Which countries do you get the most success with your advertising from and why?

I have had the most success with my advertising in India. I have never traveled to India and therefore have to guess why. The general population may be striving for a better life style for themselves and their family and are looking for ways to do that. If individuals don't have personal computers they may be going to internet cafes to do their log ins. Just the expanding population itself gives a large number of people to work with. In some other countries people are more complacent and content with what they already have which means they are not searching for new ways to improve their life.
If my understanding is wrong I would appreciate someone from India correcting my viewpoint.

Do you need to have your own website (if so, why) or are the Gateway websites provided by SFI adequate?

I was drawn to SFI through one of it's gateways. Therefore they work. And I have had great success in building a team of PSA's through these same gateways. Therefore they work. Because I have very little computer skills I am thrilled that I was given ready made gateways to use otherwise I would never have been able to stick with SFI.
I have great admiration for those computer minded affiliates who can make their own websites and manage them which is what they should do since they know how, but for struggling computer people like me, the SFI gateways is all I need.

How can I get more of my affiliates to upgrade to EA?

It's very important to be positive but never pushy.
A big question on the minds of most who start with SFI is can I make money with this.
The answer is yes.
But just like with any other business you have to invest something.
Maybe that something is time rather than money.
It really only takes a little time every day to work on the daily tasks.
So then I show them that they can make money from many sources.
But just with any business or job it helps to follow the guidelines.
In SFI one of the guidelines is that each of us needs to qualify to get a commission.
How do you qualify? By reaching a goal of 1500vp or become EA each month. And the higher your goal,
the bigger the payout.
That's the terrific thing about SFI. No one is tied to a minimum wage or a 40 hour work week.
We can each choose for ourselves how much money we want to invest and how much we want to make.
When affiliates know that the choices are up to them they try to succeed even more.

How can I get the most out of the a2a program?

I like to look through my pending friends request and try to get friends that are not only from my country or area that I live, but from around the world. I also look for ones that have been with SFI for different amounts of time. That way we all get a variety of information from each other. The tried and tested and the fresh and new. We can all benefit.
What should a new affiliate focus on during his/her first month in SFI?

A new affiliate should focus on the basics and launchpad lessons, but, if that is all they do, when there vp rolls back to 0 and they didn't get paid anything from there 1st month, many quit.
It helps to keep affiliates stay with SFI if they can even get a small payout after their 1st month. Then they know this is a real business.
So along with suggesting they learn the importance of how to check in and build their vp everyday I encourage them to start building a team of affiliates to hopefully give them a payout at the end of there 1st month.
This is where I will actually do the 1st round of advertising for them, explaining where and how I did it. I don't want them to be anxious that they can't master it themselves. And I will help them with their welcome letter too if need be.
So as they continue to read and learn, their own business is also progressing and growing. A recipe for success.

Why is it important that SFI affiliates shop at TripleClicks?

There is a saying that love makes the world go round. In other words remove love from the world and where would we be. Well we could say that buying and selling from tripleclicks makes SFI go round. Remove the buying and selling and there would be no money made for SFI affiliates. The more we shop the more we end up making.
Why do so many people join SFI and then do nothing...and what should I do about this?

I think that most people are like me, where they are looking for a place to make enough money, so that even in the first month there would be enough to help pay the bills and buy the groceries. A job of necessity not a whim. I know I was searching online for an at home job that would pay me a legitimate wage, not pocket change and I stumbled upon SFI.
That very reason as to why they join is probably the reason they don't stay with it. They are not looking at the long term benefits but only now, this month. They need a good sized payout after their first month. They build their versa points in that first month looking for a great commission from their shares in tripleclicks and become disappointed when it's not what they expected or needed and therefore loose hope and move on.
These are ones that don't have the patience or vision to see the long term benefits of the future by staying with SFI. So how can we help our new affiliates to stick with it. Share your vision of the future. Send encouraging letters through group PSA, individual team letters and stream. Give commendation with each step of growth you notice. Encourage building a team, give suggestions, help them get started advertising. Talk about how good the possibilities can be. Make SFI personal, a place with real people, doing real work.
There will always be those that grasp the concept and those that don't. That's why each one of us needs to continually build our own team, because there are times you just can't get them to stay. But that's okay because you are always advertising and having new affiliates to work with!

What methods do the top enrollers use to sponsor so many affiliates each day?

1.Devoting time every day could be the key if you are using traffic exchanges or free advertising.
2.It would be very important to use keys codes so that when you find a place that you do receive affiliates from you can put more time into setting up a variety of ads from all our gateways, if the place will allow it.
3.If you have a limited budget but can spend some money, again by using key codes you can focus in on that places that gave you results.
4.And rather than placing an ad in one place and waiting for that one to finish before placing another, put ads in 2 or 3 places for the same dates. That way your results can come in at the same time which might give you some vp if your numbers get high enough.
5.It may take some trial and error but then you can not only use free ads but also paid ads and get results from both on the same day.
6.So maybe the key is to be open to doing many things at the same time.
(This is from a women's point of view who has learned how to multitask.)

What should a new SFI affiliate focus on to ensure a good financial return in their first month?

I think back to my first month, I didn't make a lot of money but I did make enough to know that SFI was not a scam and it was a business I could stick with. So I encourage my new PSA to do what I did. For ex:
1. Follow the getting started directions.
2. Do the launchpad training, read all you can.
3. My sponsor suggested I advertise right away, and even helped me to advertise. I now suggest that to my new PSA's and offer my help to get started, giving suggestions where to try that has worked for me. Having my own team of PSA gave me the incentive to know more about SFI because they would be looking to me to help them.
And even if these new recruits don't bring you any money in your first month some may have made it to EA and then become EA2 which will boost your vp for your 2nd month.
4. Stay above the Green Line in order to win prizes. These prizes helped me, I won something each round.
5. If possible get a Standing Order. You can make it over 1500vp very easily in the first month without the S.O. but I had decided that if I was going to give this business an honest try I wanted also invest in it, just like I would if I had a business uptown.
6. Join the Wave 3.
So I suggest that even in the 1st month, time and effort is a great way to help get a financial return. And even a little bit proves that SFI is a legitimate business, which made me get my but in gear and work even harder in my 2nd month.
