Should I or shouldn't I try to recruit people to become SFI affiliates when they are not English speakers/readers?

I think that you should go ahead and recruit anyone. After all SFI is a world wide business. If they do not speak English or if they do not speak English very well there is a translate button at the bottom of each page. Therefore most definetly go ahead and recuit anyone. Also there is no reason not to recruit non English speaking or limited English speaking ECAs.
If you were to start over with SFI, what would you do differently, knowing what you do now about this business?

If I were to start over in SFI and know what I know now, I would with all certainty start working the SFI business immediately instead of waiting for 3 years. Also I would start advertising for new affiliates and sales immediately. I would never quit recruiting new afiliates. You can always transfer some to the harder working members of your downline, this will help them build their team faster. I would also have a standing order where I was guarenteed to make EA each month.
Once I had my team in the process of building I would start teaching my new affiliates how to duplicate what I was doing. This is what makes a good team leader.
I hope that this helps everyone, especially the new members.

Should the way you approach prospective ECAs vary by country/region?

No the area or region that you advertise to to reach prospective new affilliates or ECAs should have no bearing. Thanks to the internet and google translate you should try to get both new affilliates and ECAs anywhere anytime. Just use honest and legal methods. Do not spam. Remember that it is not only your honor that you are putting on the line.
Which is better to do...sponsoring SFI affiliates...or referring TripleClicks members?

This is a very interesting question.
Although both are important I personally think that sponsoring SFI PSAs are more important.
With PSAs you get paid 12 levels down depending on your rank. with PRM you only get paid on 1 level.
TripleClick purchases are the lifeblood of SFI, so without people buying from TripleClicks we will not get paid.
If you are not good at approaching people face to face, what are some tips to improve in this area?

My best advice is to be yourself. Don't try to imitate anyone else this usually ends up embarrassing both you and the person that you are talking to. Keep thinking to yourself that you know that you can do this and that this person, even if they are a complete stranger, is your best friend. Look at the person not at the ground or all around. If talking to an audience then keep looking around the audience ant at just one point.
The main thing is to have confidence in yourself and know that you can do this.

How do you know if you are capable of building a successful SFI business?

In my opinion, and it may differ from a lot of the other opinions, anyone is capable of building a successrul SFI business. Some people are more adept than others and therefore they will not take as long to build their business as someone else. But if you are truely wanting to make a success of SFI you must be fully dedicated to the program. Only half way will not suffice.
Which is better for winning Pricebenders auctions: using the auto-bidder or not using auto-bidder?

I personally do not like the auto-bidder. I think that it takes the personal touch out of the auction. You can not go to an auction and not be present to place your bids. Not only that if you are bidding against a person using the auto-bidder most of the time your bid is never posted as the higest bidder, the auto-bidder over-bids you as soon as your bid is placed. Some members have an infinite amount of T-Credits that they can use and this drives up the price to where most of the new and a lot of the older members can not afford to bid.
This is just my personal opinion.

When seeking serious affiliates for SFI, what is the most important question to ask the prospect?
Ed Hosmer, Aff (Indiana, US)

The answer to this question is a multi part answer.
First I would have explained a little about the business. I would ask the prospect how serious they are. I would also explain to them that if they are not required to pay to be a member.
Next I would ask if they had the time that they could devote to their business, that he/she would need wo work his/her SFI business approximately 1 1/2 to 3 hours daily for proper results.
Next I would explain to them that like any other business there should be a small monetary investment, but that this monetary investment is not absolutely necessary but that it helps in the long run.

How to explain to new affiliates the value of becoming a Fast-Track member?

I think that the best way to explain the value of Fast-Track is to refer them to the previous Forum Posts concerning this topic.
Have them go to Fast-Track in the search box at the top of the home page and type in Fast-Track then go down to the last entry and click on it. There are 3-4 pages of comments concerning the advantages of becoming a Fast-Track member.
But if you want to explain it yourself then I would start by explaining what they will get by purchasing the NMP and the use and advantages of each item.
Be sure to explain to them that they only have 10 days from the date of sign-up to get the Fast-Track Badge and after that the chance is gone.
Don't forget to memtion the cool Badge.

Why should I invest in SFI?

"Why should I invest in SFI?"
This is a question that I would guess that every affiliate in SFI has asked himself or herself at one time or another.
I invest both time and money into SFI with the expectation of receiving compensation for my efforts.
1. I expect to be rewarded with new members due to my advertising.
2. I expect to be rewarded financially from my sales through TripleClicks. I receive a commission from every sale that is made from my TripleClicks store.
3. I expect thw gratification of knowing that I have learned something from all the training that SFI offers.
4. I expect to advance due to my diligence and dedication to SFI.
These reasons are why I invest is SFI.
