For “management” of your downline SFI has provided several powerful tools:
1. Genealogy
2. Movers list - which we also can say is an element of the Genealogy
3. Stream
4. Team Mail
5. Chat
6. Affiliate Manager : START/CONTACT/CHECKLIST/NOTES/ACTIVITY/UPLINE
7. TC Sales Report
Your question addresses only a large, active downline but allow me to expand it to other categories as well.
For addressing inactive affiliates I mostly use Genealogy, applying filters such as Last Login <(date) for encouraging and motivating purpose.
For active downline I mostly use Movers list where I can also apply certain filters to make management easier. If it is relatively new affiliate on the Movers list I regularly take a look at affiliate’s VP Ledger to check if there is something missed and I contact the affiliate directly.
As for the experienced affiliates (and all others)who know their business apart from Weekly mailer I use the Stream post where I post some reminders such as a useful Forum post or SFI Newsletter.
If it is large and active downline it is challenging to go into detail of every affiliate but it is of vital importance to make them aware that you are there for them when they need you. You have to build that kind of relationship so they are free to ask you and to have confidence in you.
Very often I use the chat and offer my immediate assistance if needed.
I mentioned also TC Sales Report as a tool. I discuss with my downline their purchases. What was for example reason for purchasing a certain item, is there anything more adequate and cost effective, etc. Also you can see their individual interests from their purchases.
In any case you will see the you monthly evaluation report done by your downline, so you will know if you are doing a good job or not.
