What are the benefits of organizing a contest for your downline?

It is a very good idea to organize a contest for your downline.

This helps them to compete among them. When you provide any prize or gift to the contest winner, it boosts them a lot. By looking at the winners, the other downline members also try to achieve the same.

Also they have a feeling that there is someone who can really guide and mentor them in their growth with SFI. They will also try to follow the same to their downline team members.

1. About SFI
2. About your role in SFI and your presence to help then at any time.
3. About the "To-do List" actions that has to be done daily, weekly and monthly.
4. As a new joinee, about SFI Basics , the Launchpad info and the articles to be reviewed.
5. How they can earn versapoints by completing the actions.
6. About E365 contest and how they can achieve it.

What is the best payment option for affiliates from India?

Paypal is the best option to receive the commissions in India. It has an option to automatically transfer the balance in the paypal to your bank accounts on a daily basis. However, for payment for purchase via paypal in india is not allowed. You can only purchase with the credit card account linked with the paypal and not with the balance available in the paypal account. Best option for making online purchase is through credit card. Best methods are as below:

Through To-do List:

Daily Actions:
11 vp x 30 days = 330 vps
Weekly Actions:
(30+5) vp x 4 weeks = 140 vps
Monthly Action:
Rating your sponsor = 10 points

This totals up to
330 + 140 +10 = 480.

Remainting we need:
1500 - 480 = 1020

If you find any PSA really working hard and trying to grow with SFI, then you have to reassign affiliates to those PSAs.

These PSAs will grow their network as well our network.

You have to congrats the PSA for his good work and inform him that you have gifted him one of your affiliate, so that he can work with that reassigned affiliate to support them.

Also you can tell him that if he do a good job, you can gift him few more affiliates.

The sponsor should always be connected to their downline.

They have to send mails every week. This would help to earn Versapoints and also helps the downline think that there is someone always to help them.

Inspite of all this, if the sponsor has lost the connection with any of the downline, then, need to know the history of the downline member and need to understand him.

It provides many training methods through articles, support from supportline, upline members, other team members, and now via ask sc as well.

Good Ad should be designed in such a way that it attracts people.

Headline should be attractive and it should contain attractive keywords and colors.

Main point is the Ad should be specific for one product to attract the people who are interested in those products.

First and foremost, congrats them for becoming EA. Advise them to maintain EA position every month and explain to them the benefits they get if they maintain their EA status.

Show them the easiest way to maintain their EA status.

Make them think that there are going in a right direction and you are there to help them at any point of time to achieve their EA status.
