How do you explain to team members why VersaPoints appear to reset to zero at the start of each month?

VersaPoints resets monthly! But why? Why not let it continue to accumulate without resetting?
The following are my view:
1) It is like moving on from one class level to another.
If we remain in the same class, say class one all through our school days, how would it look like? The motivation in learning comes from starting another level at the set time. In SFI, if VPs do not reset, the motivation would be gone.
2) We work our SFI monthly because VP resets. Today, we have a lot of inactive affiliates, but there would have been more if VP does not reset.
3) There is much we learn as we work to qualify monthly. Some of us are becoming better online entrepreneur because of our daily visit to our home page to build up our VPs to qualify.
4) If VP does not reset, there would be little or no money available to pay out at the pay day. The success of the whole system depends on this.
5) Resetting VP makes us feel good when we are able to grab enough to qualify to earn in dollars, a badge and sometimes just an entry in Daily grand.
6) VP reset makes a difference between the real SFIers and those that just come to peep around.
7) VP reset awaken us to work hard and yet smart as we even do some calculations!

How do you respond when someone asks you about SFI?

Information is principal in taking life and business decisions. Likewise in SFI. IF am asked about SFI, I will take time to rightly inform the person in a manner that will call him to action and that would help him know what steps to take.
Information I will give include:
1) SFI is an online home business that can be practiced by those who can connect to internet by whatever means, but preferably through computer or ipad or a tablet. It is not a mobile compliant site, hence anyone using mobile phone may not get good connection and display.
2) SFI is a global brand, but becomes a personal business to anyone that taps into it. Hence each person decides to make it work or not.
3) SFI is free to join. When one joins, he becomes an affiliate and given a personal website within SFI.
4) There is free training to equip and empower affiliates.
5) SFI compensation plan is transparent and very rewarding to those who work for it. It is win win for all who care to follow instructions.
6) You can earn in SFI without spending a dime if you can invite people to buy in TripleClicks store. This is our store. We all share in the profit of the store monthly.
7) SFI provides a platform to acquire some items with about 80% off the cost through the pricebenders auctions.
Finally anyone who joins will learn more, not only for making money, but to grow in general knowledge that helps in life.

How can we convince our PSAs that they should become TripleClicks WAVE3 members?

It is always easy to present w3 to our PSAs. Let them know all about the benefits of wave3. The benefits include among others:
1)The free 5 monthly Tcredits
2)The free 50 monthly vps
3)The weekly cash draws with possibility of winning big
4)The recruiting benefit of even sponsoring new affiliates.
It is a good way to spread the news about both TC and even SFI. People sometimes ask you about the TC logo on your car. That is an opportunity to introduce them to TC and SFI.
So when your PSAs know the benefits they can derive from wave3, they will join.

What is your advice to those who want to pursue this business but have limited time to invest into it?

The word business implies being engaged in a commercial or any profitable activity that may in the long run generate income of some sort.
Hence anyone going into any business counts the cost. The most valuable things to look at when starting a business are the time and funds to invest.
Though there are many other things to consider when starting a business, these two are key to success in business.
SFI is a real business demanding real attention of time and money. Yet it is a business with fun. When you really want to engage in SFI, you will need to apply your time to it to succeed.
The concept of SFI is a business built around a personality(the affiliate). You may need more hands to work with you as your business grows, but you must start it yourself first and grow it to that mega level.
Hence I will advise anyone who sincerely and seriously wants to do this business, to budget his time for it.
Your SFI business needs your personal touch. Automating it may not be 100% right.

1) The Importance
SFI has deemed it fit to promote the ECA stores. The success of the ECAs is the success of the whole system. We all profit by their activities.
Remember that no matter how good your products are, unless someone knows about them, they will remain on the shelves of your store.
Therefore it is important that the ECAs be given a kind of attention and coverage to expose them to all SFI affiliates who are their potential customers.

2) Using this to grow my business
a) SFI actually want us all to know them and patronize them and buy useful materials from them to promote our own business. We gain VPs through our purchases in addition to getting those items bought.
b) We are by this challenged to open our own ECA shop to profit from the exposure.
c) We are also rewarded with 1 VP each time we view the tab and follow up to visit the ECA through the blue button at the bottom of the page.
d) Save time for investment in your business which would have been spent searching endlessly for the products you want.

How do I get my sponsor to notice me and provide guidance?

Getting your sponsor to notice you and provide you quality guidance largely depends on you.
1) Today there are many affiliates who though are active, do not spare the time to respond to the direct mails or chat from their sponsors. How can a sponsor help a person who is not responding to him? Communication is a two way affair. It is no communication when there is no responsive audience.
2) Begin by responding to him whenever he writes
3) Ask him questions that are genuine need you are having to progress
4) Act on his counsel if found OK, or ask more questions for greater clarity
5) Engage him in a family kind of regular communication as necessary. Let him have the privilege of guiding you first before going to the forum or to SFI support.
6) Recognize and appreciate any effort he makes towards your progress. Make him or her a friend.
7) Rate him fairly at the end of the month. Support him as you can! I rate my sponsor and co-sponsor high for they deserve it by making a contribution to my business, no matter how small.

What is the best and fastest way to earn commissions with SFI?

This question is practical and the quest of many. While the question is good, we must note that many who try the best and fastest ways and failed, easily drop out. So, though we should aim at it, we should not be obsessed with it. Pursue the basics and grow your business steadily.
However, if we want to quickly earn commission in SFI, we should do the following:
1) Focus on sales of TC products. This will certainly involve knowing how to best advertise and bring in buyers,
2) Refer ECAs to earn ECA royalties
3) Be an ECA yourself and begin to earn immediately.
4) Be involved in SFI Pay-Per-Action (PPA)
Duplication is a sure way to residual income, but takes time to bring good earning.
Finally, we should aim at building both residual and one time income from SFI.

What is the first/best tip you give to your brand new PSAs to help them get started?

Based on my experience, the first and best tips I would give to brand new PSAs are to:
1)make sure they complete all the getting started actions,
2)make sure they complete all intermediate actions and
3)aim at being fast tracker by scoring 500vps within 24hrs
4)read all the Launchpad lessons carefully and answer all the questions at the end of each Lesson. 15 vps is given for each correct answer.
5)ensure to become an E365 finalist by constantly being above the green line in rounds 1-5 of the contest.
6)always make effort to log in daily into SFI affiliate center to attend to the to-do-list. (After you review a page by clicking on the red tabs, scroll down to the bottom of the page, you will see where it is written, " I have reviewed information on this page" Click on it and you will earn a point. There are 11 to 12 points to earn a day.)Missing a day is losing at least 11 points which may be all that may required to qualify at month end.
7)If there is no personal an internet connection, they should not hesitate to use cybercafe.

How do you use SFIM (SFI Instant Messaging) to communicate with your team...and what are your best tips for this?

I have on several occasions attempted to communicate with my team members online through SFIM to no avail.
However, whenever you see the yellow bubble showing against the name of any of your team members on the Genealogy page or under the affiliate snapshot when you click on his ID or name, it means he is online at that time.
Click on the yellow bubble, and a dialogue space is opened for communication. We can the chat, but it had never given me positive response. It is if the other person on the other end is not receiving the message. When I learned that the problem was fixed, I tried again, but it did not work.
My best tips for using the feature when it becomes operational is to use it to familiarize ourselves with our team members. Use this medium in an informal way to know your affiliates. There is power of two-way communication.
I therefore appeal to SFI support to ensure this feature works. If it works properly, we shall have less inactive team members because we can discuss in a two way manner. Team mail does not give us much result because many of the affiliates do not respond to our mails.

Should I promote participation in Pricebenders to my team? If so, for what reason(s)?

Yes, by all means promote participation in PB auctions to your team. This is because:
1) They can get items with as much as 99% of the usual price sometimes.
2) Their participation will be fun and progress to them in their business as they may win in auctions to awake them to the power and possibilities of PB auctions. Moreover if they lose, they are still rewarded with MRPs.
3) Their business can sometimes receive a big boost as they win vital items that are necessary towards growth such as Tcredits, 125 Tcredits 3 or 6 months subscription among others
4) Some may win some very useful items such as smart phones, computers, wrist watches etc that they can use both for themselves and to bag with about SFI.
In conclusion, as they succeed in their business through auction, your business too will be positively affected. But let not this be your primary purpose for promoting PB to your affiliates.
Promote PB because of their own benefits for doing so!
