at all the people who are logging in. Go to their "VP LEDGER"and verify what they are doing and what they are supposed to do.Then taking the distance and time in to account, I act.
1. Open chat and start communicating. 2.Send email 3. Group Mail 4. Call them on mobile.5.SMS. What ever is the best.
My advise to people who are interested in their own welfare is:
1.Keep the communication on ongoing basis- After all our contact is for the welfare of our PSAs and CSAs.
2.Treat them on par with YOU .Give THEM all the respect, you expect from others.
3.Keep the language in the such manner that every thing is for the development of their business. Honestly.
4.Be honest and correct in giving the advise- No selfishness.After all, our SFI business is structured in such a fashion that LEADERS income depends on down line's progress.So they grow and we get the benefit-automatically.
5.Advise them that You are there , always, to be of support.
For all those ,who stopped working - send the group mail, with the hope that someday, some of them will come back and start working.

How do you get your affiliates to approach their SFI business realistically, like a real business, and not some get unrealistic rich quick scheme?

It looks like whole world is after QUICK MONEY!! Scheme after Scheme. Time and again. They loose it. Still -most of the people are after "rich quick schemes" only.
Naturally, they join us on SFI and wonder. So many dropouts are the example for this. But I tell my team ,what SFI officially says, SFI is a business which pays. Pays handsomely- to those who have patience and interested in working and building their own teams. Mail after mail , call after call i tell them about the company and business and ask them to work as per the plan. Regularly. Spend some time for knowledge- SFI site has lots of that. Get it and pass on to the next Gen in the line. So that whole team and all of us(in SFI) benefit. We ,me and other leaders in my team , have dropouts and not doing the business. However , last 2 months of hard work left us with people who realised the strength of the business and company.

My advertising is not providing satisfactory results. What should I do?

Our success in SFI depends on the WORKERS in the Team. Naturally ,Team is to be recruited to get those WORKERS (like us) through various means, one of them being Advertising. Recruiting people we know personally, buying PSAs from SFI or ECAs , Participating in Auctions for PSAs and getting PSAs through S Builder Coop Unit being the others. Experienced people advise that we should do all that is possible and with in our means.
There are thousands and thousands of people in many countries, who are searching for avenues to earn their income, augment their income and our duty is to reach them. Advertising is the best means because through this we can reach any person across the Globe. Yes. Most of the time our Ads will not bring us the SUCCESS and WORKERS and mostly people who are searching for easy avenues to get money are the people we get.
To get dissuaded and stop will be suicidal for our business and Persistence is bound to get us results. Remember the saying" Winners never quit and Quitters never Win". Keep advertising either (Free or Paid) and LADY LUCK has no other way but " smile at YOU". YOU WIN !!

How can we convince our PSAs that they should become TripleClicks WAVE3 members?

SFI gives it affiliates many freebies not tobe seen in other companies. Of them WAVE3 is the best. With a very small one time investment of USD1.95, we are enrolled in the program, which gives us 5TCredits and 50 MRPs every month-for ever and as long as we are in SFI BUSINESS - apart from benefits from Weekly draws, referrals etc. Value of 5TCredits it self is US59.40.
So, convincing is not required ,we have to inform them , properly. That's all.

Basically, we start something because of our interest in it. SFI Business is also like that. We joined because we find some thing in it. So sponsor or no-sponsor, we have to go ahead and do business. It is our Business. Intelligent sponsor knows the value of the down lines and works with them.Luckily We have TWO distinctive positive points in our SFI business. 1. Concept of Co-sponsor 2. Wealth of training material and knowledge on the SFI site along with 'FORUM' and others. So, use it and go ahead and build your business.

What is the best strategy to win the E365 Championship for my class?

E365 is like a 100metre sprint and running a marathon together. First 30 days your effort to be above GREEN line is your 100 metre sprint.Here you don't know where you will be next moment. People who had 4 or 5 BTLs in the first few days of joining can tell about this. You survived that. Great.
Next 11 months is the marathon. You have, may be 50 or something classmates(?),left in the field. Your tenacity of purpose, team making abilities and leadership qualities will count here. Of course, how others,remaining people of the class,are performing also counts.You don't know how many will remain or have that interest/team left in the business.
You just continue the initial interest in the business, continue to recruit people, teach them to duplicate, have as many BTLs- and above-, as possible. Here the rule where points expire-points expire after 180 days- has great value. As the marathon runner gathers his leftover energies for the final sprint,we,together with the teams VPs, gather as many as VPs in the last few days and outperform the class. Become E365 champion. This effort also got you lot of money. Great.

Permanent points are those we get in GETTING STARTED ACTIONS,LAUNCHPAD and INTERMEDIATE ACTIONS .Rest all vanish after 180days.So even a PTL has to continue to work and get VPs alongwith NEW affiliates or else will become an AFFILIATE. A beautiful level playing one.
Another important one is limiting the SALES POINTS.We know- to become a TEAM LEADER one has to get SALES POINTS. But what ever be the amount invested only 1500 (Minimum) and 200(Maximum) are allowed for attaining the position. This is another level playing one.
So New people joining SFI need not worry about the advantage SENIORs have. Their advantage is their experience and their teams. Nothing else.
