2. If you get permission to move from your advisor, you can move up to your advisor’s advisor. To do this, contact your advisor and have him or her submit a ticket at support.sfimg.com authorizing us to allow you to change advisors.  Once this has been verified, we will make the change so you are advised by your advisor’s advisor.

3. A change in advisor may be initiated due to unresponsiveness and inactivity.  If your advisor does not respond to your requests AND he/she is no longer an SFI Affiliate, you will automatically be moved to your advisor’s advisor.
