How can you keep your downline from quitting and giving up on SFI?
Affiliate since: 08/24/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
Great question.
There's an old saying "you can lead a horse to water but you cannot force it to drink".
Most join SFI with the intend to become rich overnight. These individuals are lazy and want to do very little to earn their bread ("By the sweat of your brow man shall eat bread." so says the good book). My best advice is when you realize this let them be and move on to those who are willing to do the work.
I am still fairly new to SFI and have a few PSA's and CSA's some are working hard and others are just not moving since they join. All I do is send out my weekly mailer to all so that hopefully the ones that are not moving will one day actually decide to do so. For the one's that are actually working I send out congrats on stream, talk to them online when I see them or send them a personal email.
We can do so much and no more and no one likes to be forced/pressed into doing something they are not interested in doing or ready to commit to. First see if the interest and desire (this could take months)is there then work on nurturing those. Do not allow the negative reaction of these individuals to get you down or allow you to loose your focus. If they really want to make a go of SFI they will stick around. This business is not for everyone and the sooner we realize this the better off we will be.
All the best to your success with SFI.

I have heard about Team Leaders with groups numbering in the tens of thousands! What do they do differently to build such a huge downline?
Affiliate since: 08/24/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
Hello My friend
My suggestion to you and to all others who have possibly wondered the same thing is to
keep your mind focused on your own business and not worry about the business of your fellow affiliates and try not to compare either.
I have found that the majority of those who join SFI and have moved up the ranks have done so through Time, hard-work and investments. Just try to remember we all do not have the same resources at our disposal so lets be content with what we achieve no matter how small we might thing it is.
Let us work to create our own personal merit, the achievements of others belong to them. We have work to do so let us get to it right now and give of our personal best. Focus on your own goals and don't allow this to side track you, for all we know these tens of thousand or probably not all active downlines. Don't lose sleep over it just do your best and you will receive your own rewards.
All the best.

What do you do with affiliates who never do anything--despite your constant encouragement and offers of support?
Affiliate since: 08/24/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
Good question.
Personally I would like to cut them loose but that is not possible especially with your CSA's since SFI allows them to remain for 6 months if I am not mistaken and then let them go. We have more flexibility with our PSA's since we can shuffle them around. The most we can do is send our regular team-mails and hope that a spark awakens in them or if we have the time we can send them personal emails and also hope for a response.
I have come to terms with the fact that we won't win them all but work with the workers/movers and hope someday even 5 more will move out of the over 60 affiliates I
now co-sponsor / sponsor.
Do not let this get you frustrated since from your question this is what i am picking up. It's like we are corresponding with brick walls.
Keep yourself positive and continue to press on daily.
Regards and all the best with your SFI Business

How can I convince my downline of the benefits of having a Standing Order without them feeling pressured?
Affiliate since: 08/24/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
A good Downline will know that a standing order is the right option once they access their SFI and TripleClicks account daily.
It would be nice if they set it up from the get go but seeing that most persons are skeptical about this business they will just take their time or not perform a task at all. This should not discourage us as leaders. Once we see from our movers tab that individuals are actually working it means that there is still hope for getting them to set up a standing order.
All we can do as leaders is to continue to nurture and encourage our hardworking PSA/CSA and hope they see SFI as we do a great business model. I did and it was with no feelings of being pressured.
Hope this was helpful

I almost gave up on SFI. What did you do to keep pushing forward?
Affiliate since: 08/24/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
Hi Dignasia,
I,m glad you decided to stay with SFI. There are so many things that make us keep
pushing on.
1. Our Families (spending quality time)
2. Freedom (from going 9-5 daily)
3. Improving our standard of living
4. Owning our own business
5. The wonderful people we get to associate with from all over the world
6. The many ways we can earn a living with this Home base business
7. The opportunity to learn, play and earn at the same time. etc
There's just so much about SFI. The skies the limit. It is so sad when so many sign up and cannot see the real opportunities of sticking with SFI.
To everyone's success at SFI. All the best.

How often should I communicate with my Sponsor and Co-Sponsor?
Affiliate since: 08/24/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
Hi,
This depends on how much assistance you require.
When I started out initially I would contact my sponsor a couple times for the week.
Most of us who become sponsors/co-sponsors would love for our down line to follow in our footsteps/beyond but this is not always possible, since we don't all have the same resources.
If you have a sponsor/co-sponsor like mine that is readily available then keep in touch at least once or twice a week. Most sponsors/co-sponsors want their teams to succeed so feel free to communicate with them.
My communication with my sponsor/co-sponsor is not as often but one thing i know is that they are readily available to assist when i need their help.
Regards

How can I find affiliates who are truly interested in SFI and who will remain active?
Affiliate since: 08/24/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
This is like picking a needle out of a hay stack.
Very hard to do but not impossible I think, because if that was the case so many persons would not be signing up to join SFI.
Granted some will give up before even trying but the truth is there are millions of persons out there searching for a real online home business that will take care of there needs.
We just have to find our needles and work with them diligently and try not to give up ourselves or force anyone to do more than they can in their present situation. Remember most of us joined with the hope of improving our standard of living.
Let us continue to encourage you never know when than needle will appear and begin to shine.
All the best with SFI

Which is more effective--paid or free advertising--and why?
Affiliate since: 08/24/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
Very good question.
While free advertising works in some respects, paid advertising will get the job done quicker. Reason being, most individuals will consider more seriously whether to join or not to join SFI. They will in my opinion consider the business to be above board and that time and money went into advertising this business.
While we might all like freebies, the truth is my friend that nothing is totally free and as we know SFI needs time, effort and investment.
My recommendation go for paid advertising if you have the funds.

How do you deal with PSAs who you offer unconditional support but still rate you poorly?
Affiliate since: 08/24/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
Hi Ronald,
I can empathize with you. I just received some reviews from my CSA one gave me five
stars and was so grateful in her comments that it makes me wonder why the other
gave me only two stars.
Please note also that I do not speak another language (only English) and get this joke
the one giving me the 5 star only speaks Spanish, so i had to communicate with her via google translate, while my other affiliate speak English.
Initially when i received these CSA's I did my welcome letter and informed them if they were ever in need of assistance i am here, in response my 2 star friend told me she will be working the Business, so not to worry.
The long and short of this situation is I will be emailing my friend to find out what it is i have done/did not do to warrant such a low rating.
We can't win them all.
All the best.

Why do some affiliates find success with SFI in just weeks, while for others it takes months or years?
Affiliate since: 08/24/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
Very good question.
I have been wondering the same thing myself. I am still fairly new to SFI and most of what I do and earn (in terms of badges) are from reading (lots of it) and from . I am not an internet market guru so i barely know what I am doing sometimes. I am learning just like all my fellow affiliates and I am taking the time it requires to learn this business. To me this is success already.
We should not feel that we are not successful if we move at a slower pace than others, nor should we try to compare ourselves to others since this can cause us to become demotivated and overwhelmed with trying to match up to the next affiliates.
The good book says "The swift do not always win the race, nor do the mighty win the battle,.....nor do those with knowledge always have success,....." Eccl.9:11
Do not misunderstand me success in this business whether we go quickly or slowly is how we perceive it. How I see it is I am successful just by logging on everyday. Hope you see it that way too. Just sticking with SFI makes you a success.
To all our successes whether we are fast are slow.
