How can you keep your downline from quitting and giving up on SFI?

This is a great question and I must say from my own experience it is very easy to start with in month one or two. To get to executive level is not too difficult and even without any support from your upline, you can make it happen.
Things become more of a challenge as the ways of getting points from the to do list page begin to dry up. You get to a point in month two when even doing all the to do list, you cannot gain enough action points to progress to the next level. Even by buying products, you cannot generate enough action points to move to silver level.
So to keep your down line motivated at month two, once they have achieved bronze level, we need to find a way for them to maintain their momentum, otherwise they will become disillusioned. Obviously, at this stage they need to realise that to move forward they need to start the process of building a down line team. At this stage they will probably have a down line of about 17 people, probably all inactive since day one. So to really motivate those at this stage and prevent them from quitting, I suggest the following:
At this point SFI should recognise this brick wall and address this by giving them say 20 PSA and 20 FSA, these need to be new or recent sign ups not old neglected members. Alternatively someone in the upline with a real business head on their shoulders could do the same thing for the bronze level member. They need enough to kickstart them and prevent them from stalling at this stage. What do you think of this suggestion ? kind regards Stephen.

What do you do with affiliates who never do anything--despite your constant encouragement and offers of support?

This is a very complex and far reaching question, the reasons why people are inactive are numerous and could be related to a whole range of sociological, financial and emotive issues. A Sponsor is like a catalyst that can initiate a chemical reaction, however if the correct chemicals are not present, the catalyst will not initiate anything therefore no reaction. So affiliates who do nothing despite your encouragement, are just those people who are not ready or committed to participate in your reactive team. This is not a negative, as conversely, for the Team reaction to be successful, you need the right members/chemicals. So active affiliates that respond to your encouragement, are actually the ones you focus on, as they will be reactive and produce a positive outcome. So don't dwell on the inactive ones, they by definition are the ones that you don't need on your team.

There is a simple answer to this question Don't Panic, Go to the Forum and let everyone know that you will need some help to get started. You will be helped by everyone in the forum. Do not be afraid to ask any questions that you may have. If you are serious about this business people will respect you for that.
Also don't think too badly of your sponsor, there could be any number of reasons why they have not responded to you at the moment. You will still succeed !!!!!!!
What is the best strategy for earning quickly with SFI?

This is the million dollar question, however let's turn that question on its head. Best Strategy and Earning Quickly, do not really have a direct relationship.
For example, are we talking about short term or long term strategy. I guess if you had unlimited funds, you could just buy products to get your points, but eventually you will still need a return on that investment to make money.
I my mind the best strategy would be to build a long term residual income, that rolls in month after month.
Let's put it another way, if you had unlimited funds you could build very quickly the greatest mansion. It would look fantastic and be admired by everyone.
However fancy it looks on the surface, it will soon fall down if the foundations of the building are not laid properly.
Better to spend some time, getting the foundations correct, then the building will stand the test of time! And provide a lasting investment.
So earning quickly may actually be the wrong strategy if you are looking for a long term business. Think about strategy, that's more important than a quick dollar!
What do you think ?

How do you explain to potential ECA prospects what the E-Commerce Associate program is all about?

Hi Leslie, that's a great question with a simple answer. The ECA Programme allows you to sell products online with no start up costs or hosting fees. You can sell to your own country or the global marketplace, its your decision. The programme takes care of all the hard work for you, you just enter pricing, a product description and a photograph. It has got to be the easiest and cheapest way to ever to have a professional e-commerce website.
Above all else, what is the ONE THING that has made the difference for you in succeeding with SFI?

This is a great question, the one thing that has made me succeed so far is determination. I believe I can make a good income with this programme and I am determined to make that a reality.
Why am I determined ?
Because I want a residual income for my retirement in years to come.
So determination is driving me forward, in addition to that I am getting help from a member in my upline. If your upline see that you are determined, someone is far more likely to help you. The new year is rapidly approaching make 2014, the year when you are determined to change your future. Thank you for reading this answer.

What is the best way to convince someone who is over 50 that they should get started with SFI?

This is a really good question, as I firmly believe that the 50 plus age group are a fantastic target demographic for new recruits. This is why they should get started today, without hesitation.
These people are part of the so called baby boomer generation. In Europe and the West, they are the largest demographic by far of the population. In fact they are a huge demographic wave, making up the largest section of the community.
Not only is the age group making up the largest group, but if you look up statistics for social media like Facebook, you will see they are the largest group there too!
So if your in the over 50 group, you are in an excellent position to network with like minded individuals. Not only that, you have the life experiences and skills to apply to your SFI business.
Add to that, your most likely in a position where you have more time and disposable income to really take this seriously and build a long term residual income for your retirement.
In fact if you add all those things together, these individuals are far more likely to succeed in general terms, than any other age group. So make this a target Demographic and tell them why they will be perfect people to join.

How do you explain to prospects what SFI is about in a simple way?
Stephen Judge, Aff (United Kingdom)

The simplest way to explain this is as follows: You work at your own pace to collect points on a daily basis. The points you collect give you a share in the global business, more points = more shares. More shares = More Money. By building a Team of affiliates below you, you generate even more points. Its that simple!
I see that there are ECAs in my local area who have not yet listed any products. How can I/we encourage them to become active ECAs?

This is a very interesting question as yesterday I was looking at the pages of ECAs in the UK and was quite shocked that most had no products on their pages at all. This is like having a high street with empty shops, if most of the shops are empty people are not attracted to go there.
If someone has gone to the trouble of setting up their ECA page and opening their account, there must be something that stopped them listing products. So if these ECAs are local to you, why not contact them and ask them what's holding them back from listing any products?
Perhaps they tried initially and then ran into a problem, a problem which you might be able to help them with? Perhaps they were not sure how to set up shipping costs? If the member is outside the USA that might be what stopped them in their tracks, or it could be any number of things. Why not strike up a communication with them asking why, you can do this from their store page, if they are still not keen to list their products and you cannot persuade them, why not offer to list some of their products on your own page. If they start to see sales then they will surely become very interested in the potential. With the new year 2014 approaching its a good time for people to try new things and face new prospects with a positive attitude. Having recently set up my own ECA Store with over 140 products, I would encourage everyone with no products listed to at the very least list one or two products, after all what do they have to loose? Its a win win situation for everyone involved. Happy New Year to You and all the readers and best wishes from me to all the ECA stores.
