I want to advertise and sell TripleClicks products...but which ones should I choose to promote?

I would choose products that are high in commission volume.
The two main points up for consideration are as follows:
1) Items that have a large customer base
and
2) Items that have a low shipping cost with no restriction on where they ship to.
Also, judge accordingly as per the advertising methods you use.
What should I do with PSAs who do not want to recruit affiliates or otherwise engage in duplication?

Ask them!
The best way to go about this is to talk to your PSA's, ask them if they're interested in marketing products listed on Tripleclicks or if they're interested in listing and marketing their own items on Tripleclicks. From there get a feel of what their marketing abilities are and assist them accordingly.
Is it possible to build a substantial Income with SFI, within 3-5 years, by purchasing ONLY a few S-Builder Co-op shares each month?

You would be one of the lucky ones for that to happen. Yes, it is possible for you to only purchase the co-op shares and have yourself worry free regarding your finances within five yrs. Keep in mind that this will ONLY happen if your affiliates are well versed in the world of marketing/affiliate marketing/home business etc... or you are willing to put the time into training them and/or building their downline as well as many do not promote themselves as often as becoming successful [via your downline] demands. Most affiliates that you receive (be it though S-Builder or your own marketing efforts) are going to require some form of training or another as no one knows everything. Personally, I believe that this [SFI] is an opportunity to invest in and grow with and not an MLM recruit mission.

Do you reward your active CSAs the same as you reward your active PSAs? If not, how do you reward them?

I wouldn't say I reward them the same as my PSA's but I do give credit where credit is due. Contests aren't ran for my CSA's but if/as I am able to, gift certificates are definitely my first choice of reward as they benefit everyone all around.
What are the best ways to use the Prestige Domains offered by SFI?

Just as myself, many cringe at joining a super long URL/affiliate link with a pile of numbers or words and dashes etc...
Having your own pres. domain allows you to choose a name, assign it a specific key code (to allow pin point tracking) and it looks much more inviting to your audience (and more appealing to the eye in general)
As for where to use it? Everywhere! Promote Promote Promote!
The thing about having your own domain, web page, blog, splash/squeeze page is that it will define you to whomever views it. Do not hide! Use your T-connect page if you cannot afford hosting or are not great with design(splash pages) or writing(blogs)
The very bottom line is this:
Brand It! Own It! Promote It!
You must define yourself from the hundreds of thousands of others out there already trying to "make it" online...

What's a good e-mail to send to SFI prospects (on my safelists)?

Something Original!
When it comes to mailing a safelist you HAVE to be original. These people receiving your email are more than likely members of twelve other safelists and read, time and time again, the same message from many others promoting SFI. This is something I noticed upon getting involved w/ SL's.
If the platform offer the ~ fname/lname ~ option Use It!
People love being addressed by their first name. Sir or Madam is too "businessy" and make people feel uptight almost instantly. I know, myself, the second I read sir/madam I think to myself "oh great, what's your pitch?"
Make sure you include main points like:
1) We are international
2) SFI is backed by it's parent company that's been around since 1985
3) Will ALWAYS be free
4) You are not limited to your sponsor for support. We have a support team/forum/stream/etc
5) The Internet Income course and a few of it's eye-catching chapter titles
Most importantly is be yourself. These are people you are sending to, not just an email address. If you are able to send in HTML format include your picture. You'd be surprised how much of an increase you will see in your click-through rate!
Lastly, keep it short and sweet. You don't want to drone on and lose your reader or instantly turn them off of reading in the first place. Two-three paragraphs max of no more than five lines per is an ideal length.
Hope this helps and happy writing!

I am not Internet savvy and have no clue about setting up a Website. Should I get a VeryVIP Hosting package or what other options are good?

If you can committed to maintaining a website then yes, most definately! If you would like to get the feel of what building a website is like I would suggest Weebly.com
I set up a free one through them. It has an extremely user friendly drag and drop system. And yes, by free I mean conpletely free. It has allowed me to get a hands on feel for what building a website is all about and best of all, the only thing it has cost me is my own time. Which, in turn, has enabled me to expand my knowlege and skills as well as learn many neat, new things I was never able to do before.

How much should an SFI affiliate spend on advertising each month?

Only as much as you can afford to spend on it. Never budget higher than your means and absolutely never break this budget!
Should I reach out to the affiliates on my 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. generations...or leave support to their sponsor?

Without question! Not only should support be offered throughout your entire downline but encouraged for SFI's entire platform. Without supporting each other we, as a community, would never have gotten as far as we have. Take Ask SC for an example, this is a support group right here! Without support the SFI platform would not be what it is nor have the success rate it has. Just recently someone from outside my up/downline has given me a form of support a new affiliate like me could only dream of finding. It has allowed me to grow substantially and expand both my experience and my knowledge base. This in turn can be passed on through my DL and new affiliates alike for years to come.

How have you used SFI's Live Chat (the yellow bubbles that appear in the Genealogy, etc.) to your benefit?

Very simple...
When your team/downline is lost, needs clarification, assistance in completing a task, etc, they don't want to wait a day between communications. It makes for a very stressful time on their end. The instant chat allows you to do just that, help instantly!
I urge those, who have yet to utilize this tool, to use it! It is your best friend! I mainly take advantage of it when running a campaign as it allows me to greet a new affiliate moments after the sign-up process. Highly effective for those not yet aware of what SFI can do for them. Too easily are people turned off once they get that "lost" feeling. This helps to avoid such unhappy times and break free of the confusion one can so easily feel after joining.
