What would you consider to be too much and unnecessary communication with your team?

We must consider in the communication:
1. Do not repeat the same thing (for example stream post or team mail send repeatedly ) the possibility of our downline become bored
2. Do not communicate something coercive, such as requiring to make a standing order to maintain their EA for personal gain without regard to the financial aspect of our downline.
3. Avoid communications that are not relevant to the SFI.
4. Do not communicate the contents of judging others
Therefore we should communicate the things that are solving their problem they face in building SFI business and answer the things they ask only.

There are still some things we can do such sending team mail weekly to all our downline include affiliate who never do anything. We can send direct mail to their respectively email with interesting subject and encouraging content.
Keep a hope that one day any of them will log-in and be an active affiliate. But you have to remember to focus working with a worker, hence do not waste our time on skeptics or pessimists.

1. Contact our upline and ask for their opinion
2. Post our problem to the forum, many friendly friends will be happy to give us their suggestion.

SFI is a great online business, In SFI the important thing is how we work with the great system that has been provided , no matter with the small amount of people we know , neither a small number or a large number of people we know is the only reason to determines your success in SFI but there are many ways to earn income in SFI . So ……….do not be pessimistic due to the amount of people you know, we can recruit downline from offline or online promotion. SFI is truly different from others online business like you might known before , in SFI we have a sponsor/co-sponsor/upline who will help us build our team, we have A2A friend and forum friends who always ready to share their knowledge to help us about business SFI . We can ask them about the methods they use to recruit new members or the methods they might use in promote their gateways, and we can apply to our business. Once again reminded do not be a pessimist, few people we know is not an excuse to be succeed in SFI .
