You have to be always available for them,
and if you are not, you should get back to them as soon as posible.

Second thing you should do is to wach their advance at SFI,
and to congratulate them on every succes they make.
People love when they get that kind of support.
You can do that with Genealogy report.
This is where you can wach every step your affiliates do.
Be shure to follow their VP ledger.
There you can see if they missed any of daily, weekly, or monthly activities,
so you can let them know to pay attention.
Third thing is to send them some TC Giftcards, or TCredits,
but only if you see they are real workwers.
Otherwise this wouldn't have desired effect.
If you follow those steps, I'm shure that your affiliates
will comunicate with you.
