There are a few strategies which you can employ to keep your downline from quitting or giving up on SFI. Sometimes these strategies work and sometimes they do not, but in
the end if our downline quits then we should not be at fault.
The first thing we can do is to ensure that once we are assigned new downline that we welcome them. We should ensure that we do a personal welcome to each affiliate especially when we are assigned a small number of affiliates. Introduce yourself and let your downline know that you will be there to assist them if they face any difficulties.
You can also check their VP ledger and remind them of some of the actions they can take in order to earn VPs. Use a step by step approach. Do not bombard your downline with too much information at once. If you do this they will become overwhelmed. You may also realize that your downline will respond to you if they have found your tips helpful.
The next strategy is to live up to your word and be there for your team. Make sure that you are there to answer their queries because affiliates get discouraged when they ask their upline for assistance and do do even get a response.
Cheer on your downline as well. When you see them making progress, send a personal message or post it to your stream. You can also send out a team mail. Your downline will be motivated to work even harder.
If you follow all these steps then it is most likely that you will have many followers. I know that everyone will not respond in a positive way but there must be a few who will.

What is the best way to build a TEAM--with true team spirit--in SFI?

A team can be described as a group of persons working together towards a common good. In a team, there is no "I", but we and us. Therefore; the best way to build a TEAM-- with true team spirit in SFI is to lead by example. A good team leader will ensure that he 'practices what he preaches'. In order to build a team, a leader must be supportive. A leader must also communicate with his team regularly. He should also respond to his team in a timely manner, when they have questions or issues. Remember that in order for a team to be successful, each member is dependent on the other. Team members should also be encouraged and motivated because they will be more likely to continue on the road to success.
I am motivated to work whenever I see a letter or a post congratulating me for any achievement I have made in SFI. Let us all take these best practices into consideration and build a TEAM--with true team spirit in SFI.

The things that most make me proud to be an SFI affiliate are:
1. SFI is free to join - there is no start-up cost and all affiliates receive free training in the form of the 30 day launchpad lessons and other articles for which you are rewarded Versa Points for reading.
2. SFI knows no barriers. Everyone is given an equal opportunity to join. Anyone is free to join. There is no language, race, political, economical or religious barriers attached.
3. Fairness - Each affiliate is given an equal opportunity to succeed in the business.
4. SFI is the only online business which provides its affiliates with a broad network of affiliates who are working together and teaching each other how to be successful.

What's best to sell at TripleClicks? Cheap things or more expensive/more valuable items?

It is best to sell a combination of both cheap and expensive items at Tripleclicks. If you sell both then you are able to cater to the needs of all affiliates. Not everyone can afford expensive items and not everyone will buy cheap items.
Cheap also does not necessarily mean not valuable because there could be an e-book for a dollar which has valuable information and there could be another for ten dollars which does not contain such valuable information.
The demand for the product should also be taken into consideration because whether the item is cheap or expensive and there is no demand then sales will be nil or at a minimal level.
Before promoting any item, cheap or expensive you need to take all these factors into consideration.

In order to convince an affiliate who has abandoned SFI to restart again you need to have proof that you are earning with SFI. This can come in the form of your Payoneer Mastercard. You should have it on hand to show this affiliate.
You can also show off some of your new badges that were not there when this affiliate abandoned the business. You can also introduce this person to all the new products which have been added to Tripleclicks store.

For those who want to pursue this business and have limited time, I would suggest that they:
1. Make a time schedule for at least half an hour each day to complete their daily tasks. These daily tasks add up to give you action points. These points are necessary especially if you want to move above the rank of EA.
2. Set up a standing order of 1500 VPs. This will ensure that you qualify as EA each month with the minimum qualification. You can do this by ordering 125 TCredits. These 125 TCredits can be used to bid in Pricebenders auction. This will give you another 125 action points, because you earn 1 VP for each bid you make. You will also earn member reward points. This can be 1250 MRP if you participate in Double Reward Points auctions, or 625 MRP if it is not Double Reward Points. These Member Reward Points can assist you in making TripleClicks purchases.
3. You can also do warm marketing, where you refer friends and family members to sign up using your gateway. In this way you will earn VPs as well as commissions.

What do you do with affiliates who never do anything--despite your constant encouragement and offers of support?

All you need to do is continue to encourage and offer support to those affiliates who never do anything. You just have to keep an open mind and tell yourself that some of them might just get active after reading all your messages. Also remind yourself that there may be a great deal of reasons why these affiliates are inactive. They may not fully understand how to work the program, it may not be the right time as yet. Some may have health issues and some may not have the time or the money to devote to the program.
One day you might just send a message that will stir someone's curiosity and bring back the 'wandering sheep' to the fold. If they are still inactive then you will just have to wait until SFI remove them from your genealogy. But never give up because 'it's not over till its over".

The best ways to get Action VersaPoints are:
1. Make sure you log in everyday and review the tabs on your to-do-list. When you have reviewed them make sure to click on the blue button found at the bottom of each page. As you build your downline, some common mistakes to avoid are:
1. Never take any affiliate for granted. Not because you may not see them on the scoreboard for a while does not mean you should just forget about them. Even when there is no activity, take the time to send them an E_Card every now and then. You might just find out that a few of them become active from this gesture.
2. Do not make the mistake of not communicating with your downline. Some sponsors and co-sponsors only exist by name. There is no communication from sponsor/co-sponsor. Many members get discouraged by this and therefore put out little or no effort.
3. Never make the mistake of not answering questions which your downline pose to you. If you do not have the answer readily, make sure you do your research find the answers. You can get answers to questions through ASK SC, The Forum, your sponsor/co-sponsor, launchpad lessons and A2A friends. When you answer your downline questions then this will build trust.
4. Never make the mistake of not attending to your business everyday and earning as many VPs as possible. These VPs will add up to help you maintain your rank. If you cannot set up a standing order, make sure you earn enough action VPs and you also have a few dollars to purchase items from tripleclicks fro which you will earn VersaPoints to help you maintain your rank.
5. Never make the mistake of not working with your all important workers. If you do not encourage and support them, they will not be able to give you a good rating at the end of the month.
