"What's best to sell at TripleClicks? Cheap things or more expensive/more valuable items?"
I believe Tripleclicks would be better served by having almost anything on it so more buyers would be interested in shopping here. The better question would be, "How should we price our items?" I have seen items on Tripleclicks marked up as much as 100% maybe more. I think this does not serve us well. I would rather see items be at a more reasonable price. You can either price it at a great price and add the proper (not marked up cost) of S&H or you can add the cost of shipping and handling to your item price and offer free shipping. So you would want to check out the cost of S&H before you decide to sell it. It may not be price effective if you are trying to gain sales.
You can have a variety of price ranges in your store as well. You can make sure to cater to the budget shopper as well as the more sophisticated shopper just be sure to not overprice your items. You must remember that the internet has millions of stores and people shop around for the best deal. So try to be able to compete price wise in order to keep your customers loyal to you.

What is your advice to those who want to pursue this business but have limited time to invest into it?

"What is your advice to those who want to pursue this business but have limited time to invest into it?"
I also have limited time but I have learned to use strategies that don't take too much of my time. Such as, I make sure that I do my VP Points when I have some time to sit down while watching tv or talking on the phone when returning phone calls. I also market my products or other products I am interested in through SFI while checking my Facebook, Twitter and Linked In accounts. I also carry some cards with me that I hand out or conveniently forget when leaving places. I even stick them in books at the library or at the bookstore. Just by doing these few techniques through out my day I am actually investing time into my business and it isn't interfering with what I am doing in the mean time.

What are the best ways to stay in contact with PSAs and CSAs and how often is best?

"What are the best ways to stay in contact with PSAs and CSAs and how often is best?"
I find that through E-mail is best. That way they can read your ideas and post at their own leisure. I do offer my number if they choose to call but do to so many time changes world wide it's much easier to do E-mail. I keep in touch with them weekly through my weekly mailings and offer them my contact information if they need more one on one time. This way I am not bombarding them and making them feel pressured. Leave your door open to them but don't chase them away.

What would you consider to be too much and unnecessary communication with your team?

"What would you consider to be too much and unnecessary communication with your team?"
In my opinion any communication that is not building your SFI business is unnecessary communication toward your team. That is what you have A2A for. However, if you are sending out tips, praises and rewards to your team then you can never have too much of that kind of communication. Just be sure you are ready to answer questions or direct them where to go for answers because that is also a part of being a great team leader.

I have heard about Team Leaders with groups numbering in the tens of thousands! What do they do differently to build such a huge downline?

"I have heard about Team Leaders with groups numbering in the tens of thousands! What do they do differently to build such a huge downline?"
I have asked this question to. The only answer is DUPLICATION. I do invest in S Builder every month as well. Just find out what you are doing to get your numbers and keep doing it. Whatever you are doing that isn't working then stop and do more of your successful actions. The more opportunities you use through SFI will bring you more people and then you can cross them over to other areas that are offered.

What do you do with affiliates who never do anything--despite your constant encouragement and offers of support?

It's really up to your affiliates if they are going to take the business serious. I would give them encouragement and acknowledge when they are working on it. If they become inactive I may ask if all is well with them just to let them know I care. If they choose to be inactive then you just need to let them be. Maybe they will come back or maybe you can transfer them to another team leader who may be able to do something with them. Sometimes it;s just all about the timing and you can't let it get to you.

How can we get across to our affiliates that investing minor (at least) amounts of money into SFI is smart?

"How can we get across to our affiliates that investing (at least) minor amounts of money into SFI is smart?"
I would explain that in any business it takes money to make money. Before any business can succeed whether it is Avon, Mary Kay, Park Lane, etc. you need to have demos and some inventory. In this business you don't need all of that up front cost so if you can invest a few dollars a month it can help tremendously. For instance, Sharebuilder is only $22.00 a month and helps you gain affiliates. S/O of 125 T-Credits is only $36.00. Those two items will help you and is under $60.00 a month. Having T-credits will allow you to gain more points through auctions or for you to add products to sell all from the comfort of your computer. Some people may not have that much to do at once so use the $36.00 as your S/O and another week you can pay the $22.00 for Sharebuilder. If you compare that cost to other businesses it really isn't that much.

Above all else, what is the ONE THING that has made the difference for you in succeeding with SFI?

"Above all else, what is the ONE THING that has made the difference for you in succeeding with SFI?"
Independence. I love that with SFI I pick my hours, my products, my choice of which opportunities I choose to work with and have no one looking over my shoulder. I save money on gas by working from home so I can use that money to put into SFI, and I do not have to ask for time off to take a vacation or handle personal business. In fact, I can work from anywhere I can get an internet connection so I can work while waiting during an appointment on my tablet or phone or while on vacation. So for me, INDEPENDENCE is what makes the difference for me succeeding with SFI.

Recruiting PSAs or ECAs--which will generate the quickest income?

"Recruiting PSAs or ECAs--which will generate the quickest income?"
It really depends on the person you are recruiting. I personally don't look for the quickest income, I look for the most stable. ECA's will bring you income through products they sell and PSA's will bring you money through what they make. So why recruit just one? Recruit all who you can and reap the benefits of both. SFI is great because you are not limited to one way of making an income. You have so many different opportunities to bring you an income so do not limit yourself or you will limit your success.

I almost gave up on SFI. What did you do to keep pushing forward?

"I almost gave up on SFI. What did you do to keep pushing forward?"
I am sure many of us have thought about it even if only briefly. For me, I have tried so many other opportunities that I had to invest in financially and did not reap the rewards that SFI has offered me. I started with no money at first just so I could learn more about it and investigate it before spending anything on it. I liked what I learned and I still put more time in it than money but so far I am satisfied. I understand that all businesses take time and investment but I like SFI for the fact that I have more options on how to make an income. I can use all of them or just a few or even just one of the options and still make money. I also understand that patience is important and that anything worth having is worth the wait. So I continue to work hard and be patient and it will all work out for me sooner or later.
