Whenever I get free CSA's for attaining TL rank, I always let them know that though I am just their Co-Sponsor, I want them to treat me as if I were their direct sponsor. Why?

A lot of the CSA's you get probably will not be active, but every now and then, you will get a few that are motivated and willing to learn. If their Sponsor gives little support or none at all, then what will most likely end up happening is they will turn their back on SFI, and rightfully so. However, if you offer your support and treat them like PSA's, they might turn out to be active and thus will start earning you valuable commissions. The direct commissions on CSA's are not as fruitful as PSA's, but the VP Matching Bonus counts just the same. You should put their VP in high regard for your business.

In short, whether an affiliate is a PSA or CSA, it doesn't matter. They all end up helping your business grow and must be treated alike.

In my point of view, the quality one really needs to have is perseverance. Why? Well let's say you have mastered some techniques to recruit affiliates. And let's also say that you are a truly awesome leader (which I assume you are since you're reading this). Now when all is said and done on your part, it's still up to them whether to capitalize on this opportunity or not. You can't really do the actions necessary for them. All you can do is draw the path for them to walk on.

Another reason that perseverance will be vital to have is because sometimes an affiliate can be active for a couple of months and you'll start saying to yourself that all your hard work is finally paying dividends on this affiliate. But then out of nowhere, they seem to lose interest and become inactive. This doesn't happen too often, but it does happen. You must not get too down on yourself. You have to move on and believe that brighter things are headed your way.

With perseverance, you'll eventually have success, given of course, that you do the actions necessary for you to succeed.

SFI has some of the best marketing tools (Online and Offline) that I've ever seen. From cards, to letters and what not, they really have it covered. But it is up to you to use it in the most effect manner possible. Since the question is about Offline Marketing, I'll share my method with you guys that I found to be effective compared to the other methods I tried.

Ok, so first you need to arm yourself with some SFI business cards (either self made or the one's you can buy from the TripleClicks store). Giving these cards to family and friends is a good start, but let's get out of that comfort zone. Their a good source of business but the potential outside your family and friends circle is endless. I put into action a Marketing Method called "Cold Canvas". Here's how it works. Let's say you're walking in a mall. Chances are some sales agent selling condos, houses, cars, etc will approach you and give you a brochure of some sort. You need to take advantage of moments like that. Pause for a while and look at that brochure. This will cause that agent to start a conversation immediately. You can talk with them about whatever it is they are selling for about 3 - 5 minutes and slowly find a way to introduce your SFI business by presenting your card. Tell them that we are the fastest growing online Network Marketing companies worldwide and that we are BBB accredited with an A+ Rating. If they are interested, tell them that you are willing to discuss the basics with them and some of the strategies that you use. And most importantly, tell them that unlike other Network Marketing companies, we are free to join and that the money some people pay to join our competitors can be instead used to plug into our S-Builder co-op that will give them their fair share of new affiliates! Basically tell them anything you consider attractive about SFI.

Also, don't limit yourself to these sales agents. If you're in a shop that sells clothes, someone will approach you to help you out. Once they have helped you pick what to buy, thank them by giving your SFI card and offer them the same help I mentioned above. Any opportunity that allows you to strike a conversation with a stranger, you have to find a way to land your card in their pockets. Rejection will be a very common occurrence, but all you need is one active affiliate to make your troubles worth while.

SFI tends to be overwhelming to majority of the affiliates here mainly because they have their eyes set on the pot of gold. We've heard the success stories of our sponsors and if you've finished the LaunchPad, I'm sure you'll also remember a lesson wherein they prominently featured successful SFI affiliates earning crazy amounts monthly.

Knowing these stories is good and all, but people tend to set these success stories as their goals. While I do admire the optimism, we need to be down to earth as much as possible. First of all, you know yourself better than anybody else. You know what your skills are, you know how fast you can learn new skills, you know your budget, and basically you know every single detail about yourself that will ultimately dictate the pace of your SFI business. My point? You need to set realistic goals. You can't start out as an Affiliate and expect to be Platinum Team Leader hauling in VP like crazy. Do situations like that happen? Sure they do but it happens to those who are veterans in advertising with deep pockets. If you're like me, a novice in advertising who is able to learn new things daily without necessarily having a deep pocket, then you've got to set goals that you believe are attainable.

For example, let's say your an affiliate. An attainable goal would be to aim for Executive Affiliate status by the end of the month. Another example. Let's say you earned $1 in commissions for a specific month. Don't aim for the stars and set a goal of a 4 figure income by the end of a specific month. Just aim to get higher than that dollar. Always aim to try and earn a commission value that is higher than your previous months commission. In time, you'll reach a 4 figure income.

It's all about taking baby steps and accumulating those baby steps to form 1 huge step. The important thing is that you begin your journey today. It will bring you that much closer to the day you start making insane amounts with SFI. Pass this word on to your affiliates as well, and all of you will have an easier, stress free SFI business. And try to have fun. I mean the look and feel of SFI is not boring at all and is in fact pretty exciting to me. Never have I considered Network Marketing fun. Until the day I met SFI. Love story? Lol. Well, what's not to love right?

Alright, anybody who has spent a couple of hours learning what SFI is about knows by now that we currently have 3 recruitment gateways available.

1) http://www.sfi4.com/XXXXXXXX/FREE : The first and original recruitment gateway. Still effective till today.

2) http://www.sfi1.biz/XXXXXXXX : The recruitment gateway that was specially tailored for social networking purpose. Great to post on Facebook, Twitter, etc.

3) http://www.sfi4.com/XXXXXXXX/first : A completely revamped recruitment gateway. Features a lot of attractive things.

Which one is my favorite? No doubt http://www.sfi4.com/XXXXXXXX/first. Just because it looks fresher and more professional.

Which one is more effective? Well, to tell you the truth, if you use these gateways as is, they won't be really effective. Here's why.

Wee all want to recruit good affiliates. However, those good affiliates are smart. When they see something as generic as those gateways, they'll immediately think that this is another Internet affiliate program that will end up being a scam. Plus, these gateways are not very easy to remember mind you.

I'm not saying SFI did a bad job. They did a tremendous job with these gateways. And the web address has to be the way it is for the purpose of making sure your recruits fall under you. So what exactly am I advising everyone to do? Simply put, you need to purchase your own domain. It doesn't matter which gateway you prefer to use for advertising as they are all well thought out and executed. What matters is how this gateway is presented to your future clients. You need to think of a domain that is easy to remember and at the same time contains the general idea of what SFI is all about.

These recruitment gateways are your front line when it comes to recruiting future affiliates. Make sure you invest in your gateway and purchase your own domain to make it look even more professional.

When you are trying to convince a person to join a Network Marketing Company, you must show genuine interest in helping them reach their goals, regardless whether you know that person or not. Leading prospects to your affiliate link is a good start but it's not enough. Why? Because when they join, they will see that they too have the same tools as you do. This will make them feel as though you didn't personalize it in any way. Now I'm not saying change how the landing page looks. I'm just saying that when you advertise your link, you need to think of some sort of way to spice up the deal.

Here's an example. Almost 90% of prospects who join a Network Marketing Program tend to leave as they feel that they do not have what it takes to recruit new successful affiliates. But as we all know, finding success in this line of business simply means you have to go through the numbers. Meaning that you will definitely get more than your fair share of "No Thanks, Not Interested", before you get "Why not, let's give it a shot". So this got me thinking, how can I help my affiliates go through the numbers even if they have no marketing experience whatsoever. Then it came to me, why not offer them a co-op! When I market, I offer to co-op S-Builder units. I also make it a point to clarify that I can co-op anything as long as it looks worth it in my point of view, but initially, offering a co-op for S-Builder seems effective. And I don't offer a 50/50 split on the cost. I offer a 60 / 40 split. Why? Because as their sponsor, I can also potentially benefit from their affiliates. When they get familiar with how the SFI genealogy works, they'll feel a little cheated in the 50 / 50 split cause as sponsors, we simple get more out of it. So best to avoid situations like that.

And the number one thing you have to put in CAPITAL BOLD letters with all your affiliates is this Network Marketing opportunity is FREE TO JOIN. Millions of people all over the world know there is a lot of money to be made in network marketing, and these millions of people are willing to invest a certain capital just to join that company. That simply doesn't make sense to me. Imagine a company asking you for a certain fee to join so that YOU CAN BE A MEMBER OF THEIR COMPANY and SELL THEIR PRODUCTS and INVITE OTHER PEOPLE TO JOIN THEIR COMPANY. That's crazy. I don't care how much money can be made, paying just to be a member so that you can sell and invite is simply an idea I never supported. Whereas with us, they can experience everything a network marketing company has to offer for free. No Fee to join, No Fee to maintain and even more money to be made! This needs to be realized by everyone.

So in a nutshell, try to spice up your advertisement. Offer some sort of service that others don't. The S-Builder was just an example. You are free to add anything you wish.

If an affiliate is giving up on SFI, then I take it that at some point that specific affiliate learned the basics and actually went through the LaunchPad. So pointing out certain basic aspects of SFI or certain topics covered by the LaunchPad will not do much good and in some cases might even further solidify one's decision to give up as they will feel that you are just quoting something that they have seen already.

So back to your question now. How to convince an affiliate giving up to continue SFI? Well, the truth is there is no specific method that you can use or no specific words that you can convey to convince an affiliate. You have to treat it on a case by case basis. Each affiliate is different and each will have their own personalities. You can check their VP ledger, check their activities and what not but that can only tell you so little about them. We won't really be able to find the specific reason as to why they are giving up without talking to them. And when you do ask, chances are they won't respond to you. This is something that can be remedied by forming a relationship with your affiliate at the time they joined. I'll give an example.

Let's say an affiliate joins under you and you don't make an effort to communicate with them on a consistent basis. When time comes you feel they are giving up, naturally you'll try and contact them to ask why. This will make them think that you just want them to stay cause you're treating them as a source of income you don't want to lose. Hence that will further solidify their stance to leave SFI. However, let's say when that affiliate joined under you, you were able to send a welcome email, greet them when they are online, check their ledger and email them advise on what they could do next, etc. Stuff like that can develop a good business relationship as they will see that you are sincere in helping them as they know for a fact that you are not gaining anything at that moment when you are trying to help them.

So now that we have forming relationships as a priority, is it enough to convince an affiliate to stay for the long haul with SFI. The answer to that is a huge No, but forming that relationship means that they are more likely to tell you why they feel like quitting and it will also increase the chances that they listen to whatever advise you give them. Again, the method used to convince an affiliate to stay in business with SFI will greatly vary on the reason they want to quit. Once you find out that reason, it shouldn't be too hard for you to think of a remedy. Really, the only problem here is how serious they take your advise. If you developed a good relationship, they will listen and hence increase your chances of convincing them to keep on going with SFI.

If you want to be a true winner of Pricebenders auction, then here is my point of view. Okay, everybody here is giving you pointers on how to win an auction and that's great. But if you want to be a true winner of Pricebenders, then here's how I view it.

YOU NEED TO ADVERTISE PRICEBENDERS! Everybody is winning brand name items for really low prices. And it's only fair that you get your lions share of the whats being won. Everybody will want to bid and hence everybody will need TCredits! Do you see where I'm going with this? The more SFI affiliates / TC members you have, the higher your chance that these guys will buy TCredits! And the more TCredits you are able to sell, the more $ commission you get. That makes you a true Pricebenders winner! And the best part is, you'll be able to practically use your commission money to buy the 200 pack TCredits an probably still have a lot of extra money from commissions. Once you are armed with the 200 pack, that's where all these strategies from everyone here comes into play. Because let's face the facts, all these tips are worth nothing if you don't got TCredits. For those that can afford to invest in the 200 pack TCredits, then you guys got it made. But if budget is a concern, then it all starts with sponsoring and slowly introducing the concept of Pricebenders. You'll be a winner for sure. We're all winners! Have fun bro!

Well, anybody that has seriously read through the LaunchPad and has a firm grip on the SFI business idea will most definitely tell you to never give up on anybody. While I do agree with that statement, you have to understand that giving everyone 100% of your time and support is not a wise way to start your business. Allow me to elaborate on that a little bit before you guys start bashing on me.

Now let's say you have an active CSA who maintains their EA / TL rank and is intensely learning everything there is to know about SFI. It's those affiliate you'll want to spend your time and support on. Chatting with them, sending a personal email every once in a while, checking up on them, etc. Doing those actions to active member may be time consuming but it will get you somewhere in the long run.

Okay, let's turn our attention to inactive CSA's of your SFI group. Do you really want to spend time sending them personal emails? Do you really want to go out of your way to try and contact them so you can chat and introduce the SFI business idea? Personally, I say no because you can use that time to do other tasks that are more proficient with regards to the advancement of your SFI business. HOWEVER, at the start of this essay long answer, I also did mention that I do somewhat agree to never ever giving up on inactive CSA's. So here's what I do. Basically, I always include them on my weekly newsletters where I write encouraging stuff about SFI. I post our growth numbers, I praise my EA's / TL's and above all else, I stress that SFI is a fun business. Those inactive CSA's might ignore my newsletters for weeks or even months but one day, the curiosity bug will hit them and they will open my newsletter. After all, they will be thinking to themselves "who is this guy sending emails every week? what does he want?". And as long as the theme of my newsletters stay the same (positive stuff about SFI), I do believe they will become active at some point. And when that time comes, you can bet that I will be supporting them 100%.

When somebody asks me that, I first inform them that earning with SFI without spending is very possible, but I also tell them that it's a very challenging and probably frustrating road to take. Because at the end of the day, when you start at SFI, I tell them that they are going to enjoy their stay here even more by maintaining 1,500 VP every month. That way, they keep gaining CSA's instead of losing them. Losing CSA's is losing potential income. You can't let that happen. My number 1 tip aside from reading the LaunchPad is to invest in IAHBE. There are so many ways to earn with SFI without spending, but that 1,500VP coupled up with the IAHBE is Gold! Gotta grab it man! Anyways, the answers here are already flooded with ways to earn without spending. All of them are totally correct. But I always stress, invest in IAHBE and read something from there everyday. It will make you smart home business wise and you will maintain your EA rank plus you get to keep all the CSA's obtained from SFI. It's the perfect start.
